Daily recap 12/10/12: Addendum to Complaint: President Obama Born In Topeka KS: Got into the 20's last night and some snow they say, but I didn't see any by the time I got up. Doyle and I worked on appeal, reopen to Fed Blues and attached some of the writings posted here to protect our rights from over payments and protect dates to try and get someone to stop blindly following that person called "OPM" which is not a person who can give the illegal orders., etc.
Then mail came and another bill from a doctor and I can;t see that all the insurances have been billed yet, so must review the EOB"s and I can't pay any doctor anything as have taxes to pay and Christmas gifts/ are bought from specials through the year and I had to pay co pay for diabietic strips this month. and Fed Blues wants a more costly brand , and other expenses and have a co pay to a doctor. and I can't get Medicare back until all the illegal activity ends on computer files and someone processes my appeals  or makes contractors comply with their contracts so this can be straightened out. but OPM  has caused a lot of harm or is all the contractors and employees just blindly reading illegally altered  computer screens and have no idea who they are syaing ordered them to do an illegal act?  Yet I knew it was accurate a few years ago when the general counsel looked up my records at OPM. and she had access to even my signed agreement with employer social security. But no one realized I needed to also sign with Health and Human service? as they were employer when injured and was employer up until just before I went out on owcp the last time as SSA had become an independent agency. I got one office to secure my files in owcp in Philadelphia only to move and Dallas allow 4 years of the file to disappear to make it look as if I did not return to work in 1990 and a felony caused irreparable harm to me and my family,  both physically and financially. There is no way ever to regain what could have been from this. were it has led me is to blogging to stay alive and share all that I know. Hopeing someone would have mercy and do what the jsuges and laws and contractors legally are to do.
    ADDENDUM TO US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR CONTRACT COMPLIANCE COMPLAINT
  Each daily recap has been shared with investigator assigned but no one has done anything about the complaints since I first filed . and it seems the office has been turned into an EEOC office for the employees of the contractors. The President's order was to have an office in each agency where one who was harmed by a govt contractor could file a compliant sand also a civil right complaint. We have resigned the ones on files and are resubmitting them The pattern of behavior continues and gets increasing worse as now it involves all my families medical care being obstructed by Medicare coordination of benefits violating their contact with the US Dept  of Labor and deleting my Federal Blues, a family policy , off the entire family's records so that their doctors are instructed to illegally bill Medicare first. and cause patient an overpayment. This is done by Fed Blues Stacy Johnson who claims the OPM person is telling her to do this. The same unknown individual called OPM that always is involved in multiple agencies getting orders when they are not leglally a party to any matter pending. As the general counsel for OPM said to me, a few years ago" Don't forget OWCP law overrides everything." OPM , her own agency she is general counsel for and also acting director in the past, does';t seem to know this. and I have verified with he Health unit that  either they don't  or ;'never knew anuything.'. Odd for someone in charge and allegedly would have been involved in all these 'orders'? That's why its so imperative for each member of the US Dept of Labor contract to not violate it. If there is conflict then all parties and that includes me would be notified if any change made How does one chagne permanent medical benefits and how does the worker find the missing 'embezzeled miliion dollars on me and other that disappeared somewhere between the secured poting made by the tecnical personnel at US Dept of Labor and it being put in an available account at OPM.(Unless given to ACS and they cashed out ATM cards and used it for the Jack Abramoff and others to bribe govt officials which has been reported is an on ongoing investigation in mulitple agienicies including social security, HHS and US Dept of Labor and who knows how many more.?) All I know is when ACS took over as US dept of labor contractor they were instructed  to let me die and have refused to process an oxygen cliaims as " it would be paid ' and the orders are coming from OPM and was through Horace M Coper whose job was abolished and is now a convicted criminal in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal Not for the missing millions for workers medical care, but for being wined and dined and not reporting the money spent on him and sports tickets  on his financial disclousere form. I understand he ha agreed to fully cooperatie and needs to be asked to do so. But all tell me this the poilcy ito treat all as civil rights matters  and contract complaints and its not being done.
I do wish to amend the complaint to include all my family as listed below and we have signed the forms. as all are directly affected now. Plus all have a fiduciary interest in the matter.
On the contract compliance form it asked for political party and ideology I do not; now how to say this as I tried and its not a clear reflection, I did change party so I could vote in the primary for an attorney that had helped me in the past. He did not win the Republican primary. I have not changed back as waiting to see what comes up next politically,, I usually vote for the person and their personal ideoogy rather than party. I would say I'm a constituionalist and individuals should have the right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Laws should be sufficient stop individuals from being harmed by those that have  can exert undue influence , but as few as possible to protect ones right to live their life as they choose to and with whom they wish to as long as it is not harming others. I don;t have to agree or condone another's choices, but as a Christian I am to care about others and respect their rights of free will. w\We are not a nation where all are alike. We are very diverse and some on both sides seems to have forgotten that. We are to come together to get the things done through our represenaiives. The things that govt must d for the 'general welfare of the people.'. from roads to health Care and other matters that the individual can't do by themselves but can be done together  as a govt of, by and for the people. All people all equal before the law. But when govt contractors ignore these principles then contract complaint offices need to intervene and make them uphold the constitutional rights of the griever and make thins right although some things never can be replaced when years of dealing with illegal and unconstitutional  acts and violations of civil  rihgts have been so rampant as has occurred on my case. Death panels are real when corrurption occurs, and in the case of injured federal workers all the illegal acidity is only addressed In the civil realm. In 1997, we almost got  comprehensive reform and the Congressional committee had my case.
