Daily Recap 12/12/12: Age of Responsibility: President Obama Born In Topeka KS; Cool and sunny but no rain. Really is dry. had to stake my indoor Tomato plant and its starting to get some new flowers on it. Hopefully there will be some tomatoes one of these days. Aloe Vera just has to be separated and transplanted. Did some sorting on all the filings as OWCP for the year has to be filed and HHS  office of civil rights is due and then there are all the other lose ends and follow ups ans no one obeys federal judges any more inside agencies and the corruption is rampant. Hear its not just on my cases.
Orly Taitz, whom I am praying for , but will not get the court order out of Topeka Ks for the real birth, death and marriage records as I've written about in my postings here since 7/26/12 and don't quite understand her motivation--- she has cases all over the country and  includes the Social security number he has used.
First of all, in all my years at SSA, how is this number out? Our computer systems are programmed to send a security alert when anyone accesses a famous person's ssn. And it can mean severe disciplinary action. I wonder if he is really still using this number? but many seem to think so.  But the article one of my face book Friends posted  is about her court case and against Commissioner Astrue for stopping an investigation.
 He and every other head of a Federal agency can do this and its the big weakness in the federal criminal investigative process for a long time. The cirminal dept in every federal agency is called the Office of Inspector General and the party they should be working with is the US attorney, not the political appointed Head of the agency--one would think. Part of the step by step coup d'etat that has been masterminded over the last three decades and is almost complete when in 2014 everyone's  lives are in their control under the health Care law. under those unaccountable govt contractors. and the US supreme Court won't be able to do anything more until some one gets harmed and files a case and then with the govt contractors involved it may be a decade of disappeared files before any one gets near a courtroom and by that time all the states will have adopted the 10 year rule and destroyed all medical records over 10 years old. That needs to be made illegal when there is on going litigation. I am not a lawyer but may need to get a court order to not destroy records.? myself?  I learned this when trying to recontact some Pennsylvania hospitals for records from the early 90's and none were available. I have most, but had some questions and the bills are still not processed by OWCP (ACS, really) on many. What about law suits pending for decades which occurs in this country when the federal govt is involved such as mine.  guess all parties have to get them and then what about the witnesses from medical sources who do not have their records to review?  A lot of 'As I recall, but I;m not sure, etc.".. Any one see that the wealthy and powerful have again stacked the system so that they can get by with    injury and death and not be held accountable?
Why would there be any need to destroy anything if its digitized? granted the paper might go, but not the records and then all one would need to do is have someone certify that these were their digitized records. But as one knows computer files can be messed with..

After over a year and 1/2  of trying to find out how to and where to file and wrong places etc for the steroid compound i get each montht , we sent them in as I wrote about here . In almost turn around time, today, I got a check paying 75% of the charge. there are one or two they didn't  pay claiming I had refilled  too soon? and at least one needed the receipt. Somehow the approval went through, fast. Guess they see the common sense of using a $25. compound solution in my liquid oxygen humidifier water bottle rather than a $175 inhaler that isn't even available any more for safe use for those who have chemically induced lung problems rather than allergic type reactions.
So when Doyle picks up the next one, can have them sign that all have been paid for and I was told to have them give me a universal claim form to submit for reimbursement.
 its not a great amount of money, but it is a big step to getting the property taxes paid and I made two purchases on line. Two belts for \rug shampooer and ink for printer as we are using the last one. And there is a lot to do before the end of the years as all the OWCP bills have to be filed for the year and of course the oxygen ciaims will not be input as Mr. Or MS 'OPM' says not to as the let her die order is still in effect and the other ciams will be sent back with NO APPEAL RIGHTS, which is illegal ) claiming they should be paid by this missing million dolalas that Mr. or MS 'OPM' says the Director of OPM will not permit an investigation and neither will  there be one at US Dept of LAbor as even the contract compiance complaints go unanswered. There is no proof the directors and Sec ofLalbor have gotten any messages about this to OK an investigation.  that makes highly entrenched persons under them 'persons of interest."
