Our medical records, for those who have had some kind of health plan or insurance has been going into a national data base since 1999 and owed by a company called Group Health. Its not or never has been under the HIPPAA law and thus errors or co mingled records, typos and on occasion intentional tampering with the data entered has occurred after the info left the doctor's control who saw the patient. Nor can the patients get access to it, and WORSE THERE IS NO WAY TO GET ERRORS CORRECTED, NOT EVEN BY THE DOCTOR THAT MADE THE INITIAL MEDICAL RECORD AND DIAGNOSIS and not his doing.
I am one who has gained access through medical sources who have informed me of what is in my records and I HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY ALL THE LISTED ABOVE WRONG INFO .
Its why I have some of my basic records in my purse, and pray that in case of emergency, they might be reviewed first before wrong treatment or medication could cost me my life. Twice there been close calls, for me, and its how I found out about the data base that , like much of what has been going on since 1994, its MORE TOP SECRET THAN A CIA BLACK OPS, ETC.? Or those in control wish it to be that secret as real skullduggery has been going on and real theft of the public monies, also.
Interspersed with just plain typos and patients with similar names and ages co mingled, etc. and no one in the government knows as there is no internal audit controls, and a congressional study of 8 years ago on wrongful death malpractice suits and the causes, pointed right to this nightmarish mess that especially ER doctors are forced to access to know anything about the patients they have laying in a bed to be treated. WEHRE IS THE MOENY TO SET UP A PROCESS TO CORRECT ERRORS? NO ONE KNOWS AND NO ONE CARES? And it was to still be secret what could end ones life and health, and CONGRESS KNOWS and what have they done about it? The acting director of CMS in 2009 wanted to get it under the HIPPA law along with all government officials and government contractors and that makes basic common sense as all the info on all of us out together with so many with access, should at least be accurate? Dr Berwick was not confirmed for 'his not being pro life enough" and we still do not have a 'pro life data medical record base to promote life and health for all through our own health care and medical studies to help find cures and better treatments..
ONLY ALLERGIES PERMITTED
With the new heath care act of 2010, everyone is under it and new software programs is now determining what ones diagnosis can be , not the doctor . ONE CAN ONLY HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOMETHING. that leaves over 11 million and some doctors way that is far less than the real number of those who have a serous and potentially life threatening reaction to things that is the opposite of an allergy. Often labeled as a toxic effect, or some might say sensitive, but that implies its mild, but often not for the injured one.
Its when substances, or for most various chemicals, cause inflammation and that can get into crossing the very cell membrane of ones blood, as I have had occur when forced to work in an environment laced with formaldehyde and other chemical in the modern office environment after I was injured 1/10/89 and returned to work in twice with promises made to doctors and even federal workers comp that chemical barriers would be removed and were not at all..
For me some chemicals, common in our modern world also cause pneumonitis, or fluid on the lungs.
I am not a doctor, but have been a patients of some of the leading doctors in the nation since 1/10/89 as well as other reputable doctors who had the same understandings and training.
And there is a test to determine if it is an allergic reaction or the opposite., but good luck trying to get any of these accepted tests run in this current era where the FDA says toxins and irritants are good for one. in direct opposition to EPA and all those trying to convince the world about climate change and global warming and cannot seem to understand why clean air is hard to convince the world may be causing harm when all see them allowing an FDA to thumb their nose at their own leaders in the government saying one thing and allowing them to do the opposite.. "Practice what you preach" adage is ignored and then they wonder why not all think clean air is good for humans and the earth?
THEY NEED TO GO FIND OUT WHAT THEIR OWN AGENCY THE FDA IS DOING IN PRACTICE THAT IS IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THEIR PREMISE. in order to convince the world when there is a real problem in their own front yard.
This article is not about the issue of global warning and causes. but clean air is healthy for me and surely for every one else, too.
According to all these fine doctors and much medical info from respected members of the medical community, an allergy is something that causing an histamine reaction and treatment is to take an antihistamine.
But to take an antihistamine when one is having a severe inflammatory reaction and is not creating the type of fluid form a histamine reaction MAKES IT HORRIBLY WORSE.
CAN THROW ME INTO A SEVERE ASTHMA ATTACK THAT COULD BE DEADLY.
The new software pharmacies have to use has no way to check for adverse reactions and list the chemicals one reacts too, so no one knows if a drug is going to be safe for millions like me. And its what ones doctors now have to use to enter data to go on to that huge data base in the cloud, only asks for allergies and has no fields to enter chemical sensitivities or other kinds of adverse reactions.
When I read the study that was linked here and saw allergies as one part of one of the sub group, the first thing , for me was THE STUDY HAS TO BE FLAWED TO SOME EXTENT as some may have been labeled as allergic, as this has occurred in my case, several times, as no one knew where else to put the info when a nurse, entered the info which is usually who takes it before the doctor sees one.
This cyber system was put up to be able to accurately describe the patients is now right there as HARDENED CYBER FORTRESS interfering with good medical care. for millions who do not fit into the mold of the new world of medicine by those in charge of this world, WHO ARE NOT DOCTORS, ARE THEY?
