Daily recap 12/21/12: Still Here: President Obama Born In Topeka KS:  have all the wealthy elite come up out of their bunkers yet where they waited for the end of the world? We had nothing but Almighty to protect us and we are still here? Maybe they are in an alternate reality from us? Weather is cool and the neighbors Christmas lights are twinkling in the night. Doyle and I faxed new claims to federal Blues and then stated working on follow ups and new claims to CGS. Attached is the cover letter and recap.

 Plus this is another Follow-up request for all unprocessed claims and appeals from 8/1/2000
which were filed with Palmetto GBA, then transferred to Cigna Govt Services and then transferred to CGS when you were bought by South Carolina Blues, parent company of PalmettoGBA and Trailblazers. Their claims now at Novitasand which istrying to do what is needed to be done on claims from Trailblazer processed without labled conditional payments.
There are claims to be reopened and  paid as conditional payments on Doyle and I . at this point do not think any dependent's claims is involved with DME. under Medicare.
Also attached is the Medicare Secondary pay  questionnaire, but this would not be necessary ever if Medicare coordination of Benefits would quit violating their contract with the US dept of laborr and alter the legal line up as DAB Appellate judge and two ALJ judge's ruled was posted accurately with medicare as last payer on us. OWCP and Fed Blues asprimary for me and Fed Blues primary for Doyle. "Everyone " say the Mr or Ms OPM said to cause this chaos and disregard the terms of contracts, laws and evenJudges; orders.
In the past Cigna Govt Services would talk with me as the patient's liable and responsively for filing claims andconducting investigations if the govt nor their contractors do so. And suppliers don't do it.
Thanks for approving for life for liquid home oxygen and  paying claims. You were the only claims procesosr  that sent the claims on over to Medicare secondary payer recovery unit as the law requires. But their letters are  disregarded by Affiliated computer services and non went out to Federal Blues. In fact their system has been altered on alleged orders of Mr or MS OPM to not recover monies owed back to Medicare and they don't; seem to know what to do? to get back monies. But a s long As its coded conditional apayments then We are not having to file and appeal and waiver requests, etc on every claim. So far that has not been done as Mr or MS OPM tells every entity some different version of the facts and the facts are simple. I have active duty status and permanent medical with Federal Workers Comp and my employer group health plan is also a primary for myself and family members on it. Just as it posts from  US Dept of Labor bi weekly and no one is legally allowed to alter that.
But due to a missing miliion dollars on me and others Fedl workers , no claims are gettitng paid. In fact the oxygen cliams  not  input for overa decade Mr or MS OPM ( no one gives a name ) says"I am to die and not to input as they would be paid,then all my bills would be paid" Isn;t that what is to happen?Much has ot been processed from multiple disappearances of file over and over since 1/10/89 when I was injured.
The 1988 law that was passed that allowed permanent medical to be had before a decison made on work vs disability checks is ineffect.I can't retire  until the request for permanent disaibility isprocessed filed in 1996 with the necesary documents  in 1996 and has only had multiple disappearances. 25 years of continuous felonies committted at US Dept of Labor and continued by their contractor Affiliated Computer Services.
 Although the system shows no Part B Medicare, I do have it and preiums went misising but Social Security want me to file throgh medicare and need decisons on all colaims to get appealsto judges with subpoena powers
it appears the stimulus payment done by ACS was no coded that OWCP involved and they went missing Ift 2/09 judges orders had been obeyed it would all be moot  as spousal benfits would have been paid as premiums paid from cyber escrow as OWCP reinstatement and Temporary CSR pays withdrawn and repaid. All papers were filed when OWCP file went missing at the Dallas office which started all this  After the Congressional Commtite on Govt reform wss using my file for Congresisonal hearings as case where merits  not in quesiton and every weakenss in the law had been used against me. Chos and abuses of power over the years.Even EEOC sanctions afgisnt HHS for torture and intentioanl physical harm.. Duee to the impeachment taiking over,  no comprehensive laws ever got passed to stop on going govt corruption inside agenciess and we have all suffered for it as every branch of govt would have had a 'house cleaning.'
