2011 Federal 100 awards program -- Federal Computer Week: "- Sent using Google Toolbar"Mel Curtis ( mac) is being honored for stopping his company from reporting Medicare fraud. and not answering my request for the heard copy of the 500 fraud reports his employees diligently completed on the $4 million theft by trailblazers, etc stealing my claims and id and creating 17 out of each claim starting gin 8/98 and the first theft included all bills back to 1/06. He also has many of my appeals to answer as inquiries and won't send them back to the various intermediaries to answer. So 'corruption" is now rewarded? I can write this because my letters to this ' honoree' is published on line on my page at the washingtonpost.com. and linked to this site. he has yet to answer any of my letters. US attys' says my evidence is ' good enough' but he has the best and its in hos contract to turn it over to CMS-HHS. when I learned he had not done so in 4/09, he ordered his call center employees to not report fraud they detect ( they are in a position to see it first and most often at 1-800-medicare) and proceeded to defame my character and block two phone lines in my home to obstruct the on- going investigation. HHS-OIG official said they are unable to investigate contractors until Congress changes the laws so they can. In 2/08, I'd already started investigating when I learned about the the illegal offline computer system with no security controls that every one's records are transferred to ' manipulate' and steal and alter diagnosis codes to enable ' theft of the Medicare trust fund, by having Medicare pay bills that aren't theirs. when i finally got an Administrative judge ruling that medicare isn't primary, I was told: we don't care what a judge says. and the decision and the later ones including the 9/29/10 decision that OWCP needs to get all bills first were never posted so that any one calling 1-800-Medicare could see it and that includes all my medical providers still being sent in circles tying to find out whom is to pay and what rules apply in getting ok for medical care.
