Activist Post: Is the Student Loan Bubble About to Burst?
Activist Post: Is the Student Loan Bubble About to Burst? anyone have any info on the class action law suit against affiliated computer services that has ' mis run' student loan program and got sued in NY and Justice dept joined on it. Doesn't Congress know that govt contractors can't adjust debts and the laws and regs allow this to happen and ease the burden somewhat. Did Congress do this on purpose by not allowing anyone in the US dept of education be on duty to handle those kinds of decisions? certianly wouldn't want unaccountale contrcactors adjusting debts as they could wiave all of thier s and never be prosecuted for it