My political view is that we have suffered for 15 years becaues the work of govt stopped  to get rid of a President over a matter  I knew the US Senate would never consider a HIGH crime. A high chime not just any cirme. A gossip frenzy took place and it took the US Senate to use some common sense in the matter. Personally censorship would have been more appropriate as a warning to ''cool your personal behavior." while in office. as the gossip frenzy is distracting from the duties of the office. We still do not have the reforms that committees were doing some very intensive  work on and we are all suffering from it. As the committee staff told, me The merits of your case are not in question but every weakness the law has been used against you." And they still are. As hopefully your office would be able to brign compliance back to the process so my case could be facilitated by us dept of labor employess and their contractors, but so far nothing has occurred. It seems the contractors have become more powerful than the govt and that is unconstitutional and a violation of My civil Rights. I notice that while my complaints were being filed. a contract with Lynn Blodgett, CEO of Affiliated Computer Services was renewed, It has done no good to resign a contract with ACS now a Xerox company as notihng has changed but for the wore in our case. 
Also need to amend to add in Lincare, as I've now been told they are a US dept of Labor contractor through affiliated computer servcies and are refusing service as a death panel to me because of the "Let her die order". They are the only oxygen supplier in the area and and wouldnot sign the contract over to any one else when there were others here
. ACS has thrown away the Medicare  recovery letters and never answered them in the past. I can't' even get Medicare now and have little coverage for my Care as no monies for all the copays. This has been caused by both contractors and Lincere who refuesed to even bill acs in collusion with them and Us dept of labor under OPM's orders. OPM is NOT a legal party to any OWCP case. Judges'; orders are ignored especially that of 2/09 which  decison included reinstatement of temporary wage loss while permanet disaiblity filed in 1996 could be processed; as it set side the reason for the stoppage  which was caused by a felony destruction of file of 4 year of records to make it look as if I had not returend to work in 1990 and OPM passed on the wrong info when the general counsel for OPM had all the right records when I tspoke with her a few ears ago.

A GOSSIP FRENZY THAT TURNS INTO MISINFORMATIONS BEING PASSED AROUND AS FACTS AND NO ONE BOTHERS TO GET A PIECE OF PAPER OR DOCUMENTATIONS TO VERIFY THE TRUTH WHEN ITS REQUIRED TO TAKE ACTION FOR OR AGAINST A PERSON. GOSSIP THAT GOT COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL WHEN SOMEONE WHO IS COMMITTING ILLEGAL ACTS IS PUSHING THE 'ENRAGING' BUTTONS OF HATRED OR SELF RIGHTOUSNESS AND THEY ALL THINK THEY KNOW WHO OR WHAT IS THE TRURH AND NO ONE DOES AS THE PERSON BEHIND IT ALL IS ACTUALLY A THIEF AND/OR HAS COMMITTED FELONIES THAT HAVE CAUSED DEATH WHICH IN MOST JURISDICTIONS WOULD BE A MURDER CHARGE, A PRETTY BAD ONE. AS THEY HAD TO KNOWWHAT COULD HAPPEN   FROM THE ILLEGAL ACT. iT BORDERS ON AND IS PURE EVIL PERSONIFIED. UNFORTUNATELY THIS HAS OCCURRED AMONG HUMANS AT TIMES. IT WAS THISTKIND OF SUPER FRENZY THAT LED TO THE ATTACK OF THE PARENTS OF THE PRESIDENT BACK ON THE BANKS OF THE KANSAS RIVER AND ENDED WITH THREE DEAD SO THAT THE PRESIDENT MAY NOT KNOW WHO HIS FATHER IS OR WAS TO THIS DAY. THE BIG MONEY BEHIND THE BIRTHER MOVEMENT DEFINITELY DOES NOT SEEM TO BE AFTER THE TRUTH. THEY SEEM TO WANT TO STIR UP EMOTIONS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN OVER COME LONG AGO OF HATRED AD MISUNDERSTANDING. AS I SAY HATE THE POLITICS AND MAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRIITICISM. BUT DON'T GET RILED OVER A LIE OR SOMTEHING THAT IS NOT FACTUAL. THE PESIDENT IS ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESDENT AND THERE IS NO EVIDENCE HE HAS EVER KNOWN THE TRURTH OR HAD ANY THING TO DO WITH THE FALSE BIO PUT IN PLACE BY HIS IMMEDIATE FAMILY WHEN HE WS JUST A TODDLER.

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLE I SECTION 3" The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators form each State, chosen by the Legislature theref, for six Years; and each Senator shall have one vote." This was later amended to have direct election of the senators by the people and each is elected in a statewide vote. What has happened here is a divergence from representation solely based on the majority rule at all levels. Two from each state. If one is a small state they get two just as the larger states do. Some of the larger states today have discussed breaking into multiples so that they could have more than two in the body of the Congress that is more involved in treaty agreements an other matters ltaer discussed in the Constitution.  They get to evict the President. The power of a gossip frenzy was recognized and so the balance of the power went to the Senate to make the final decision as they come from the entire populace of the states and not from  the local areas as does the House of Repreentatives.
The principle here is that the smaller states will be allowed to have a voice. Its the principle behind the civil rights movement. The minority sometimes must have their rights established and protected; even when they are not part of the majority. Its too easy in human nature for the majority to just forget the 'small guy' and let them go without rights or life liberty or the pursuit of happiness which is to belong to each one of us.
