Group Health Plan Recovery - Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Its been 22 years since Medicare enforced its conditional payment laws and the looting of Medicare began and got worse over the years with even illegal software hack systems set up to alter info as to other insurers or health plans that post from ones employer that they have primary payers ahead of Medicare. Thus patients get overpaid and cannot stop it and medical treatment sources are subject to fraud charges or fines and penalties as President Blodgett is in charge of them and all the others. at Xerox Management Services and his over 100 companies and he is just the hired hand that is named by those at the top in my case. as giving out all the illegal orders and misinformation.
Am very exhausted as got a lot additional filed with the SSA hearing office since the Medicare judges could not rule on SSA issues back in 8/15 and he was sent the 8/09 hearing filed with SSA and disappeared out of the SSA hearing office in 9/09 and System hacked and deleted off the roles never to be seen again a until just before the recent Medicare hearing and then put on the system for part of it and them its gone again, hacked out to cause more chaos and confusion and its getting really bad. I wrote of this earlier this week.
The US Department of Labor appellate Judges back in 2009 had it right that 'gossip and rumor had rum amok' and all should ask me for the facts of the case and let me reconstruct files from my own records. and get things worked , processed, paid, etc. AND RE LISTED THE ACCEPTED CONDITIONS AND SAID I DID RETURN TO WORK IN 1990 . Stealing of files there ended me in this mess and rights not restored when the acknowledgement of the thefts landed Affiliated computer services and then CEO Lynn Blodgett total control of the files and data instead of the government officials whom was said could no longer be trusted with them. And with no over sights, we are in worse life threatening situations than ever now. and when one finally get the Judges to make things right again. Victim gets revictimized over and over?????
President Blodgett disappears them and ignores them instead of obeying them as always used to occur over the years, when real government employees got the files back to work after this repeated pattern of criminal activity against my files and data in every agency that has part of this since 1/10/89 when we were injured, but I was the one NOT TURNED AWAY FORM THE HOSPITALS AND GOT THE DIAGNOSIS OF TOXIC FUMES DE TO A MIX UP AT REGISTRATION OF WHOM I WORKED FOR . Then sent home to die rather than admitted for badly needed treatment when the diagnosis came back and health department forms had to be completed. and found out that I was HHS -SSA and we had no right to live or get medical care. as all of us had been 'blacklisted before we got to the hospitals; and that is a lifetime sentence according to doctors. to have on ones records. All we did is go to work one day and toxic cloud enveloped me.
The SSA hearing office did not conducting a hearing in 1997 when they had the case and the entire file had disappeared and the judge took no responsibility to notify us so we could get it together and have a hearing on matters. I did not even know it had gotten to them until too late. SO 9/11/01 WAS WELL ON THE WAY TO HAPPENING WITH THE TWIN TOWERS IN THE GROUND OVER TOO MANY NOT DOING THE JOBS THEY WERE GIVEN TO DO. I TRIED FOR 2 YEARS TO STOP 9/11/01 AND NO ONE WOULD LISTEN. WE ALL KNOW NOW MANY WERE BEING IGNORED, ALSO.
The next act was for Congress to 'give up on the USA' and turn over the running of the government to an international cabal with no budget for civil nor criminal oversight and why do we still reelect those who did this to us? already running again. Any one think that maybe the people are looking for 'outsiders' due to no government in charge of anything and our rights gone for it and public treasury being looted?
Vote, but try and find out who is trying to stand up for us and who has not been. Look at their general resumes and realize that being an outsider, might be one from the cabal , too. But those in office through all of this may be some small voices trying to be heard over the deception being fostered on us for fear of a terrorist , when what got voted in was real terrorism when one has to struggle for life and livelihood and there is no government law enforcement to stop real crimes being committed as Congress took away any funding for it.
And getting HR 1063 passed, only resulted in the ones facilitating the theft of Medicare, being the ones that now got to recover the monies due back to Medicare from who/ themselves? That means they would be cancelling their own contract for negligence of terms of that contract, But they still are stealing and hacking and denying access to any from the real government who wants to make sure the security protocols are in place to stop the illegal hacking. ITS STILL ILLEGAL TO SAY ONE IS THE GOVERNMENT WHEN THEY ARE A CONTRACTOR.
