Daily Recap 12/13/12: Tie Breaker: President Obama Born In Topeka KS; Cool and Sunny. Rearranged some indoor plantings as the Tomato plant is really growing and needs more Sun. before Doyle and I could get started working today on files. I got a phone call form a bill collector. it was a small amount they claim I owed a doctor form 3 years ago. This firm, which I had checked out on another matter v\berfore has some interlocking financial ties to Affiliated Computer Services, A Xerox copany now; from what I was able to glean.
That's the way it is. The same bunch runs OWCP, they manage the mafjor hospital and Doctor chains, and then collect the bills when their billing services, another nterlocking company screws up and doesn't get the clams filed the right way and actually commit billing fraud by never filing as a conditional payment so the legally required recovery letter gets sent back to the primary payers which is themselves and they disregard it. And the medical provider has little choice but to go along with the whole corrupted system in order to survive as other interlocking corporations are the ones that will send them monies on claims
Ones doctor is really not in charge of their own practice any more and the world is upside down and the patients and  doctors are the losers in this  whole 'mess.' A vicious circle of corruption and of course the employees of each company rarely knows who they are really working for.
Just like at Social Security ,many times the rank and file workers might not even know who the Commissar of Social Security is yet their very life may depend on that person making the right decision or lose their life if the party is corrupted. And where is Congress? Seemingly oblivious to what has occurred in the agencies they are supposed to have some over sight over.
I also blogged a warning to everyone. when you sign a HIPPAA request at Doctor or Hospital put down all the persons you want to have present should very serous decisions need to be met. its not longer a permission to tell, but a 'support person; and if serous situations occur your family member might find themselves alone with a staff that may take advantage of traumatic or emotional situation and  they not have other family to help making a decision.
I added in the person in the immediate family .that could be told and be present in such a meeting. If one person makes the  decision and things don't turn out well, the other members of the family will not have known what led to the decision being made and families could get torn apart over this. At least there could be a lot of mis givings. Remember these international cabal has companies that are managing hospitals and chains of doctors, etc. Your doctor is gradually   no longer in charge and its an IMPASSE of the values our Constitution was based on vs the ones in charge of the world knowing the best outcome  which often is for profit and not for love and relationships and peace of the souls involved.
Doyle faxed Thu contract compliance complaint to the regional office and for some reason was having problems it getting through. But does shoe w it did for the most part. More needs to be filed.
Once he did ring the wrong number and that shows. but we got a phone call form Florida and the woman claimed she had just got a call from us. Doyle was faxing and she didn't get the fax sound. I hadn't;checked the computer listing yet and its not even listed as calling us, yet we talked a little. Something is really getting messed up with phone lines. And I blogged also, that its possible with all the surveillance of phone lines and Internet to catch the 'bad guys'. The bad guys have figures a way to circumvent the system by using these inactive and unassigned phone numbers. Does Homeland security know to ;surveil them?"  So the rest of us get our privacy violated and the crooks and terrorists have outwitted the technology used by the govt already?
I spent time sorting for the next filings and for OWCP and them we need to get some real soritng and filing done and tie up loose ends of letters that need to go various places.
Sometimes it seems its all for naught, then there is a glimmer of hope that others may 'wake up' and start worikng to regain constitutional control of this nation and of our rights and lives.
The big money wants to incite violence and get people very irate and that only helps the bad guys win. Just who is the bad and who is the good is kind of getting murky at the top of this world and govts. One has to keep in mind are we or they folloiwng love and life or hatred and destruction as their deity or motivator? I sometimes 'preach' to some, but my motivation is to persudae them to stand up for life and love and justice and equality and don't give up and think laying down and dying is 'for the good of all/' That's the message of the 'evil one' to make one think you don't have values and worth. We all do , even if we at times don't understand just how.

One face book friend  sent me a message about the Alexis that showed up in the 1970's claiming to be the real oen and I said that it wasn't, back to her.
For over 50+ years some of those in authority have been allowed to decirde who is worthy of justice and who isn't and  now we have an elite cabal in this world that is playing god with all of us. I would say  even with the president if he still doesn't know of his origin in Topeka KS. Its not easy to glean who is whom? The Bible says to judge by the fruits of their spirit and if death and destruction follows them then that's a judgement. But even then, just who is directing all of  this? It may not be the 'visible' elected leaders in a govt where Congresses over the last 25 years have gradually changed power to an elite and unknown and unaccountable group. Evil doesn't like light shone on them as others may be able to discover his or her motives as not for good. Its Satan's way to hide form the light and pull the strings to get others to be blamed and take the heat and the fall and get all of the rest of us to gossip and spew hated against the person Satan has set up to take it while he sits behind the scenes  witheout any repercussions. There will be some but maybe not today, in this realm according to my faith book.
. Still haven't met the Mr or MS "OPM" all say is giving those illegal and deadly orders against me and my family. And its not just me and mine, I hear. is suffering and some have died from this. Cover up and aid and abetting is not good and needs to stop and te Whole TRUTH needs to come out.

The Senate shall chuse their other Officers, and also a President pro tempore, the the absence of the Vice President, or when he shall exercise the Office of the President of the United States"
The Senate is close to the Executive office. over the years and amendments have changed the power of the Protempore who used to be in direct line to succeed the president should he or s future she is not able to serve. When one turns on C Span and watches the House and Senate, one rarely sees the Vice President with gavel in hand. its kind of everyone takes turn as the real business seems to be getting conducted off the floor except for the actually voting and a few speeches once in a while.It is said in historical accounts that The first Vice President John Adams actually met with the 26 US Senators around a table and he was like the moderator as they passed laws and traeties were okayed to start the business of this country. Now there are 100 Senators and soon may be even more. Its not the smaller group that could get to know each other as well as one would surmise when there were only the first 26. But in comparison to the population of the USA it is a very exclusinve group and has powers many of us don't realize.
How  could a US Senator pick up a phone and get me sent a few thousand dollars every few years, from OWCP when the gov contractors are not posting and filing and processing claims as they are supposed to be doing any way? A lot of laws and rules are on the books that few of us are aware of and maybe were passed with no one really reading the bills to find them stuck inside in a pharase or comma or a word change that changes everything when it comes to our constitutional rights..
Thanks to the Internet, someone somewhere probably is poldding through some of these and sharing their insights on line. The freedom of the Internet is the last bastion of freedom so we the people can know what is going on.   So, if we don't like it we can say so to our elected leaders and try and persuade them to change it or be sent home next election.