OWCP's Contractor shows the million dollars on their system and won'tt pay other claims referreing to it. which I have never had and the OIG for OPM say that they have suspected an embezzlement ring for years at a milion diollars a head on  seriously injured federal workers but never permitted to investigate by Mr or MS OPM. In tis case current and past directors. y letters to John Berry.  never answered.
This makes t Mr or MS OPM giving  these conflicting orders a 'person of interest ' in massive theft. Whether the person giving  misinformation is the one or the ones up the line that pass the information down, where its decimated.
The patient has become claims filer\, the civil and criminal investigator as life and livelihood depend on it.

 We are preparing to file and refile as we do every 180 days, and I called CGS and was rudely hung up on as I'm not allowed to have any constitutional or civil right to file cliaims yet the laws says patient is labile to do so if the claims aren't  filed by the supplier. Lin care did the Initial filing and records keep  disappearing? They were forced then to not continue as contractor of ACS who colluded with HCA Blues twhen they took over? To make Medicare primary and were able to get MCOB to ilelgally alter the line up of who pays first rather than code a conditional pay which would have been legal and enforce pay from OWCP and Blues.
As one can see its on going and life threatening corruption, abuses of power and the asst Us atty said several years ago wen the muitples began  organized crime do to the facilitation by Medicare coordination of benefits now a subsidiary o Emblem health, formerly Group Health.
I called your office tagain, got rudely hung up on, thrid time a woman transferred me.  I thought to someone who would try to find the claims and get them processed as legally pending as new items  and legally pending even if you don;t have them as they have been resent by me mulitple times. Rhema was denied the right to file and I never got a notice of that. Orignally HCS Blues  refused to turn over the medical necessity file to you when they said Medicare should pay first as they take orders as contractor of Mr Or MS OPM and she did;n'tant me to have OWCP, even though she was not a party to  matter.4 parties: I , my attorney, My employing agency that I've signed an agreement for cooperation from and US Dept of Labor. OPM  not allowed to interject  to obstruct the process. No one is to legally listen to thm on this. and they donpt have the records as I have learned.
I was transferred to 1-800 medicare so that they could process your claims. I consider this an afront as Vangent now owned by General Dynamics has obstructed justice and their contract with CMS and not forwarded 500 diligently completed fraud reports direct to CMS on the Partners of CMS for what has transpred in the past and we daily tracked the crimes and none sent to CMS as contract states.dAnswered by a party whose was one of the 500 witnesses? She checked some records and affrmed they are ordered to violate  contract and are not to see or document fraud just as I;dlearned in 4/09, when my home phones were blocked by them after Lynn Blodgett CEO of ACS Xerox got personally involved and gave out misinformaton to parties casuing more chaos and forcing us into Bankruptcy court as Horace M Cooper pled guilty in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal who had told me My file would not be posted as I was old and Ms OPM wanted me dead. and to diregard the apppellate judges orders and reconstructed file disappeared as ACS can control who gets to see it.The new OWCP  Reg Mgr in Dallas believed his wrong info and sent out letters saying Mr Blodgett said nothing to do on case as he now overrides judges' rulings?, whose decisions and remand orders she said she had never seen and ACS had withheld it from her? Nor did he share my certified letter to set up an orderly process  to work through the back log as the judges had ordered to use my records  to process the case as well as setting aside the reaosn for the temp wage loss ednding was a disappearance of 4years from file making it look as if I;d not returned to work in 1990   when I even had EEOC sanctions against HHS-SSA for torture and intentional physical harm in getting me back to work on a lie to accomodate in wrting to OWCP and mulitple docotrs docuemnted whatthey were doing to me.Even set a laser printer under my nose and said breather it or be insubordinate. when I had accepted chemically induced asthma and pneumonitis. And other atrocities that got worse as emembers  of my  of the Jersey City TSC died of theri injuries who were turned away form hosptal on orders of highest levels of govt to stop them from getting OWCP, but an Admisison clerk put down wrong employer on chart as too badly injured to give the info my self and AFGE Union Ins was read as ASCME and Port Authroity put down and I got through to getting admitted and diagnoses as toxic fumes and when it was learned was SSA sent home to die as weh had been 'blackblled ' for life from getiting medical care. After Hartz Moutain had turned off the gas detectors to avoid the fire dept from ordering evacuation unitl things fixed to meet code as it couldn't  have legally passed city, state,federal inspection for us to be in it.ADP building owned by Hartz moutian Industries. OWCP requires 3rd party lawsuit;pending unitl OWCP fgures damages and that alone means code for conditional paymemnts. CNA is  insurer.