Hacking is not considered just someone from outside snooping., but when one on the inside is able to go in and destroy or delete data that is illegal to do so. Its destroying official records and altering the outcome of who pays and who gets paid and the amounts, etc.
Through out the USA, all of our medical records have been privately owned since 1999 by Group Health for any one who had a health plan to be billed. Now all are under it. And its not under the HIPPAA law either and errors and intentional alterations have been deadly and Congressional study of 9 years ago pointed to this and yet CONGRESS DID NOTHING.
So the stalemate in Congress is not political, its more of who is bought and paid for by this cabal . Main Media is not covering this aspect of the House fight over who may be Speaker. for its that person that allows bills to get voted on and there have been some very common sense ones that should have been passed along time ago to allow our government to stop the thefts of the public monies by some bad contractors whom passed ones and current have given immunity from any wrong doing by lack of funding even those the crimes are real and on going.
Our Medical community pays big for clearing houses and billing services who end up being told by this cabal to use the altered and hacked data and them patients and their providers and suppliers have the legal risk as none other do now.
And from local to federal and now international trade deals have allowed this international cabal to be in charge that none elected and no government can over see their deeds. And bribery scandals and unethical behaviors and out right thefts get documented as has occurred and written of here and THERE IS NO POLICE TO CALL AS CONGRESS GAVE NONE AND GIVES NO BUDGET. And still none. Why not?
How can anyone make up a budget when thefts are going on? We would call the police and stop the thefts then do our personal budgets? We would not need a Planned parenthood is we had clinics associated with every hospital in the USA to take care of health care needs for those who had no or little health insurance or money? that do not need a more expensive hospital or ER. The Teri Schiavo law took the responsibility for all to have access to health care away from the states and may it a federal one, but nothing was passed to see to it that it was done. Didn't Congress know what that law really meant, either?
Maybe that should have been done 15 years ago, and we would not have needed this monstrosity of layers of skims and scams and more red tape than any government can afford to provide the care that should already have been made available to every one in the nation another way. The worse discrimination in this nation is UNEQUAL HEALTH CARE AND ITS GOING ON RIGHT NOW. Common sense could help reduce costs and still provide as good or better care in most cases.
Ask any one whose health care plan is Medicaid and they can compare what they are able to get compared to those who have a good health care plan from an employer. The care needed is not made available to most. and even stealing of Medicaid goes on by this cabal as bills to be paid by other plans ahead of Medicaid for the poor get illegally dumped on to that plan as its being done with Medicare....
The link is to a press release form CMS. Another contractor is taking over the recovery for some cases. But where is my recovery actions going to be done against President Lynn Blodgett as nothing has occurred so far. One partner traded for another, but under the same umbrella. That unit has had my reconstruction for a couple of years as there fax number was the only one posted that worked. after HR 1063 was passed and Emblem health International ( Group Health) consolidated the recovery unit with the coordination unit and continued the illegal hacking in secret deals with insures to dump the bills on to Medicare when their contract does not permit altering what an employer posts as mine and my families come in from the US Dept of Labor official secured system that the local workers comp office does not have access to. and that is a huge mystery as to why not? which has employment jurisdiction due to federal workers comp and permanent medical due to being put on home liquid oxygen nearly 22 years ago.
.All the prior recovery letters went to President Blodgett who disappeared them and never showed them to the US Dept of Labor and then ordered that all the hard work that had been done by the recovery unit should be destroyed and even went in and took down my self reporting site there AFTER MOVING THE UNIT TO OKC FROM DETROIT who had done a lot of work and sent out many recovery letters, etc. on my case..
But before they can get a reconstruction and follow up, and plea to enforce HR1063, more files have to be put back together.
I wrote a few days ago that Medicare had my appellate appeal in Cleveland OH. data center. And I assumed they had been given it to digitize? . Well, the DAB has not turned over files to any contractor , yet. Today I got a phone call from DAB and someone had faxed the Medicare judge lots of my medical records.
