USDOJ: Los Angeles Physician Indicted in $33 Million Medicare Fraud Scheme I am very tir4ed and will be brief. but there seems to be propaganda machine at work to make it seem all of our good doctors who tackier are of us are engaging in theft and are corrupt. Few in society ever are, but the few that are need to be stopped early on.
So when one reads the linked US Justice Dept press release on this be aware that many card holding Medicare beneficiaries got a summary notice that showed charges paid that were not for anything they received.
I know from my work inside the system since 6/68 many calls were made to 1-800 Medicare about this, but since 4/09, the agents there are not to 'see' fraud any more and were any fraud reports filed? They are to do it. and not just have them call the OIG TIPS line which is now answered by new , untrained persons who work for one of the front companies of one of the larger documented alleged corrupted partners. Its intimidating to ask everyone who thinks something is wrong to call law enforcement even if most don't realize they really aren't anymore Its a kind of fraud report those at 1-800 Medicare should be able to easily take and send on, as it would be: patients says no such was received and a copy of the internal claim form which gives more info than on ones summary notice. Does any one realize how many wheelchairs, etc has to be gotten to reach 33 million? Experience alone indicates enough calls had to have been made to shut this done long before it ever got to that amount. But when arrogance and cover up on the front end is going on, where did the reports end up?\I've dealt with this first hand in recent years and the attitude by too many is not going to stop fraud at all.
Since this would be against a supplier, a front company of the international cabal would have gotten the report and apparently little attention as paid to these calls until the total was in the millions. Or was there inside collusion?
The other issue may well have been inside collusion inside the aims processing Medicare contractor, and they do have the ability to suppress the summary notice so that the patient doesn't even know that a claims was paid in their name and the Medicare stolen putting an over payment liability against them or their estate. Since SSA has refused to implement thr 2005 agreement to take a waiver request and grant it as against equity and good conscience without any financial info required ( like on a stolen credit card) are we gearing up for the last' Land grab' by the international banksters and most have no idea their is a problem?
I raise these issues as under the current system, the partners of Medicare are not internally audited nor can they be criminally investigated as " no monies can be spent!' on an investigation. You see published reports of audits, but I have spoken to them directly and they admit is not a real internal audit of any depth that is going to detect covered up fraud as they missed what we had documented as they had never seen any of our fraud reports to know to even try and watch for an indications and why do one if the process has been intentionally obstructed. a new Secretary of Health and Human Services may be on duty soon and our prayers go with her to really clean up this corrupted mess that has grown over decades is a monumental job. Our lives depend on it.
The total of millions of dollars means the system has failed that used to exist, Fraud like this used to be caught at several thousand , not several millions.
Its not just at VA there needs to be a major house cleaning of entrenched corruption and at HHS the climate exists much of the way throughout the unaccountable GOVT CONTRACTORS WHICH ARE DOCUMENTED AS INVOLED IN BLATANT AND GROSS THIEVERY AND LIVES HAVE BEEN PUT AT RISK AND EVEN LOST DUE TO IT.
A THEFT OF THIS MAGNITUDE WITH MANY PATIENTS RECORDS USED AS THE PRESS RELEASE STATES, MEANS THERE SURELY IS INSIDE COLLUSION AND IF THAT IS NOT ADDRESSED AND INVESTIGATED; THE NEXT SCAM ARTIST WILL COME ALONG AND JUST REPEAT IT ALL OVER AGAIN AND ANOTHER TRILLION DOLLARS WILL GO MISSING AND NEVER RECOVERED FROM SOME OFF SHORE ACCOUNT WHERE IT PROBABLY HAS BEEN STASHED AND BY WHOM, WILL NEVER BE KNOWN UNDER THIS CURRENT SYSTEM OF CORRUPTION.\
What does one expect when the documented alleged criminals have been put in charge of recovery operations and are the front line fraud report takers and investigators?
WE HAVE BEEN HAD BIG TIME.

PLEASE DO NOT BE BAMBOOZLED INTO THINKING ALL OF OUR DEDICATED , AND GOOD DOCTORS AND OTHER MEDICAL PERSONNEL ARE LIKE THE FEW THAT HAVE BEEN CUAGHT WAY TOO LATE DUE TO INSIDE CORRUPTION THAT LET IT GET THIS LARGE.
WHAT THIS TYPE OF CORRUPTION DOES DO, IS MAKE IT HARDER FOR THE PATIIENTS AND THEIR DOCTORS TO GET THEM THE EQIUPMENT REALLY NEEDED FOR HEALTH AND LIFE WHEN THE CLIMATE OF CORRUPTION HAS BECOME FALSELY PROPAGANDIZED TO INFLUENCE INTO NEGATIVE SUPPORT FOR OUR MEDCIAL PEROSNNEL WE RELY ON FOR LIFE , ITSELF. AND ARE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN UNDER VERY DIFFICULT SITUATIONS RIGHT NOW,
This is a very politically sensitive area, as too many in Congress are financed by this international cabal and if they try to break free and stand up for good and right, they will find themselves slandered and castigated all over in to many cases. Its hard for us to be able to get to the full truth of much that is occurring and we get left with trying to vote for the one we think will b do the best job in office. Something that may not be apparent until the job is filled. The hardest federal employees to fire who didn't do their job? A SENATOR OR CONGRESS PERSON! Presidents have term limits and we may elect them once, but not twice if they don't do the job.
