This is a series of linked DAILY POSTS back to 10/25 16 when I found the contracted out MEDICARE SYSTEM IN COMPLETE UNSECURED MELTDOWN worse than at any time since the COUP OF 2002.
Since 1994, before Group health Inc of New York even got the contract to be the watch dog duties to make sure primary payers do not get by with 'dumping their bills' onto Medicare of those with health plans from primary payers or on ones policy like a EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PL, the employer posts direct to the Medicare system and its not a bad executive order from the Clinton Administration. The bad one was for the government not to enforce its own laws anymore that ended with the 'watch dog duties' contracted out. Which in the COUP OF 2002 MEANT THAT AS A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR THERE WAS NO AGENCY ALLOWED TO DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT OF ONE NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS
These are duties which at one time, when in house , work closely with the Office of Inspector General as primary payers not paying could mean criminal intent to defraud the government. and would have a review for such as well as getting the money back ..
There would never be what we have had for 15 years, now. collision by the one who is the ;watch dog actually facilitating the theft and setting up road blocks to obstruct any real attempt at recovery of monies.
Even setting up their own call centers and their management people to not understand the process and allow them to have wrong info of even where the information if something from for the posting to the system of what ones has for other insurance and primary insurers' etc.
I have even been blamed and my reputation smeared all over as if I am the one calling in and having the info changed daily or since 10/6/16 sometimes hourly... I HAVE ONLY BEGGED THE CONTRACTOR THAT OWNS THE SYSTEM AS A SUBCONTRACTORS TO STOP CHANGING WHAT MY PERSONNEL OFFICE AT THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR POSTS BI WEEKLY AS ITS ACCURATE AND 3 MEDICARE JUDGES SAID IT IS THAT GOT VERIFICATIONS AND THEIR OWN CONTRACTOR CONTRACT WITH CMS SAYS THEY ARE NOT TO CHEN INFO WHEN ONES EMPLOYER POSTS.
Yet since the COUP OF 2002 REAL HARM HAS BEEN DONE AND PUT ME AND OTHERS IN REAL LIFE ENDANGERING SITUATIONS AND REPORTS ARE OF MASSIVE DEATHS OVER IT.. if I had not kept my high option employer plan to allow me to go nearly anywhere to get medial care, I would not be alive. and I still am being denied life sustaining medical care.
Since I already have permanent medical from Federal workers comp for 23 years, now , and the others on my policies with Medicare cards do not have illnesses that are not as controversial as my injuries have become over the years. with those with toxic and chemical injuries being written out of health care systems in recent years. Even though the medical community well knows how to treat and keep one alive for decades
But now has reversed that to just a few years of life for many with similar injuries as often it does involve some kind of liability case and they are the ones who have rigged the system to not have to pay their claims.
What Medicare often pays for is so far behind modern science and even accepted medical treatment standards that it DISCRIMINATES AGAINST ABOUT 11 MILLION OF US SIMILAR TO ME IN THE USA. AND THOSE NUMBERS SEEM TO KEEP RISING AND RISING. Many now injured , like me are not even being able to be tested to get a proper diagnosed and get the best treatment which is not always expensive in comparison.
With an international cabal of unaccountable contractors now in charge of health care for all in the USA, and that includes all conflicting phases of it, from management of doctors and hospitals and medical practices to paying claims etc. and now in control of the new system that is in meltdown. The patients and our good doctors, etc. are the only ones at legal risks for overpayment and for the patients heirs. inherit them even if we are unaware they exist. and no one has been able to get an easy wavier on this since 2005..when SSA agreed to do them and they are all getting sent to the same cabal that now has control of SSA. with hacking of systems going on over there..l and no access by the real government to get in and get the crooked mess stopped.
BCRC IS BEGINNING TO ASK AMONG THEMSELVES
The BCRC management I spoke today said that the BCRC is unable to even send out a recovery letter when the workers comp is delete from the screen.. So I said guess they will have to get real busy and input all of them at the short time before the bi weekly post is on their from my employer. We know have the one who pays or gets our paying all workers comp in the USA able to 'rig the system' that would be used to make the companies pay the money back he is contractor of all .

