WHAT'S WRONG WITH SNOOPING AND COLLECTING OUR TOTAL AND PRIVATE INFO ?
The government is not doing this and never has since 2002. And before that our Medical info has been owned by one private company since 1999 as a government contract, which meant they are not under the HIPPA law. So no one can have a copy or correct errors or even unscramble when other patients records get mixed in out own records, let alone intentional alterations to cause harm. of their file that is spewed all over and used for medical care, especially in an ER and I had one specialist who used it rather than getting info from me or my doctors directly. Two close calls with life occurred. And asking questions led to finding out what all were being 'coerced; in to keeping a big secret./ Congressional study of 9 years ago show how many have died and sued for wrongful death malpractice. That no where is the amount harmed where patients survived and did not sue or settlement out of court with no record. IN my opinion of what we have documented, most malpractice is not the direct fault of the doctor except for them using this flawed info and obeying the ones controlling medical care from this cabal of President Blodgett.
OUR GOOD DOCTORS ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF HEALTH CARE IN THE USA AT ALL. Yet they are the ones who are trained to know and are being blocked from doing what is best for patients, and its not always the most expensive either. And good research to find better treatments and cures, is skewed when the data base is not accurate to use. WE ALL ARE PUT AT RISK AND HARMED. ITS A BEAST SYSTEM IN PLACE. AND THAT IS AN EXCELLENT NAME FOR IT AS ITS OUT OF CONTROL OF US BUT in control of one who holds all the info, but shares only part with each party so NO ONE KNOWS THE WHOLE.
This has been a step by step process for the last thirty years, since 1983 to over throw the governments of the world into an international cabal of big money control. and may not be the ones of the last 400 years, but a new cabal fueled by Arab OIL? Are we entrapped in a financial war of big money of the past warring with the new money of oil of the last hundred years? Just who is in charge of this world, other than the Divine one who created us with free will to take care of things here on earth and have not been doing so well in recent times. if the new power of OIL is the new controller then getting off of fossil fuels. may be more important for more than 'global warming' and those proponents might be better off tracking the control of the world from the old financial powers to the new, and IF THEY ARE THE SAME ENTITIES AS THE PAST? JUST CHANGING TO A NEW VENUE OF POWER?
Big money that too often has been blatantly stolen from the Treasury of the nations that have one by one have allowed their elected leaders vote in an over throw and access to the systems to steal and scam. Then gag themselves to not speak of it. and pass no laws to do over site and NO FUNDING TO DO A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OR ARREST ANY ONE. And so far, no presidential debate has had the question raised has it? WILL THEY OR WILL THE GAG ORDER MAKE THE MOST CRUCIAL QUESTION NEVER BE ANSWERED? WHO WILL BE IN CHARGE IF YOU WIN.? You or 'them' under President Blodgett whom none of us elected.? The one named by high lever government officials as the one in charge now. And their civil servant underlings have no idea their bosses are not in charge of their own agencies, either? Media stop misleading us that Snowden worked for NSA. NSA is not in change of owning our records on each of us, are they? NSA OFFICIALS CAN STILL BE ARRESTED? IF MISUSE OF INFO OCCURRED AS HAS BEEN GOING ON WITHIN THIS CABAL?.

This week we decided to by a big ticket item, and credit bureaus would need to be used to get the best deal possible to buy. or any credit deal. this is not to be a reflection on any of the credit bureaus as who did what is yet to be fully determined in all of this. Your 'mark' there determines your right to buy or sell using any kind of credit. As has been shared with me here is the scenario:
Among the three credit bureaus who are partnered with this international cabal as they are with any business, etc. we went from two cars I had paid off over the last decade on their as paid on time and as agreed to, etc. These help boost any ones score. Then the deal was made and it was time to sign the papers etc. earlier they were not on there and the loans were from major banks, etc. lenders well know to any in the business. Then there were on there. so the deal could be officially made. .
All of a sudden , yesterday, that info had 'disappeared' from the records. And we are now going to have to get the pay off papers etc. to manually get them submitted to the new loan company or bank, etc. I have not felt well this week , with extremely low blood pressure at time of 90/50's with high pulse rates over a 100. with even the least exertion.. Bed rest is all I know what to do.