Some doctors have there own paper files, etc., but the cabal in charge is chastising the medical profession for having records not in the system, A system that leaves millions of patients with no place for them, in a medical world run by an international cabal of profit and cover up where the medical professions is crushed under its heel.
As we see more and more prescription drugs recalled or warning labels put on them long after too many are harmed or died, one asks how could all this be missioned in clinical trials?
One looks to the flawed data base that excludes too many humans from its medical data.
Personal opinion, is that its to allow those who wish to continue to harm others with chemicals and toxins and make money off of human misery. We keep throwing more money at a FLAWED SYSTEM INSTEAD OF FIXING THE FLAWS IN THE SYSTEM THAT ARE SYSTEMIC TO WHY ITS FLAWED. We are a world of toxins and chemicals and many of them have given us a more luxurious life. But we have to use extra caution and be sure that the luxury and ease, we get is not at the cost of human life and poor health. That negates any benefit.
And in the USA, the FDA has not served the people very well for decades, in too many ways. And has caused too many malpractice cases and class action suits against pharmaceutical companies as the ones we people have hired to look out for us, HAS LOOKED OUT FOR THOSE PROFITING FROM HUMAN MISERY IN TOO MANY CASES. This starts at the beginning of excluding many groups of patients form the clinical trials, like lung patients with heart conditions for asthma drugs; Often its my group of those badly injured that have those kinds of heart conditions , from the moment of injury. The heart begins to over work to make up for what the injured lungs cannot due. My Med watch alerts on Tilade and Severent were filed with the FDA almost 2 decades before any warning was put on them for those with reactive airways diseases.
Plus as soon as this cabal took near total control of medicine in this country , all of a sudden it seems that any patients who has ever had a doctor put down one has chronic obstruction of the lungs, they have become COPD PATIENTS. when my doctors have always listed it as a typed of symptom. And most assume one has been a smoker who has that. Too many got access to chemicals and toxins in a traumatic injury that had nothing to do with tobacco products or its smoke, etc.
Its only been recently that warning labels are now on all the inhalers for asthma patients which most with chemically induced asthmas, cannot use as they treat the opposite kind or not for asthma patients at all?.. FLAWED MEDCIAL DATA GAVE US FLAWED MEDICINE , FDA.?
My doctors have had to go to compounding drops in my distilled water bubble cup attached to my liquid oxygen tank to get the meds for the lungs inhaled that way. THERE HAS BEEN NO SAFE INHALERS FOR ME SINCE 2008 when all were discontinued to save the ozone layer from the CFC's And due to FLAWED DATA there was no need to have any safe ones for over 11 million of many more of us as our numbers increase daily as toxic exposure injuries occur.
The media would lead us all to believe that when there is a bad toxic exposure of some sort that 'all treated at the hospital and released' as if they were fine, when most have been affected to some degree and sensitivity of some sort occurs from day one.
A white paper written by Rebecca Bascom MD in 1992 attributes much of this to the destruction of the mucous membrane in the body and lungs. She has not been refuted on this. And full repair does not seem to ever occur with what is medical known to do to this day. Even Stem cell therapy seems to elude the researchers. Or is the FLAWED DATA means no money is given to study and find a way to regenerate lung tissues that has been aged decades in one exposure incident or others get this over time with lower levels of exposure over time.

My civil rights complaints against the FDA filed with the office of civil rights for HHS, have never been allowed to be docketed in and answered over the last several years, and no one has any info as to how to get them up any ladder of appeals, as THERE IS NO RIGHT TO NOT BE HARMED BY OUR VERY GOVERNMENT THAT IS TO BE OF BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE. there is no way to go forward by HHS, that FDA is housed under.
Its why we elect those to see to it that these are done. as our Representatives and I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CANDIDATE TO BEGIN TO ADDRESS ALL OF THESE ISSUES OF BEING IN AN OVER THROWN GOVERNMENT WHERE ALL THE BUSINESS OF GOVERNMENT IS CONTRACTED OUT WITH NO AUDIT CONTROLS AND NO CRIMINAL OVER SIGHT BUDGET ALLOWED TO BE SPENT.
Vote and start asking the question , who is going to stop the harming of we the people. with no one to stop it? A couple have come close, but its time to know who is bought and paid for and who is going to stand up for the people. and the constitutional rights of each one of us.
YES FDA WHY ARE YOU DOING EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU ARE TO DO FOR THE PEOPLE. WHICH THOSE WHO WORK THERE ARE, ALSO? And until we can get a data base of all of our medical to be more accurate, we are going to end up with flawed studies using it, is highly probable.
INFLAMMATION is commonly believed to be a major issue in much disease today by all I have read and spoken to in the medical community. And Diabetes articles mention this, also. BUT THAT IS NOT AN ALLERGY and where does it fit in the software program prepared by this international cabal that seems to be looking out for the inflamers and not the patients whom they inflamed?
The study may well have validity to it, but it needs to be studied more as does all disease and when it leads back to inflamers, then FDA HAS TO FACE THE PROBLEM AND NOT IGNORE IS ANY MORE IF GOOD HEALTH AND CURES ARE TO BE FOUND FOR ALL .
From one of the 84,000 disappeared Feds. OPM 's contractor could not locate to notify us of hacking that already has been documented for years on my records.