This HAS BEEN A HORRENDOUS DAY OF RETALIATING TYPE BEHAVIOR FOR MY JUST WANTING TO TRACK THE WRONGS BEING DONE TO MY OWN RECORDS AND ME. and real harm being done.to me and mine.
. AND NON COOPERATION JUST TO FIND OUT AND MONITOR THE MELT DOWN OF MY OWN RECORDS.. BUT IS CMS AND CONGRESS PAYING ANY ATTENTION TO THE MELTDOWN AND THEFT OF MEDICARE WORSE THAN EVER AS THEY ARE ABLE TO GO OFF LINE AND WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH IS BEING STOLEN OUT OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY THAT IS NOT EVEN SHOWN ON THE SCREENS THE CALL CENTERS CAN SEE.
They are being sent this Daily recap but its hearsay at best..1-800 Medicare has the most information.. BENEFITS AND RECOVERY CALL CENTERS HAVE BEERY LIMITED INFO AND A LOT OF MISINFORMATION AS TO HOW THE PROCESS EVEN WORKS.. The hacking is going on in their corporate headquarters in New York.. and there is no way they do not know what they are doing is illegal.. etc. The new cyber cloud is catching it as it keeps trying to repost the real info from my employer etc. and everyone in the USA with access seems to have differing info at the same periods of time.. when one bi weekly post has not changed for 20 years from my employer.
BCRC does not even know where the info comes from and I do not appreciate my being blamed.. as no ne is even ask for it to be changed. Its been years since they obeyed their contract and sent out what ones employer posted and instructed us that if we dispute it whom to contact at our personnel offices, etc.. the call centers are not even aware of these..
What would one expect with no internal audits for 15 years to make sure the constitutional rights of all parties are being upheld as the public trust is upheld for the integrity of our most basic of program that affect virtually every one of us thought-out our lives. as either taxpayers ore recipients of the benefits.
NOTHING IS GONG TO BE SAVED UNTIL CONGRESS AGAIN ALLOWS AGENCIES TO USE EVEN THEIR EXISTING BUDGETS TO DO THE JOB GOVERNMENTS HAVE ALWAYS DONE. PROTECT THE PUBLIC Treasury FROM THEFT AND MAKE SURE ALL UPHOLD THE LAWS OF THE LAND. and that is in our US Constitutional mandate of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation"
Just what I have shared on my own system records begs for a system expert that works for the real government and the people to get insides and shut this mess down even if all claims have to be paper for a while until is can be straightened out.. JUST STOPPING THE HACKING WOULD SOLVE A LOT OF ISSUES BUT A LOG OF PAPER CLAIMS WILL NEED TO BE FILED AS THE system HAS BEEN 'RIGGED' SINCE 1/06 TO NOT TAKE AN ELECTRONICALLY FILED CLAIMS AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND GET IT TO THE RECOVERY UNIT TO GET THE MONEY BACK FROM THE PRIMARY PAYERS.
Contractor call centers and even CMS officials have been misinformed as to what is going on and have encouraged thefts, even unintentionally by misinformation being rumored about as fact.
The defamation of blaming me as if I had access and was going in hourly and changing my info is ludicrous but too many have blamed me and this is retaliations in an EEOC case when I already have sanctions against HHS for torture to the pint of death as am employee that has never ceased I now find out. I do not have that kind of expertise,, I am still trying to figure out how to post pictures on a web site. Since we had to get rid of our insecure XP systems and now we have our biggest pots of public money in system with virtual no security at all on them..?
if Homeland security was so worried about foreign hackers maybe they should return to monitor the Medicare system as the corporate headquarters at BCRC stopped hacking this summer and only started up again after they left in 10/6/16? and a meltdown as the cyber cloud has the real info and all the fake retirement dates and non legal terms for policies in their from the bi weekly hackings by its own owners sine the COUP of 2002.

phone verification is partially accurate and indicates the FECA is on their for me but all of us have blue flipped illegally to secondary.