So I went to sign the papers and get our new big ticket item at a fair price and interest rate for our personal financial situation. which all had available in making the deal. AND THE RECORDS, WERE GONE FROM THE CREDIT BUREAUS AND HOW COULD THIS DISAPPEAR IN A DAY? IN an instance? What makes one look good, had been disappeared and easily retrieved by them, and now disappeared again at the moment the papers were to be signed. HACKING OF THOSE SYSTEMS OF OUR RECORDS TO' 'BUY AND SELL' IS AN ON GOING HACK , TOO NOW?
THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY ONE COMMITTING ANY CRIME, OR ACT OF TERRORISM. Financial buying and selling of items we use every day in our leaves, but few of us have thousands of dollars to lay down for a cash sale, etc. We rely on our credit scores to be accurate and not have info hacked into to alter this..
How long has this been going on? A couple of decades, it appears?
I now realize its been a couple of decades? But the first time, something had to be corrected on mine, was years ago. And info that was not accurate was corrected, and I had a copy of the new report sent with the info corrected. Then the next month the inaccurate info was right back on there.
NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THE OP,HACKING SITUATION IS SO IMPORTANT TO EVEN MONITOR OUR CREDIT ACCOUNTS AT THE CREDIT BUREAUS.
Did the collector of info on me, under President Lynn Blodgett of Xerox Management Services and his over 150 corporations where every one of my government files have been hacked into info altered or disappeared. do this? Soon after the systems indicated that we might have an extra nice Christmas? and in a matter of couple of days, take back off what had been found via systems and restored, now hacked and taken off again to intentionally cause harm to me and mine occur?
Or was all the phone calls arranging all the info after the initial inspection of the item, and follow up by one of us misused to know just about when to 'take illegal action , they cannot be arrested for, and hack and disappear the info that is good for buying and selling disappear. Or the checks for credit coming in cause the trigger to disappear the info and play the HACKING GAMES????
While preachers speak about chips in hands, etc. as the mark of the beast? We already are controlled by the beast system when info that is to be in there as merchants all over the world. bow to the credit system and rely on those credit bureaus to keep accurate records on each of us as they can by laws that have been past so each one of us can pay a fair price and rate of interest that is reflected by our personal financial history of how we have used credit for buying and selling in the past. That 'magical score' being as high as possible means we pay our bills on time and meet out obligations we have agreed to. And we get rewarded with available credit and lower interest rates as being one that will not be a risk to the merchant. I have had other indications over the years that some kind of skulduggery was going on with those records being used to know. But I was still now knowing of what all was going on in this' over throw.' the ore one paid their credit bills on time and would be able to 'get ahead; the interest rates would be raised for no good nor fair reasons:
THAT IS FINANCIAL ENSLAVEMENT And new laws passed to try and stop this. So other HACKING and ACCESS IS USED TO DO HARM IN OTHER WAYS WHEN ONE IS ON THE BLACK LIST AS ALL 90 0F MY FEDERAL OFFICE WAS BEFORE WE GOT TO HOSPITALS, ETC. ON 1/10.89.? A list of 84,000 feds who have stopped on the toes of this cabal in one way or another?
Even when one has fallen from credit grace in the past, one can redeem themselves after a few years if they are good and continue to be good and pay as promised, etc.. Credit is a privilege as long as intentional discrimination is not going on. But the merchant needs to know if you are one who will pay as promised when one is no longer buying from the local merchant in ones own town, anymore. nor dealing with the local bank that has personally known you for years.
The system allows most to buy and sell, to so many today, Something that has made a good life available to most of us in this world. Its why trade treaties have a good reason to be done, so that all can have a better standard of living and get what is needed for that, and be able to pay it off over time. But the secret deals by this cabal to abuse those deals should not be passed, congress. But they do not pay much attention to our elected leaders and do as they please., anyway is what has gone on when there is no funding for over sight civil nor criminal .
Laws have been passed so that interests rates and other parts of this process are done fairly and some not be exploited , especially the poor.
