With the on going hacking of all government systems that no real government official has control of and has not budget from congress to even check it out to make sure every ones records in the custody of these international cabal of unaccountable govt contractors are secure, etc. ANYTHING CAN BE ALTERED TO SHOW ANYTHING. Most are not aware of what has occurred, as if the illegal acts had been done to all , all at once , all would have made sure Congress acted to correct it.
No, it got more securely in place, and we feds seem to have been the most vulnerable, since we have no one to help us from local or state levels when crimes get committed against us and our records at the federal level. And at the federal level too often the help has been contracted out, now to those which has as their victims already.
Those like me and mine, became the 'canary in the cages' and when no one helped us, the evil over all is now over all. YOU ALL WANTED THE FEDERAL EMPLOYEE HEALTH SYSTEM FOR YOURS. And we knew it was a paper tiger with policies that were not being obeyed, etc. under management control of this cabal.. You would not listen as you allowed this cabal to take control of your very right to live and have health care and your own doctor, crushed under a system under this international cabal where rights and laws and good health care, means little. if they choose to not follow them. And more and more are not doing so. THEY SNUCK IN UNAWARES IN LITTLE STAGES AND COVERED THEIR TRACKS WELL WITH THE APPROVAL OF CONGRESS WHICH GAGGED ITSELF TO NOT KNOW. A few stood up but we did not know whom to support and whom was doing us in?
So when you records and data disappear, and as the linked article says, your right to even freely travel where you wish to go is taken from you by hacking in to ones government files etc. Then you will feel the crushing blow of what its like to have ones freedoms curtailed. In my case right of life to even breathe impeded by those in control of our data that seems to have no sense of right and wrong as most of us do. and wish no harm to any others as has been going on with no rule of law to stop what they are doing. Any system can be altered illegally and this bunch does not have to give any one any due process rights as they have well proven they do not. since 2002 .
And then you have to PROVE YOUR INNOCENCE as the ones in control of systems can create what ever fact they choose them to be. And you get hacked, what is stored in cyber space will not help. HARD COPIES AND PROOF OF FILING AS A CERTIFIED MAIL RECEIPT DOES. If you have can get it to a real official that can make decision on it.
We have a younger generation that seems to think that one can store all ones data in a computer system or in cyber space and it never will disappear.
It can and any piece of that info can be altered.
That has been going on since the e government law of 2002 was passed by Congress that created an over throw of the USA into the control of an international cabal How? Most laws result in regulations and executive type orders and at times what is done, does not seem to look like what was initially intended. .
I name President Lynn Blodgett whose current title is President of Xerox Management Services as owner of almost 150 corporations and the SEC has another long lost and all of their secret deal partnerships that are far more than just business deals, as often its a pact to commit crimes within the government systems they now own and not us. And have stolen our data and the public monies with these deals to this day unstopped by any as Congress will not allow it to be stopped..
All of which has been going on since 2002 and only gotten worse and more sophisticated over time as even systems have not been programmed as the government and we, the people paid for them to be. Instead they are programmed to have weakened security to allow these illegal intrusions into official records that by law are not to be altered at all or only certain official have the right to change others with much due process rights with letters, given to all affected,.
None of these constitutional rights have been going on and most do not even know their personal data inside these cabal owned government systems have been altered and too often with life threatening results when its ones own medical data involved to be used for medical treatment.
So MAKE SURE YOU KEEP A HARD COP Y OF ANY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS AND ANYTHING FILED WITH THE GOVERNMENT/ And that includes dealings and filings with the IRS and any other government agency. Or those who say they are the government, but are really a government contractors, that rarely every identifies themselves as such any more. even though it s still illegal to not say who they really are. with at least their corporate name and stating they are a contractor for such and such and agency.
Eve the real government employees who still can have their work reviewed and be investigated and prosecuted for crimes committed often have had little training any more as the computer systems do all the decisions and math problems for them. Few even had access to know what the math problems or how to make the decisions the system is doing. to even know if done legally anymore.. SO the international cabal of contractors is actually making the decisions and since often what they follow has little semblance to the real laws or agency regulations or policies which are still mostly constitutional. But little way to ever question any that are not, any more at agency level to result in changes. , THEY HAVE BECOME THE LAW MAKERS TOO.