I had filed and followed up with SSA hearing office and did not write this blog getting things in to them as they are to either do the disability decision or ordered it done plus other matters that are only SSA's. And prayerfully no one will criminally interfere with the process as has occurred before .and then President Blodgett will be bypassed and US Dept of Labor officer said they could adopt it if it said I was disabled based on my work related disability. US Dept of Education already waived my student loans in 1997 and there rules are a more strict disability than SSA's/. I have written about this many times over the years, and followed up and pleading to have the hearing filed 8/5/09 to no avail. But one judge at SSA, with a few pieces of paper to associate with the hearing that had disappeared and deleted from the record did do a remand on it in 2011 and it was not done either. SOME ONE HIGH UP HAS TO BE GIVING ILLEGAL ORDERS TO OBSTRUCT MY RIGHTS IN THIS and its time to stop this and that person is not immune from prosecution as a federal official. is still under the laws of the land as the contractors are not. if that is what is going on.....
The medicare appeal number was not on the medicals that apparently the SSA hearing office sent to them. Why did they do this to me? So Ms N called to get the appeal number, and then had me fax in the confirmation for the fax done weeks ago and appeal form so she could associate it. I did that. And this is just about the last day to meet DEADLINE.. What is the same form doing in Cleveland for a Medicare hearing? when the judge ruled and was there a file memo I did not get a copy of? ruling that hearings should be held on the ones he did not rule on? But still its an appellate appeal form they had received and the person there did not have any thing form Irving California yet. I assume they will get it to associated? WHAT IS GOING ON. ARE WE DEALING WITH ALL DIGITAL FILES AND NO ONE KNOWS WHO IS TO WORK WHAT? OR Paper and its coming in from all directions, when each has things to do themselves.
For about 6 years SSA has given some of the hearing work back to Medicare and yet the reconsideration letters say file with SSA on Medicare premium issues. and sounds as if they did the reconsideration, but no way could they have done so, as when I was doing them, issues would have been addressed and answered and if needed, requests sent for additional info. and there was no mention in the letters anything had really been done.
And the local offices do not have any clear guidelines either. The info about Medicare taking charge of premium appeals is in a press release from CMS, and nothing at SSA. And it was not easy to find, either.
When life is at risk, one does not need this kind of chaos that a few guidelines would clarify. ONE OF THE BIG ISSUES IS THAT THOSE IN THE GOVT OFFICES DO NOT EVEN KNOW THAT MANY DOING THE WORK ARE NOT IN GOVT OFFICES AT ALL BUT ARE CONTRACTORS. AND THE ACCESS TO INFO IS GETTING LESS AND LESS AND THE ONLY REASON IS TO HIDE THAT FACT. (That is my opinion form personal experience and being and employee of SSA since 6/68) Don't bother checking the employee roles , many transferred to workers comp, have 'disappeared also from the system' along with out files and data.. Some one forget that the US DEPT of labor is the official system that shows our active duty,.
SO CONGRESS HAS NO IDEA HOW MANY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES THERE ARE?
My faith book, The Bible, lists some occupations in Ephesians that are called 'spiritual gifts." like teacher preacher, etc. One is the gift of administration and that is a gift that is a humble job of carrying out the policies others have put in place as things run smoothly and fairness and justice can prevail for each one. affected. One does nor have to be a follower of YAHUSHA whom we Christians call Christ Jesus to recognize the common sense wisdom of that.
And when ones agenda is to be fair and just, then the gift of administration is badly needed in any level of government when things need to run smoothly and huge budgets need to be put together. So as we vote, and the house picks a Speaker, who is the one to administer the process of that body that decides our budget that affects all of us, prayers and good thoughts that the one put in charge has a good heart for every ones rights to life and livelihood and the spiritual gift of administration also. ITS A HIGH POSITION WITH A TRULY SERVANT ROLE. of serving all the people, and not a few big money interests. One entrusted with serving the public as a government official must not just obey one higher up in the government whose agenda is not a good one, either. when they are being asked to do something unethical , or even illegal, which is what has been going on with my files and data , etc. for way too long. Congress needs to make sure that those who do take a stand for what is right and legal have sufficient protection from any form of retaliation. They have not done that either. to protect those who are carrying out the laws, Congress has passed.