The bad thing is secret deals done to circumvent the good part of the laws and ALLOW EXPLOITATIONS and REAL INTENTIONAL HARM DONE TO THOSE WHO HAVE NOT OWED THEIR ALLEGIANCE TO THE' BEAST' and worship the one who teaches us to deal fairly with each other and respect and care for one another.
We do not have our OPM hack letters , yet and as an active duty fed should have had this months ago in the first round. I could them have turned this all over to them to take care of . ID Experts have called me and said that letters are going out still this month. Until that comes, I cannot ask them for help in this.
But one at CSID, indicated months ago that we, under FECA jurisdiction, got missed? by President Lynn Blodgett?? (Federal Employees Compensation Act) And the new law with 200 million dollars to help us may not cover those not on my fed blues anymore and over 18,that have things occur with there info already.
Why would those over 18 not be covered with the health insurance covers through age 26 now. And that info is still in the systems and accessed when my policy is seem, yet with all the personal info from those who are no longer covered on the policy.

Just remember that once one corrects info at the Credit Bureaus, the info can be hacked and disappear, again, at will. just as has been going on for decades already. It was in in the late 90's when the former incident was known of. With lost of efforts and papers to be filed to correct things, only to have them reappear the next month, etc. as if we had done nothing to prove the info was not to be on there.
This is why those who have control of private industry , as President Blodgett does, should not also be allowed to collect all the data on us and use it for non government purposes. Systems are going to collect everything we do on phone, over heard by microphones or phones, etc. where a record is captured as all is as our systems do it.. The laws we badly need, is to monitor and control is ACCESS AND USE.
One should not be accessing info on me and misusing it except by some sort of search warrant. Or if the parameters pick up someone making calls plotting illegal activity to do harm to others or property. Then those who access the info and decide what to do with it, need to be real government officials who work for the people and if the info is misused to do real harm in impeding the right to legally buy or sell something, and live out lives in a legal manner. Then criminal over site, with due process rights, needs to be done;. and not be condoned to continue.
THOSE LAWS NEED TO BE PASSED FIRST AND FOREMOST. I DO NOT ADVOCATE ANY ONE DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL I encourage all to VOTE AND AS FAR AS I KNOW THAT IS STILL LEGAL AND PART OF THE DUTIES OF EACH CITIZEN TO EXERCISE AND WISH AT LEAST 95% would so in all elections at every level for 10 years, and see if this would turn things around for the USA and for most of the world that now has ballot access of one kind or another.
We all got in to this horrendous situation , when in the 1980's when the latest generation of computer systems was invented.. The experts in the fields are highly paid IT personnel. The governments highest paid civil servants do not come near to the level of salary of private industry. And there had been a freeze on the higher salaries for years, where the level of income for most was far less than the charts showed they should be for the higher levels of management and expertise categories.
For Example SSA, had before promoted from within and train our programmers and I had taken the test and gotten an "A", myself and had thought about it. Maybe I would not have been in Jersey city to be injured on 1/10/89, if I had gone that way. But one never knows, something else might have occurred, too.
We can never know for sure about the future. Our free will is always at work in all of our lives as we make choices. of what actions to take.
What paths I chose, has led me to this lap top and trying to share my documented story of exposing and unraveling what may be the 'beast system of REVELATION, or at least a trial run for it.....

HOW COULD YEAR BY YEAR GO BY AND NO BUDGET TO BE FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT TO BE OVER ALL OF OUR GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS WHICH KNOW HAVE TOTAL CONTROL OF THE PEOPLE'S ,MONEY IN THEIR PERSONAL LIVES AS WELL AS THE US TREASURY FUNDS OF THE PEOPLE TO BE THERE FOR EACH ONE OF US WHEN WE ARE LEGALLY TO HAVE ACCESS TO THEM?
HOW GOULD THE GOVT FILES OF EACH BE HANDED OVER TO THIS CABAL WITH OUT OVER SIGHT CONTROLS AND NOT BE SECURED AND OVER SEEN TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE SECURE FROM DISAPPEARING AND ABUSES OF MISUSE OF THE DATA? How could our personal financial info that is to be regulated by the government be allowed to be hacked and altered so that each one of use can not buy or sell until we do as the 'beast' wants and the' beast' can 'murder both buyer as well as seller financially also?
