Violations of Civil Rights page 13 accident report
Took a nasty fall and left lower leg and knee on ice. happened at 10:15pm 3/6/11. I've been power wheelchair confined since 1992 and have none currently. In 2005, my cardiologist wrote prescription and none of the suppliers will even talk to me until I get the problems with insurance straightened out so they know whom to bill. Medicare and others used to allow a predetermination. Now if they provide the chair, they may be caught trying to find out whom will pay. The diagnosis for the chair is my occupational asthma which makes it workers compensation. However ACS-Xerox won't set up my computer file and bring it on line. Ill Blues took over their ' franchise in TX, OK and NM at just about the same time and both are ' dumping onto Medicare which would be considered theft if Congress hadn't given all govt contractors immunity from prosecutions. I'm mostly home confined and have had tables, chairs etc. near where i walk to 'catch' my self. Somehow, some soap had fallen off a shelf, breaking the cap and it had spilled on the floor and I did;t see it and slipped. If not better by AM will need to see if doctor can see me. Last time that doctor's claim got paid 17 times by Trailblazers and him only one overpayment. Still under appeal and DAB won't give final decision. That CA1 @CA2 have yet to be looked at by OWCP and its been over 4 years.

NUPDATE: Noo changes in the govt despite more follow-ups. Established case and judges orders to post/process/pay ignored and public monies stolen and no federal law enforcement permitted to investigate when its an on-going well documented crimes with even agency judges ordering justice when crimes being done by 'Partners' of the govt officials and coup d'etat almost complete through a step by step process over the last few decades as individual rights have been eroded.
DEATH PANELS have been real for a long time for we Feds, and you all wanted to have that current model for your health care next year? There is a better way and its going to follow constititional principles and gave better heralth care and equal justice fo all. Correct the basic problems which exist throughout all the govt regulated and unaccountable contractor run health plans which I've written about online and the crooks will flee and even the current plan soon to take effect may well work. But,unless these changes in practice are stopped the abuses and thefts and physical harm and DEATH PANELS will be continued. No "Plan' works if wrong doing is alllowed to strip the people of their rights by a few. MERRY CHRISTMAS! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Please do register and vote in all elections! update: It was after my last post that I was told the legal implications of what Lynn Blodgett;s manager had told me in 2007 when I was tring to find out why no oxugen clsim since Affilfiated computer serves had taken onver in the coup of 2002.
She had said that the orders were to "let her die" on me and they were not to input an ozygen claim to the system as if they did it would be paid they THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS AND THE GIG WOULD BE UP Since then I have learned that the 1988 labot law means that if one has an estbliehsed case and a medical nned where one could die if they do not get the care means that this claims for ozygen, unlike doctor bills, is a speddifc code and it will go o through to the real sedured system at the US dept of albor they sill own and maintain and when its coded ofr life as oxygen ususllay is it lockes in PERMANENT AND TOTAL MEDICAL COVERAGE FOR ANY AND ALL MEDICAL BILLS.. ONE NO LONGER HAS TO LOOK AT CAUSE OR DIAGNOIS ITS ALL PAID FOR. For years, I have been tying all kinds of bills to my original injury and making a logical case. BUT THE WHOLE WHORKERS COMP INDUSTRY HAS BEEN HIDING THIS LAW THAT MANY WHO WORK WITH THE PROGRAM ARE NOT AWARE OF AND ATTORNEYS ARE NOT EITHER. IT WAS CIGNA GOVERNMT SERVIES WHICH PAID THE CLAIMS UNDER MEDICCARE EVEUALLY THAT HELD EXPOSE THIS. They are o longer a Medicare contractor and sold off that company to South Carolina Blues the parent company of Trailblazers who created the 16 extra phone Medicare numbers on me and stole $4 million from Medicare using my claims and Id and debiting Medicare using the Federal Reserve number and created an illegal off line system that shows each medical provider from 1/1/06 through 11/12 had received 17 pays per claims and both them and I are overpaid. Lynn Blodgett will not process the waiver requests he got from SSA that are filed as against 'equity and good conscience" the victim gives no financial info on form SSA 632. An easy waiver decision. Patient is not at fault. But for him to waive these, his companies and partners would be exposed and maybe Congress would give back funding to stop the other on going thefts by contractors hackng my records and others biweekly now . .