Agency officials often have no idea what is really going on and since most initial appeals decisions are now being done by these contracts, its often years, before one may get to a hearing with a real federal judges, and even then the lower ones have given control of their files and data to this cabal so what they are given to even made a decisions on , may not be the whole truth or data. Too often cases, do not even get a hearing to sort out the facts and make sure all data is before the judge to render a decision on , has gone on also.
So years later one may get to an appellate judges in an agency and by that time if one is still alive and may not already have been rendered broke , bankrupted maybe even homeless if still alive, one may be able to reconstruct files and they stay intact as at that level they seem to have had the good common sense and allegiance to the constitution to allow fairness to the rights of all and to the appellant . But even then one may have obstructions among some agencies. for a number of reasons, usually based on gossip and rumor run amok and a few that seem to have entered in to the process that are not upholding the law and seem to be on the 'payroll; of this cabal etc, and not working for the people and the nation. That is rare, but it has occurred.
ITS WHY I AM PAYING MORE THAN THE LAW SAYS FOR MY PART B MEDICARE PREMIUMS AND ACCORDING TO ALL THE PAST TRAINING PAYING DOUBLE. And years of appeals, go unanswered to address this and now being told its all piled up in boxes in he Durant SSA office??? WHY WHO GAVE SUCH AN ILLEGAL ORDER BUT ONE THOSE UNPROCESSED RECORDS COULD SEND TO JAIL FOR ILLEGAL ACTS. AS CONTENTS CONTAIN EVIDENCE AGAINST SOME BVERY HIGH UP? But others said the entire file was shredded by MS Knight , former manager. I name her as others have and she has a right to know what is being said about her.. I surmise she was ordered to by who? Another that has to talk to reveal the evil that is going on that affects every one, not just me and mine.
There are probably a few taking some form of bribes, of some sort, at the top of some agencies. And the system is so broken that they cannot be investigated and prosecuted either. by the US Justice Department. A couple of years ago the office that was to take care of crimes alleged against high level officials was dismantled in violations of the OIG Law and no one knows of any replacement. It had not served us well for decades as seemed to be staffed by those 'friendly' to the corruption and cabal.
It is the high level official that would see to it that some budget for OIGs to have as well as real internal audit control of contractors of each agency be submitted to Congress. If they do not do it then we have an over thrown government. All in agencies make sure you have this money in the budget, for without it WE ARE OVER THROWN AND OUR RIGHTS OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD AND ANY PRETENSE OF HOMELAND SECURITY OF OUR PUBLIC MONIES AND HUMAN RIGHTS OF ALL CAN NOT BE PROTECTED AT ALL FROM THOSE WHO HAVE IMMUNITY DUE TO NO BUDGET.

The current math seems not to have been done correctly even on the overpaying assessed penalty for next year, which one does not have when employed as the official records show from US Department of Labor that has official jurisdiction of me. as long as I am active duty. Also OPM has these too at the top levels, but President Blodgett has given another version to those he controls as info giver to contractors at the evil one gets info from via phone calls as they search for a retirement date a construe that change of address, raise, etc. must be it.??? and bluff and say it is as HE , their info 'god' says is the altered version of truth. .. But personnel file missing for over a decade and run around with even a FOIA request over it, and then hacked into at Bureau of Interior on verbal orders of President Blodgett is said to have had hacked. Yet no one at SSA or CMS knows as no one even has any instructions or laws, etc available to know how to do a simple math problems or ARE WE GOING TO SEE ANOTHER EMBEZZLEMENT SCHEME GOING ON where we all think its dong one thing and we are all paying one amount but the real system is showing something else?
NO ONE IN CONGRESS SEEMS TO CARE WE ARE BEING ROBBED OF OUR MONIES??? Or some one would introduce a law to allow some over sight budget for real internal audits of our contractors and budget for those who commit crimes in side those companies.