In my case, credit in recent years, from major banks, disappeared from major credit bureaus over a weeks time, is what has been reported. And that coincides with what went on nearly 20 years ago when I found misinformation on the records, corrected it, got it removed and letters form credit bureaus said it was , only to have it reappear, the next month. Among the items, of that was my student loans under President Blodgett's company and they were saying it was not paid long after the Us Department of Education had waived it based on my occupational asthma disability and all was OK credit wise after the second catching, it did stay off, until when? Appear and disappear at will???.. most may have corrected things, and thought all was OK and never went back the next mote or so to see that HACKING HAD GONE ON. ANYTHING CAN APPEAR AND DISAPPEAR ON LINE ONCE ITS IN THERE. KEEP HARD COPIES OF ALL.
We know have to locate pay off papers of two cars, over this. I note that Dell, paid off a few years ago m is missing too. paid on time and as legally agreed to. Strange that those company records that appear and disappear seen directly connected to President Blodgett??? that would indicate its not the Credit Bureaus directly at all but these business merchants, banks, government contracted entities etc., under President Blodgett et al?
This has been 30 years of control of the nation into the hands of an international cabal and done quietly and secretly behind the scenes and not everyone has been directly affected, that each knows of.
GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS KEPT INTENTIONALLY IGNORANT TODAY.
I also spoke to a CMS official yesterday and she had no idea that CMS( MEDICARE) officials were in charge of virtually nothing anymore... She had called me back from a phone message I had left some time back. trying to reach someone to transfer over to General Dynamics ( 1-800 Medicare) to document the hacking of the Common Working File.( billing system all have to use to buy or sell and get paid for medical care)
Where it now seems we had and may have again stopped the hacking of the common working file again as we did for 3 weeks until HUMANA got tricked in to doing it without the woman there having any idea what she was doing?.
In that 3 weeks every entity under President Blodgett, who okayed the hacking, alterations, and destructions of records, etc. in the first place years ago , re multiple witnesses, had taken action and illegally paid bills, etc. under Medicare first without labeling as a conditional payment and sending off to recovery contractor ( which owns the system as partner of President Blodgett's companies who also manage the insurance company and the billing people and the call centers, etc. and every possible conflicting part of the total convoluted system that systems used as they should would required none or nearly none of this be needed at all anymore to get payment to ones doctor etc. for care. . but he time one leaves our doctor's office, the pay should be on the way to pay for the visit and then have some good audit control of systems to know what has occurred.. That I had not become 17 patients as one the government contracted claims payers did a few years ago and the money disappear also to other than doctor, etc. for $4 million on my claims along, that is when the OIG's in several agencies and I found out that congress had defunded any criminal over sight of out government 'domestic' contractors. Some of those bills processed, appeared to have been held? until the hacking got done by someone they could trick to do it and did it? Oxygen claims are now being held by President Blodgett for FECA at his company for 17 years, and now for a couple of years at Fed Blues and Celerian Group also under his management orders. If these had been legally paid as the law and judges said are to be, then we would not have had to apply for any kind of credit at all. for a large item.
The DOD has got some for some of their contractors, now. So where is the rest of the agencies asking ? Congress does not have to wait to be asked??The system access even under his control by billing people etc.) So we have a new pile of over payments to appeals and ask for a wavier that SSA is to do wince 2005 and has done none
I am swamped and time is needed to answer all of this due to a 2 week hack, One is done by Celerian Group for Medicare who also has several years of unprocessed oxygen invoices that has blocked me from getting any Reimbursement from Fed Blues AS ALL THOSE UNDER PRESIDENT BLODGETT SEEM TO HAVE ACTED ALL AT ONCE AS SOON AS THEY TRICKED HUMANA ON DOYLE;S PART D??? and MS H 'wrote and said she had altered the records as her supervisor indicated Fed Blues under President Blodgett management wanted it done. and those in their appeals department had any idea what they were really being asked to do or the vast implications of one hack, they did not realize was such as they have been kept so ignorant? of how things really work..