Its horrendous to be told that 1-800 Medicare  processes your claims. They have no info to deal with this or pay claims or rule the  1/08 regulatins alowing Lincare a monopoy to reuese servcie is unconstitutional death panel and I leartned that CGS has also become one as not folooing the offical gruidelines for oxygen and many are being permanetly harmed and dying prematurely accoridng to medical personnel having to deal with CGS  Reember its never been just an O2 sat rate;its always been O2 sat rate OR medical records and since 2005, there are medically specifc diagnoses that can approve it withot the sat rate being lowered  I thank you for getting me approved for life  several years ago. As also aprpoved for life by Fed Blues , now pays partial pay now, and OWCP for life but Mr Or MS OPM will not allow Mr Blodgett to input as they would be paid and all my bills would be apid and the whole illegal mess would end and get exposed and someone could go to jail and none wants to ? our son is hauling tanks and we pay  for me to live as Lincare , Lynn Blodgett's contractor has my OWCP contract to not supply me? On orders fro?Mr or MS OPM?
So I'm filing and can't get to a judge without you processing the claims and saying I must have a supplier and giving the appeal rights and citiations so we can get this unconstitutional  death panel over turned as not everyone has a son to haul tanks for them or pay out of pocket and have other non-medicare primary payer . It took them sitting on claims for 4 years to go back and pay this year but not for months they show I had Prt B as they are waiting for you to process those months first as they don't want me to have owcp and be an active duty employe. They have had Blues deleited off the system for entire family as of 1/12 calling in to do so as it reposts as legallay is not to be altered as MCOB violates US dept of Labor contract in doing so.
We are requesting that an orderly process  put in place to work through  back log of legally pending claims. and advise in what order you wish them sent. The  cost of all this has been prohibitive and legally none of this should ever have occurred but some have decided to not obey the laws and rules.Pateitn is required to file and deal with you and 1-800 medicare does not process claims. Please advise our customer servcie reps of that and someone in your company has to deal with the patient as long as this kind of illegal behavor continues. if you can stop it, then the coims still need to be processed and since 108 there is no supplier as we get the oxygen from the same place your supplier does.

P.S You paid my oxygen claims under my husband's ssn with a D after it and he is alive. Prayerfully no call center will ever advise provders sand suppliers to use phonies again to circumvent conditional payment  process and  override codes will be used  to document for recovery from OWCP and/or EGHP as both are primary on all of Linda's claims and Fed Bues is primary on Doyle's/ until ACS decides to obey  judges and get things proceesed over there so OWCP can have the records to get me on permanent disability so i can retire.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS: REPOSTED 3 MORE DAYS  ue to circumstances as above not much to add today. The world did not end andIi saw the nation praying and silence this AM as bells tolled and none was protesting seapration of\church and state saying we had no right to practice our faith as we chose to do so. There's hope for the future as the hope is us loving one another and never doing terrible things to each other in this world again. The other glimeer of the future was in Novemaber when people stood for ours to vote despite some who didnt want them to. its not who they voted for , it was they did it and prayerfully each election more will vote untill 95% do so and say they are the rulers of this world and nation where all are eaual before the law and each one of us has uniques and special worth as part of the whole of soicety. Different individuals whom we dont always agree not like each other but care enogh about each other to figure out ow to co exist under our Constitution so all have life , liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

"Each House may determine the Rules of its Poceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behavior, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds expel a member."
No King sets the rules, the body assembled makes their own rules and decides when one is expelled, but they are to do so with rules for all to follow.  In more recent times , ciriminal convictions caused expelling. Its not to be done lightly and not because of the way one votes on a matter or differs in opinion. Takes 2/3 to do it. otherwise a simple majority could expel the minority and fill the hoise with their own kind causing all kinds of abuses of powers. The Constituton has its checks and balances to prevent what rulers with total powers had done and often not for the general welfare of the people at all.