Real weakness in the system whether its an alleged misuse of an SSN by a President or theft up upwards of a billion dollars of the monies for medical care for injured federal workers and allegedly taken to use for bribery money by the Jack Abramoff's of the time and now.The US Justice Dept is unable to finish these invesitigations up from SSA, OPM, US dept of Labor and HHS and others  unless the political heads allow cooperation by their , respective OIG's. We are being robbed and some entrenched parties are obstructing the process and they make themselves look like 'persons of interest?'
Thanks TO CAREMARK CONTRACTOR FOR Blues FOR GETTING THESE PAID, BUT I SEE NO  INDICATION THE CHARGES WERE SENT TO Federal Blues MEDICAL SUBROGATION UNIT TO ASK FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM Affiliated Computer SERVICES, A Xerox COMPANY THAT RUNS MANY GOVT SOF THE WORLD AND PAYS THE BILLS FOR US DEPT OF LABOR, OFFICE OF FEDERAL WORKERS COMPENSATION AND CONTROLS THE PROCESS AS NO ONE IN US DEPT OF LABOR GETS TO SEE ANYTHING, INCLUDING JUDGE'S ORDERS  UNLESS THEY POST IT. They claim, via Mr. Or Ms "OPM" they are not to do so disparately.

PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS;  As iIalluded to above there are reports all over that the President used a social security number of a dead person. and has been doing so for decades. As an employee of Social Security since 1968, and legally still am as can't legally retire until OWCP gets my request for permament disability processed and approved that I filed in 1996. I have direct knowledge of the processes and procedures with regard to much of this in the years alluded , too.
 First of all, SSN's at the time, were assigned based  the office in which one applied for the number. Had nothing to do with address or residency.
And not knowing where he was born or real Dad's name as of 1/71, I surmise he never was told and this is a horrendous thing to do to a child in this era when documentation is mandatory and having them in order.When one used someone else's SSN for anything that's verified through Social security, then its not going to match with the name and cause an investigative alert. Many women who get married and forget to change their name at Social security and then go to work and file tax returns under the name , have their tax refunds held up until they file the correction with SSA. or they get a letter of a mis match. With e-verify this will happen less as it will be caught at time of employment and often employers get alerts when they file, too.
So, its inconceivable to me, that this would not have been investigated and resolved years ago. And continued use would have generated continued investigations. But the public thinks it isn't and hasn't..
How does any one know what SSN the President is currently using? Why do they think he's using the wrong one, now?
A lot of speculation is on going just as there is about  the birth itself. and its misinformation being spewed out.
Orly Taitz has decided, apparently, to perusue every inconsistency before going after the court order for the birth records in Topeka Ks. Which even asking for them officially would focus the attention on Topeka KS and witnesses that have been silent for 50+years. Justice for three dead still is waiting.
Even Doyle who worked in Topeka KS in the summer of 1960 heard all of the 'scary rumors' and 'veiled threates' of bodies that went into the river and never came back up when someone wanted to get rid of someone' and no investigations took place. Maybe the authorities would not drag the river is because more than three bodies might be found? fear and veiled threats were very real when domestic terrorists exist,
Then in 1961, he moved to Topeka Ks and his older sister was signed as Guardianship for school purposes so he could attend Topeka H.S where I met him. So even he had heard the rumors and gossip. Little did he know that 50+ years later, his wife of almost 49 years would be writing this and he preparing to edit for some kind of purpose something he had only heard about but now is part of his life directly and directly affects his own medical care and that of his family. Injustice and cover ups just permeate all of society and affects so many.
What do you do  when the one that is closest and hold the answers goes into a racial tirade of epitaphs and verb age if one gets close to asking the questions who am I where did I come from? And has decided that you are the fake biography that has been created for you, when its not true?
Then one enters into the modern computer era when one has to have all their numbers and records in order just to get a job, go to school register for the draft, or run for public office. This was the President's person situation as I know it.
