I have a lot to share, and feel its imperative to share it with others who may be going through the same fight for life and livelihood as me and mine are right now. Maybe something I share, may be helpful in understanding and knowing possible and legal means to survive a real mess that our elected leaders have gotten us into over the last few decades. And my first advocated action is to make sure you vote and try to do your best to select those who will stand up for us , first and be ones who will allow ones personal survival.
What Windows 10 seems to have controls the free flow in info by the blogger. I make no money from blogging/ But our personal survival, is my personal belief has continued, because of the exposure of our personal and very true story on line. And those involved in the skulduggery that has been done and is very illegal towards, us and hacking into and altering every government file of ours , has had some impact to allow survival to this date. Especially when the hacking, has obstructed income due and awarded and disappeared along with the ability to get life preserving medical care.
We are in a time when our basic human rights has been shoved to the back of a dusty shelf as if it has no importance to the cabal that has over thrown our society and govt. And the law that did it was not the Patriot Act but the e government act of 2002 and some how that got turned into the nearly every level of government turned over to an international verbal and they own our data and files and Congress allowed no budget to spend on oversight , either civil or criminal as we get robbed of our monies and rights to life and livelihood as some really and entities are now in control . NOT THE GOVERNMENT NOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS who are still legally subject to checking their work product and can be arrested for criminal acts. Although with a subsidiary of Goldman-Sachs screening nearly everything that comes in form whistle blowers or evidence of criminal acts, little is going to get through to those who might still act if its going to harm their 'partners' first.
We have entered an era when those government fraud phone lines, are still listed as such, but are usually now being called ETHICS LINES INSTEAD AND THE FIRST ACT is to contact the wrong doer and share all and cover up the crime as occurred with us in 4/14 within the Medicare partners when they blew their reaction and added back in after they had deleted it in violation of their own contract when it posted primary from government. Our Federal Blues High option employer group health plan got put back on as a Medicare supplement policy and listed it as secondary instead of primary as it posted from my employer jurisdiction, US Department of Labor and all government contracts forbid any alteration of that in the first place but routinely has gone on since 2002. NO DOCTOR, ETC KNOWS WHOM TO BILL OT HOW TO CREATE A TREATMENT PLAN THAT WOULD BE PAID FOR. Nearly every medical provider and or supplier or pharmacist in the USA, has been caught I this web of deceit as they are ordered to use the hacked into system that is privately owned as a contract and none in the government knows what is going on as they are forbidden by Congress to know, let alone stop the theft of one of our biggest pools of money.( Government officials consider 'hacking; as not just peeking form outside, but when info is altered or deleted that is not to be by law. Such as an appeal , or which health plan is to pay first. These are felonies that only these contractors are immune from criminal over sight by Congress.
EVERY ONE'S OWN PERSONAL MEDICAL SOURCES, ARE UNDER THIS ATROCITY NOW, AND THIS AFFECTS EVERY ONE AS WE ALL NEED OUR GOOD DOCTORS,, ETC TO BE THERE WHEN WE GET SICK AND OR INJURED OR TO KEEP US AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE THE REST OF THE TIME. They have less power than the patients to do anything or investigate,
Our Doctors, etc. have to spend billions for being under the HIPPAA law, but this cabal is not since 1999 and anything can happen with out most personal info and if altered for any reason, even by typos, it can have harmful and even deadly results as a Congressional study of over 9 years ago showed, yet no action taken to make sure the contractor has a method to correct errors. or us have access to get a copy, which should be the same as our records at the medical providers, but if something has gone wrong is not, and others records co mingled and then it get used for medical treatment as rare is it that ones own doctor is called from an ER or even ones own records accessed from ones treating sources. I have had two close calls from mine being accessed and nothing can be done as the mess is still there to cause potential deadly harm in the future. some were clerical type errors, but one was intentional and nothing can be done by any law enforcing entity from that either.
My medical 'treaters' know what that one is, as its been touted around by President Blodgett's companies whom they deal with from many conflicting sides daily. Its pure lawlessness and unconscionable for Congress not to do anything about this. .
And all get overpaid when Medicare is illegally dumped on to the trickery of the partners of the government that own the system and almost all of our systems now. Medical providers can get worse than that when one of President Blodgett's own auditing companies comes to audit what others of his companies have done to cause what ever occurred, This is not just going on my and 'mine's records and sources as its pervasive according to witnesses on the inside that our law enforcers are forbidden to speak to or even act on evidence if provided and it can get past his screeners inside HHS. I have conducted Medicare fraud investigations, and do know a little about what is evidence that can be used.
The SEC has no budget either to go after any government partners. which is what contractors are called now when they are the partner with the most control as the own our data and files. And do not have to share them with any n the government unless they wish to do so. Even SSA, which is every ones social security all pay into and have rights to receive some day, is now in the control of this cabal and illegal alterations and deletions have been going on since 2002 also, as my own case show.
SSA's own OIG was denied access to see if the security protocols were in place with the systems contractor to make sure that these continued illegal alterations of deleting appeals and altering official data on each of us were in place so that even the most well intentioned person could not go in and change things. or delete them They went to congress last February asking for Congress to give them access. And I have not seen anything to show they have yet to be given that. Their press release was never covered by the main media at all, but I shared it on my sites. FOLKS THAT AFFECTS EVERY ONE IN THE USA and could end with no checks when needed or less than one is legally due!!
If our law enforcement is not able to even check systems where we have well documented crimes are occurring on , then WE HAVE AN OVER THROW OF THE GOVT INTO AN INTERNATIONAL BEAST SYSTEM THAT MAY WELL BE THE ONE OF REVELATION OR END TIMES, OR AT LEAST A TRIAL RUN FOR IT.
