Attached is final payment paid in full check with you per the signed agreement in bankruptcy court. I have not received any acknowledgement of the monthly payments of $61.00 since 2/09 before bankruptcy was filed. I never ceased the monthly checks even though you stopped the services that i was paying for ans wish reinstated.  Attached is a copy of the last bill. I may have overpaid as the interest should have decreased, but i paid what I agreed to pay to settle this debt. A copy of this is being sent to our bankruptcy attorney and to the US bankruptcy court. If you read on line under Linda Joy Adams or LindaJoyAdams you will see that the theft of my id and claims by trailblazers led me to no other option when Affiliated Computer Systems to date refuses to set up my computer file with federal workers compensation and not processing 11 years of oxygen claims because the computer will pay them and bring my file on line with the official US Dept of Labor Computer saying: the director of OPM made them do it. yet today OPM denies they have such as contract with them or with Medicare Coordination of Benefits who defies their three judges and alters the official bi-weekly posting from US Dept of Labor creating  liabilities  their  fraud squad won't stop.
