Update: Dell agrees to buy Perot Systems for $3.9B Mergers and acquisitions - InfoWorld perot systems is EDS and merged with Affiliated Computer Services- a xerox company that has become the new world order with virtual contol of over26 federal agencies and most state agencies, the traffic cams, CPS and ADS and as OPm cntractor will be the ' regulator of health care for 300 million americnas in 2014 and congress gave them immunity from crominal investigations and prosecutions and they can't be interannly audited