Who running for office next year , at any level will stand up and take back the power from this cabal that is accountable only to itself?
So far only a few states have tried, in some areas, and local government's now are trying to get back control of those traffic cam companies they gave full unfettered and unaudited control of the right to snoop on all of us with no control of what tickets got mailed or how much money was collected.
And bribery charges, keep surfacing around the nation from time to time as to how this bunch even got the contracts in the first place.
I name President Lynn Blodgett as the one in control of the USA, as he is the one named by high level officials where my own personal data and files cannot be had by them to work my cases as they are not even permitted to have judges orders to follow from their own agencies.
When there is no rule of law and the judicial branch of government has been over turned also at the lowest levels where all get initial access. Overturned by simply making Judges orders secret from their own agency employees to obey. as they used to then WE HAVE BEEN OVERTHROWN and the only way to fight back is:
GO ONLINE AND SHARE FREELY WITH OTHERS
so all can check things out for themselves and realize they are affected and it could become deadly to life or livelihood at the whim of this cabal now given control of the USA, and most of the world, by our own elected officials who have gagged them selves over a decade ago. Many newer members of Congress and even some in office for some times, are unaware of what it going on. BUT TOO MANY DO KNOW AND DID IT TO US.
Sorting out who is who, is not easy with all the big money being used to keep us all from knowing.
All one can do is rely on our best knowledge and those of faith pray for guidance as one votes. Others can think good thoughts an ALL DO ONES HUMAN BEST. to find out and know.
But the act of voting , itself is real power of the people, even if we do not all vote the same or agree with solutions to our social problems. And if some are called to do more than just vote then we all need to support those efforts by those whom we think would do the jobs of representing us better. Or encourage some one to run for an office. It takes great courage to step out and try to run in this era where any little thing of even the most distant past of one, can be found and used and twisted into something it was really not the full truth of.
We, as voters, have to learn to be smarter than to be bamboozled by these tactics. I want to know, what the candidate is like now, and what he or she will do for me, and mine, right now. if elected. For what affects me is so similar to what is harmfully affecting too many around the nation right now.
Free blogging, shares a lot and a lot is the opinions of the blogger. Like all information, one has to ponder the full truth of what is being said. I have tried to separate what is documented truth that would hold up in a court of law, apart from what is opinion or even speculation. usually if there is a question mark after a sentence then there is something in that sentence maybe where truthful facts have been used to reach a conclusion, that all need to understand may or may not be the right one. of more info is known. And I share how the facts were obtained in the first place, whether as an eyewitness account, or a letter form a government official and what it said, or a partner of the government impersonating a government official or a contractor, who does not impersonate but gets the info form President Blodgett or his partners from his nearly 10 companies and who his 'handlers' are is still murky at best.
Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may truth win out and we elect leaders who will serve the people and uphold the constitutional mandate of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation."
May President Lynn Blodgett blow the whistle on all that has and is going on as you know more than any one else, and then take actions to make things right for me and mine and all. Call Lincare and/or Rhema and tell them its okay to send in their claims for all this time, which I have filed and followed up on my protective filings as your people would not permit them to file for some reason only you know as all said the orders came from your people to "let her die: with reference to me and I choose to live and pray you will stop obstructing that wish. to come to deliver liquid home oxygen to me and that you will get all those claims processed you have not done so at FECA since 2002. and make right all the other things that have been done wrong and illegal all say you are the one with total control now. Its time to name names of those who are doing all of this so that those who need to face our legal system will be brought before it.( FECA = fed Workers comp).

TIME NEEDED DUE TO NEED TO REST and my current elected officials not able or willing to help me at all. I beg that they do so, for all our sakes, as my issues, are same rights as all that all have being usurped. for them , too. What is going on when they have allowed themselves to be 'gagged' and their own rights over thrown as well? Pray they will only wake up and realize it before they have to find out when they are in grave need of those rights themselves! Gossip and rumor has run amok and truth is kept well hidden. As the three labor appellate judges said in 2009, all are to be asking me for the facts of my cases as "gossip and rumor has run amok and no one knows what is going on." SO FAR NONE HAVE AND None obeyed the order to reconstruct my files from my records, either as none have those available anymore with all our records being disappeared after a few years even though items are legally still pending waiting to be worked..
OVER THROWN GOVERNMENT PROVEN
No one could think of an era when a judge in an agency could not be obeyed by the rank and file civil servant as they could not even have the orders, let alone the files to do the work ordered. WE KEEP ON DOWN THE PATH TO DEATH AND DESTRUCTION following one who does not have our welfare and security at heart at all. where the doctrine of "everyone dies sometime" is repeated from the mouth of the evil one, for the one I follow does not wish any harm to be done to any one and all should love one another. and have eternal life and none should take ones human life taken from them before there natural time which is not what is occurring when one is under at "Let her die order, is it? Our 'natural time' has been extended with the knowledge we now have of how to treat diseases and renew out bodies for longer periods of time. And daily efforts keep on making that natural time longer and longer.
We are called to heal the sick and feed the hungry. or hell is the option. We are making a "hell on earth" by allowing ourselves to ignore or basic human rights and this AFFECTS EVERY ONE . WE are called to pray for a HEAVEN ON EARTH THAT IT MAY BE. And that is our free will choice as a society. Have we made the right choices so far?
Last night my blood pressure reading was 90 over 40 with a pulse rate of 108. This AM it was 140/66 with pulse rate of 114. I need time to meet all the filing dates that are piling up in mountains of filings from so many sources of his. My you make things right so nothing ever has to be appealed or followed up on again. in order for life and livelihood of me and mine can be had. now to post and edit.