These kind of cover ups when deaths have occurred contains a veiled threat and fear of standing up for what is right and just. one doesn't 'buck the system' nor their own family in the matter. which is what happened to me in 1/71 when a young child arrives from Indonesia and I meet for the first time since he was a new born and am stopped cold from saying anything to him. One defers to immediate famaily, don't they? But there are times one has to and "I am sorry, 'world'" I did not give him some clues. His maternal grandmother was really afraid and I could see it in her demeanor!! She feared me and the truth! Why?
There are reports on line that there was a CIA or some kind of govt intelligence office front company in Ct. Could they have been so stupid as to have taken SSN's that already had been used by others to create fake identities for some purpose for many agents? No one said the intellegence agencies were 'intelligent?" What should have been done, and hopefully are doing now is to  have Social security give them random numbers that have never been assigned in the groups that are being used. That means that the Commisisoner of Social Secuirty would have to be given High security clearance in the matter and that gives whoever is in that office special leverage and if that person becomes dishonest, much harder to catch and prosecuie as they could divulge the id's of all of our spies?
Orly Taitz has zeroed in on Commissioner Astru as culpable for suppressing an investigiation in the number and maybe she has some inside info iIam not privy too. I do know that my signed agreement with my employer Social Security is not being carried out to wrap things up so I can legally retire with the benefits that the law and awards have said I should have for my elf and family and they are not great, but the legally required amounts.
ALL indicate all the illegal orders came out of his direct office of the Commissioner both current and in the past. He also worked in the employing agencies when EEOC gave sanctions agiant HHS=SSA for physical torture and other violations  of me. So he has been a 'perosn of interst' against me for some time and of others. Whatever he knows, he needs to talk and if it takes a lawsuit by Orly Taitz maybe I shouldn't be so hard on her. I do pray for her that justice will be served. But it may not end with the president out of office , but expose how he, too has been abused and mistreated unjustly by the system in place. He did what he needed to do to survive jut as I am, but I am doing it legally through filings and 'blowing the whistle' which is not so effective today, or is it in the long run. But, he may have been given the worng number by a government office and not known he should use it all the time for personal use?Or the whole matter may be a fake story just as the hawaii or kenya birth records etc done by others. TRUTH is needed and the whole system is going to get exposed in the doing. maybe I can get my OWCP finished up so I can write about my cats and tomatoes and not legal filings against highest levels of govt that others are after , too and spend more time with famaily and friends..
I'm available as an eye witness! but I am staying politically neutral. Let the whole truth come out. That does not make me very popular with either side in this.But we the people need to get this settlled so we can focus on getting rid of high level corruption and take care of the 'general welfare of the people and security of this nation,. maybe this is all part of the process and not some big cabal's efforts to distract.

Age thirty is the age when one is considered the 'Master of their life'.  Some say its the age of the prophet or it was the age that Christ began his ministry. Its the age when othesr begin to look to that person as having lived enough to have gained experience of lfe and the wisdom that can gave one to make decisions for themselves as  well as for others. An age of full maturity. Final adulthood.  That doesn't mean everyone that is age thirty is wise and responsible, but that's for those voting to make that subjective decision when they choose whom they wish to represent them. At the time the Constitution was written, Senators were not popularly elected but chosen by the state legislatures.  These Senators were to be the lobbyists for the states and not the huge money that ours in now.With them went the collected taxes from the States as there was no direct income taxes at the time. This was a very powerful position to hold. They tsill have power but its been diluted by other amendments over the years. We gripe about big money influence ,b ut look at what was done a hundred years ago with passage of the income tax. It upset the balance of who sent the money and who had the power to have some say over its use. From states and their elected leaders sending in the money, it got diluted into each one of use sending a portion and some get shunned since our incomes are too low to actually send money, but we do pay indirectly in many ways so they wealthy can send money and then they decide what happens, with their greater influence; instead of the state looking out for the general welfare of the states inhabitants.