And I learned yesterday that SSA is still operating under an illegal order by some one , President Blodgett was intimated as the one, more recently , but not years ago?? who does not wish to go to jail and continue the cover up of what has been going on with no security on the systems there that affect every one. NOTHING OF MY FILES HAVE BEEN WORKED FOR YEARS AND IN DEFIANCE OF SEVERAL SSA JUDGES WHO HAVE RULED AND REMANDED MATTERS TO BE TAKEN CARE. OF. The order to "let her die" is being carried out with in my own agency by some where rumor and gossip and abject fear of reprisal if they do their job?? is on going. Appeals never entered on the system or worked and those have been are illegally deleted with out any decision. the last hearing filed has yet to be sent to the hearing office to answer in any from. WHY ? GOSSIP AND RUMOR RUN AMOK and all we get is ORDERED BY WHO?

What did I ever do to you ? except try to stay alive and document what is going on? if some evil high official is using your name to do this in your name, then its time for you to speak out and be a witness. So my call to SSA TSC yesterday ended with a woman apologizing for the evils being done, but does she not realize , that I AM HER PRECEDENT CASE AND WHAT WILL SHE GET AS SHE MIGHT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR HER LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD SOME DAY/ An apology?. One can not apologize for evil. One has to take a stand against it and do what is needed that one can legally do? Did she file a fraud report and send in a hard copy of the hacked in system , she had no idea was hacked as no appeals are shown as pending when any one who has read this blog knows of so many appeals pending unanswered, I am swamped in a mountain of paper work as noting gets one in the government as more problems created that cause threat to life and livelihood due to it. YOU COULD BE ME IN AN INSTANCE AND WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Younger generations: You do not exist if you are not on the system. You are not employed even if you are at work working if you are not in the system!! And there is no government in control of seeing that is made accurate any more. Until Congress wakes up and takes the power we the people gave them to take care of things for us. if agencies do not ask for basic budget to stop crimes then pass it anyway and do some over sight as to why it was not included. The evidence is so great that how much is really needed to "tie of the loose ends "and prosecute some cases? I am sure many will cooperate and even 'turn states evidence' once the clearing of corruption occurs. We have years of deep 'muck of it to wade through."
As for Homeland Security , they seem to be concerned with anything but the security of the nation and the records and monies of the nation that have been INSECURE SINCE AT LEAST 2002 and in my case on going felony disappearances back to 1/10/89 when I became the medical precedent case? for my office of 90 SSA-HHS employees blacklisted before we even got to hospitals, etc. badly injured. And a mix up on my initial chart had me listed as employed by Port Authority in Jersey City instead and I got all the diagnostic tests run and being prepared for admittance to save my life and when the diagnosis of toxic fumes came back , and the NJ health dept reports filed, WAS SENT HOME TO DIE AS NO GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE HAD THE RIGHT TO LIVE and all acquiesced to vast entrenched corruption already in place in this nation under the initial over thrown of OPM into this international cabal as they started there taking control of us. And laws passed that seemed good and but could later be turned in to bad ones, by who was in control when the control went from the people's government to them.
You know that you are not in control of our national security Homeland Security and all of you need to have a real meeting with each ones conscience and each one take responsibility for the protection of this nation. ITS YOUR JOB and you are gong up against your own contractors there. Something SNOWDEN should have done as employee of one of the contractors, who has control of our personal data, NOT THE GOVERNMENT .And that is one of the worse parts of all the snooping THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT THE SNOOPER, THE CABAL IS And none in the real government has control of what they do with the info, as those in the real government still does, if they misuse it in some illegal way. and can be prosecuted . Those with 'congressional immunity by no budget have been given that runs things now.
