There are several secondary and tertiary issues pending that have yet to be reviewed for acceptance on my established case with permanent medical benefits. The approved treatment plan has ha little alteration since 1/89 when I was started on first Prednisone with an initial 40 lb weight gain and then Azmacort. This was later altered to included Nasacort. Little research seemed to be available at the time except to assure us that less side effects occurred with inhaled; forgetting that to get to the respiratory organs the cortisone steroids pass and are absorbed by body tissue. This is a life sustaining drug for one like me, but at that time life expectancies were about 5 years. Its now over 22 and death is not imminent. Since ACS-Xerox has discriminated against me and not brought my file on line with the official US Dept of labor computer, medical has been obstructed and my power chair never replaced adding to physical harm.

UPDATE: There has been no response to these resultant medical issues. Others with similar toxic/chemical injury cases like mine have had such issues accepted in injury cases,similar from toxic 'cloud' on 1/10/89 when peer review blackballed all 90 of us for medical care for life re a Dr. of mine in Philly i mid 90's.
I was the only one? with tests run as clerk put down PORT AUTHORITY for employer in error and only after diagnosis of toxic- more has been written here on line before.
Others only got no tests, no diagnosis and as of a decade ago 10 deaths plus 11Th originally called suicide but Homeland Security repened as possible murder after a fingerprint in his apt was of a well known terrorist... I inferred it was #1. so far directlty attributed to their initial injuries. Some much younger than I. Most of us will die prematurely as a result and these 11 was only what Homeland Security had decided at the time... All of us got exposed at some degree. Our group got the worse of it according to OSHA investigator who ' had to retire' because she was denied by her New York regional superiors for court orders to check out furnace and other parts of a billionaire's building 2 Journal Square Jersey City NJ. She would have found those gas detectors turned off and time it occurred months earlier to prevent fire dept from evacuation of building until vents put in and corrected, etc. We were not told this was going on and lives at risk should disaster trike..IT DID!

There are some real heroes in the medical field who have stood up for the patients right of life.
There is no way to get decisions as ACS-Xerox will not post my file and thus no one at US DEpt of Labor is allowed to see the file to carry out remand orders of 15 appellate judges and 2 Hearing officers at Us Dept of Labor . Even if I handed this to my claims examiner, she can't 'see' it until CEO Lynn Blodgett orders his employess to set up my file and post it as the decision was made over a decade ago that the Federal govt employees could not be 'trusted' to provide security so records would not 'disappear.' Now, the govt contractor decides what should 'disappear.' before they get posted. And they are not subject to real internal audits nor even criminal investgations as OIG Head for OPM said in Congressioal Hearing in 7/13; no monies allowed tp be spent investigating crimes in contractors. Lawlwssness is the policy?
One of the usual outcomes of long time cortisone steroid use is cataracts and govt plans only pay for single vision implants. so I chose to have one farsighted and one near sighted and just have not had the money to get glasses,yet to make up the difference. Many have gone this route accoridng to medical personnel and one does adjust pretty well. But the side vision on the near sighted side sometimes ends with bumping into things. And I miss typos sometimes..
CA-1 Ca-2 on chemical conjunctivitis has been pending for 20 years, since that was first diagnosed; and never answered, yet. Pattern of behavior over the years is process, pay, file disappears and eventually file reconstructed and start over. Now ACS won't put file back together even though judges ordered it done from my records and ask me for facts of case in 2/09 and withheld from agency officials, even their own appellate judges orders. WHO'S IN CHARGE! CEO Lynn BLODGETT, not Pres Obama.. . multiple felonies to disappear file.. policy is nationwide to not have security.. straight from Us Dept of Labor' OIG Director..
Who told Lynn Blodgett to do this?
Thanks to all the doctors who have treated me, in spite of all that is occuring which legally should not be happening. HR 1063, signed into law 1/11/13, but not yet implemented is deaigned to stop situations just like mine. which is getting too common place when laws are not enforced in this nation. Recently a well seasoned doctor with lots of knowledge said that when one has oxygen for an injury than ALL THE MEDICAL BILLS ARE COVERED BY THE LIABLE PARTY AS NO HEALING OF ANY KIND CAN OCCUR WITHOUT OXYGEN. I had been misled for 26 years on this by all those in charge of the programs and OPM partners are telling all only one body part can be treated/paid for and so one can die when that order as many organs keep us alive in our bodies. Congressman dan Burton was going to expose all of this in 1998 and the impeachment stopped all the efforts for real justice in this nation as federal workers comp exposes all kinds of skullduggery going on in agencies over all as often workers get injured due to corruption of some kind. or negligence of caring for others. A 'blue dress' stopped many from being arrested and we went on to wars and wars and evils and 9/11/01. Linda Joy Adams
Update: It is now know that when FECA put me on home liquid oxygen for life 22 years ago, that I was not only covered for payment of accepted medical conditions but for all medical conditions under the 1988 Labor law that was passed to save lives of injured workers when they have an established case with life threatening medical needs. Oxygen seems to be a main need under this. When covered under this its basically automatically as soon as he oxygen claim is paid and coded for life. Ns then all medical bills are covered for life. Lynn Blodgett manager told me this n 2007, but did not say it was that law. That came later. this is the dirty secret kept hidden for years, and has ended up as a real DEATH PANEL when Lynn Blodgett's company took over total control of FECA n 2002 at the same time congress passed the COUP OF 2002 giving government contractor dictatorial powers to do as they please and no one in the real government allowed not know what they are doing AND IF ILLEGAL NO BUDGET TO ARRESTS ANYONE. And the SEC was defunded to not permit them to unravel a mzw of shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships from taking control from any other company that might even try to compete for government contracts. So they have been allowed to NEVER INPUT AN OXYGEN CLAIM AS IT WOULD BE PAID AND BRING THEIR OFFLINE SYSTEM ONLINE WITH THE REAL us dEPT OF LABOR SYSTEM THAT IS VERY SECURE AND SHOWS THE OFFICIAL STATUS and three medicar udges siad i am not retired yet and have the FECA coverage as it what that system posts by weekly to the sysem at Medicare contractor, but they hack and alter it illegally . iT ALSO PREVENTS MEDCIARE FROM PAYING AS IT KICKS IT BACK AS ITS feca'S BILL AND SINCE APPROVED FOR LIFE IT IS PAID IF INPUT. IN 1988 , WHO IMAGINED THERE WOULD BE A DAY WHEN THERE WAS NO GOVERN TO MAKE THIS COMPANY INPUT THE CLAIMS. One then must get a 200lb tank and prescription and find a gas company that still sells medical liquid oxygen as most who have these kinds of injuries need that and the ozone emitting concentrators are deadly for me and why I am approved for life for liquid oxygen . And claims were quickly paid before. Injured workers are dead and dying all over the USA, from my networking info and congress will not act. They gave gagged themselves to not mention, contact nor ask a contractor to testify, And those who will not help me are setting themselves us for the same treatment as it's what any one can expect now. until Congress puts the govt back in place and this caval will send up to WWIII in order to keep internatkl power, is how evil this is?