INTELLIGENT PEOPLE THAT ARE BEING KEPT IGNORANT ON PURPOSE! I really do not think they knew at all what they were doing. BUT THEY DID NOT ASK NOR FIND OUT AS THE ONE IN CHARGE OF SO LONG HAS 'VERBAL ORDERS' OBEYED AT ALL LEVELS, EVEN IF DOES NOT SPEAK TO THEM DIRECTLY , IT IS DONE AS HE WANTS. and there is no one in the government to call for help as he SAYS HE IS THE GOVT, AND IS NOT, BUT HAS BEEN GIVEN THE POWER TO ACT AS THE GOVT BY CONGRESS WITH OUT ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ACTIONS TAKEN.
WHO IS YOUR BOSS PRESIDENT BLODGETT? And if you are named and did not do this why is it said and written you did this grave harm to me and mine?
All we ask is do what is legal with our medical bills. Send them to Medicare, labeled as a conditional payment . NO ONE IS to hack into the system and alter the posting that posts from the US Department of Labor on me and those on my federal employer group health plan . The posting is active duty and fed Blues and FECA also for me, is the primaries . And three Medicare judges, including the appellate one on M09-1406 SAID IT IS ACCURATE and even though the system is not secure from anyone accessing and altering info , ITS ILLEGAL TO DO SO. THE TAXPAYER PAID? FOR A SYSTEM THAT WOULD BLOCK ANY FROM ALTERING INFO WHEN THERE IS A POSTING FROM AN EMPLOYER AND MOST DO MAKE THE POSTING NOW. plus government entities post also. such as in my case where FECA is the 100% primary for all of my bills but noting paid and nothing set up since the over throw of the government in 2002 and lives at risk over it as mine is with an order given: let her die" do not input the oxygen claims as the' gig' would be up and all of her bills would have to be paid. An a million dollars a head went missing that was to be in some kind of fund for those, like me with already established cases with permanent medical but not yet permanent disability .established as mine is pending since 1996 when filed for and none can do anything with out the files as they have no access to what President Blodgett controls?. since 2002 when Affiliated Computer Services took over FECA and now with more companies created all of workers comp in the USA for all and every worker now becoming affected by the right of life at risk if injured as one cannot avoid works comp if injured on the job unless one is so wealthy they pay for their own care for the rest o their lives.
Even them, your doctors, etc. are under President Blodgett's control now. for their other patients and their processes, etc.
HUMANA AND GROUP HEALTH THAT OWNS IT AS EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL AND ALL OF PRESIDENT BLODGETT"S COMPANIES ARE NOT MY EMPLOYER AND DO NOT KNOW ALL THE LAWS AND REULED AND EVEN HAVE MY FILES. The Medicare judges got the internal official documents. with threat of subpoena power. You do not have available to use.. Even though President Blodgett has total control of FECA now, has been said gone from agency to agency saying I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired which is a lie. and will not post my file and even allow my claims examiner at FECA to even have judges orders to follower., etc.
SO HE DOES NOT KNOW , OR HE IS INTENTIONALLY LYING , FOR WHAT REASON AND FOR WHOM DOES HE DO SUCH HARM?
CHRISTMAS IS FROM THE HEART and even if there is not a new big item for all to enjoy, we will be thankful for life and love of good friends and family. That is priceless and money of the world systems cannot take away that, (except for health and health care and right to live if its needed to sustain life President Blodgett et al controls now)
ID EXPERTS we need that OPM Hack letter, as I have a real job for you to take care of as soon as it comes. I GET IT NOW, THAT IT IS THAT BAD WHAT IS GOING ON in the real credit world as well.! Even into the world of buying ad selling with the magical number is that credit score. A few points means, you do business or. not. just as it says would be and appears to be here. BUT CONGRESS, YOU CAN STILL CHANGE IT!!!! THAT IS PRICELESS!\I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus that President Blodgett do what is right ad good and be the ultimate witness and whistle blower of all time that is going on. and obey the 38 federal Judges he is in defiance of right now on my cases along he hold the virtual power over. then credit will not need to be applied for and no credit bureau will need to be hacked to cause harm as has been indicated when on this week???