Mr. T at the FBI, I pray you are right that some investigation at the SEC is going on right now of this. But so far , all I have gotten for my full cooperating I last year is an even more life threatening situation created. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK And I was told by them last year, they have no budget allowed by congress to go after any company as government contractor. What they did accomplish was only a small part of what is going on in non government areas. THERE IS NO WHISTLE BLOWER OR WITNESS PROTECTION FOR A FED, AND RARELY IS THERE AND WHY ITS MORE DIFFICULT TO EVEN DO AN INVESTIGATION UNTIL CONGRESS WAKES UP AND SEE ITS THERE FOR US if I had witnessed some Mafioso hit I would have had some attempt of protection. NOT FOR AN OVER THROWN OF THE USA.. States are begging for help and bribery allegations of government officials at local and state levels goes in the media, which means they are serious enough that it does get publicity as probably truthful.
Usually what goes on at the Federal level gets well covered up and media rarely gets the info to even report, but IT SEEMS PRETTY OBVIOUS THAT SOME HAD TO HAVE HAD FINANCIAL INTERESTS TO HAVE DONE SUCH EVIL that has been documented being done to me and too any others, some of whom have not survived to this time. on planet earth in their earthly life.
KEEP HARD COPIES OF TAX RETURNS AND W2'S AND PAYMENT O TAXES AND ANY OTHER DEALINGS WITH GOVT AS WELL AS OTHER IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS. DO not rely on anything surviving in cyber space, as it may not. One of those plastic tubs with a tight lid, keeps things dry and dust free for years. An takes up little space, Unless one has years of records to hand on to as one has to constantly reconstruct ones government files, and them have them disappeared over and over . now being told they are stacked in boxes in the Durant SSA office under whose illegal orders? TO CARRY OUT LET HER DIE ORDER? As unable to pay for health care, one does not survive today... The FBI ETC, needs to get some protection for those employees at SSA who know and would talk, but you must afford them some real protection and privacy until the moment it would have to be made known if ever.
OIG FOR SSA, you said the local office was under investigation a decade and a couple of other managers ago. Are they still? Then why are you allowing my files to sit unworked? Files that contain real evidence of crimes in how my files have been illegally handled so far and threat to life as the disability decision needs to be done as remanded in 2011 by SSA judge and ignored to date, as one way to by pass president Blodgett as FECA can adopt it.
And where is the missing consult report from the board certified pulmonologist the OK state agency sent me to for SSA with all the extensive pulmonary testing done back in 1999 that was 'destroyed' and my written request for a copy of all and for my doctor to get a copy still is ignored and if all is in those stacks then WHY DO YOU DENY ME THE RIGHT TO FINISH UP MY WORKERS COMP CLAIMS AND GET MY LIFE SUSTAINING MEDICAL CARE AND OXYGEN PAID FOR AS APPROVED FOR LIFE ALREADY BY FECA BUT NOW BY PRESIDENT BLODGETT WHO IS IN TOTAL CONTROL ,

WHO told you that and then you go around and tell all others to not do anything on my cases and defy judges who know better of what has gone on? YOU AND YOURS TOLD LINCARE AND REHMA THEY COULD NOT FILE OXYGEN CLAIMS AND THEN BLOCKED ANY ATTEMPT IN SEVERAL AREAS so that my family does not have to continue hauling 200 lb liquid oxygen tanks and get them filled at the gas company and pay out of pocket and your people stop allowing even partial payment from fed Blues as was occurring until last year until you interfered and blocked that at Celerian Group ? as their info giver, to as YOU ARE to let her die? ME??? And you had something to do with trying to stop that access too??? WHY?

And the worse evil is to ask an employee to sell their own soul and commit illegal acts, even if as contractor they have immunity from Congress to do so.

The few instances when a few have been brought to justice, you, the rank and file lower level employee TOOK THE FALL because you carried out illegal orders. Your are just as expendable to them as the rest of us are. Evil has not respect for human rights, for evil personified is a destroyer of all that is good. And we humans, were created , GOOD ad so was creation itself. WE HAVE FREE WILL TO KEEP IT GOOD OR FOLLOW THE ORDERS OF THE DESTROYER AND TURN ALL IN TO DEATH AND DESTRUCTION AND LOSE ONES IMMORTAL SOUL IN THE PROCESS.
