I have seen such birth records and even the certified ones stamped NOT FOR CITIZENSHIP PROPOSES WITH THE FILE NUMBER AT THE US STATE DEPT as its dual and for Obama was triple choices to make by age 22 used to be the date.. and until done its an unresolved issue. of what country..ONE CAN HAVE IMPLIED PROOF BY REGISTERING TO VOTE IN USA AS THE CHOICE and even US Senator Ted Cruz had to go choose after he was already running for president and had served in many public jobs