this was bad as some of the call centers would immediately say I had to be sent to a supervisor and sometimes the calls did not go through and sometime a hand up and no info given.. at LEAST ONE HAD INSTRUCTED ALL TO HAVE US CALL BCRC, AS IF WE WERE ALL TRYING TO CHANGED INFO AND ALL I AM DOING IS MONITORING AND REPROTING THE MELTDOWN.. TO CMS AMONG OTHERS
Finally I did get through to show the Blues flipped to secondary as of 8/1/2004 but not the right legal description of the policy nor id number as is posted by personnel office. FECA was not visible and then it was but deleted from the screen o that the medial community is not getting info on open liability cases like workers com for the first time since the COUP Of 2002.. one post showed the real id number for FECA but showed the deletion of the screen as of 10/6/16

Again switched to supervisors and a rough treatment.. one said that my Blue was terminated as of 2/28/10 and hung up and others hung up on me also.. One said IF I WAS NOT TRYING TO UPDATE MY RECORDS I SHOULD NOT BE CALLING THEM. I am begging them to not touch the employer posting.
Finally I did get to a supervisor in the Ohio call center and I found out a little more of what they were being told. she said there was two screens for the FECA one showing it open and the other deleted as of 10/6/16.
Blues showed that the employer primary policy was terminated as of 2/28/10 but that I became working aged on 3/1/2010 with a differing name for the Blues listed for the policy and neither is the legal words nor real id number either., and no change of course what all have seen makes no common sense , I have two blues polices at the same time and one is secondary and one primary ??? WORKING AGED IS THE TERM USED FOR WHEN ONE STILL HAS A PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN. These are not that smart of thieves and a real internal audit would have stopped this years ago.
and neither has my correct ID number.
She did not know that employers were posting directly and gasped when I said Lynn Blodgett was paying all of the Part D claims now and that I understand that he is now the subcontractors for the new system at BCRC and its not even a direct government contractor to even have the right for CMS to even threaten for them to either have good behavior or cancel or nor renew the contractor. IS THERE SOME REAL FOLLOW UP GOING ON WITH PART D AND WHY NO CLAIMS IN A DECADE HAVE EVER BEEN SENT TO THE RECOVERY UNIT TO GET THE MONEY Back?
I told her that CMS HAD NO IDEA THAT LYNN BLODGETT WAS PAYING ALL THE CLAIMS AS CONTRACTOR FOR THE INSURERS. until Aetna had them call me and the Phone ID was ACS STATE HEALTH. the same as it is for the unit that pays or does not pay Federal workers comp. but in another facility of there ins NC? . A few years ago many claims got lost on a truck and was in the news as they were on a traveling between Florida and NC.
ACS in Tallahassee Florida is where FECA is paid. or not paid an oxygen never input in 15 years either. to the real system as they would be paid.. But files are posted in London KY at that ACS and mine has never been even tough DOL judges ordered it done..
THEIR NICE MANAGERS, in NC in 2014 HAD NEVER HEARD OF A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT LAW AT ALL let alone have any processes to make sure paid claims get sent to recovery . this resulted in the CMS director finding our that $0 ha been sent to recovery in a decides and it probably still is not.. someone MAY BE FOLLOWING UP ON THIS FINALLY AS THAT WAS IN 2014 THAT DISCOVERY WAS MADE.
I think she understood the real seriousness of the matter and I said the US Supreme court decided last FALL said that companies are responsible for for what their contractors do . and they have got to stop this hacking or owe the people a lot of money back.. Lynn Blodgett pays all the workers comp in the USA now as contracts with insurers. and he is able to rig the system to not pay??
She asked what they could do and I said get a copy of my screens and info to corporate headquarters and let them know what is going on of all that is being done by this cabal and STOP ALTERING THE EMPLOYER POSTS. The cloud is going to end up with them losing their contracts. as the meltdown is even getting to the medical community now.. and I am not the one doing this..
I have no access to input changes on others records as the call centers are able to do ...but now not doing so .. It seemed as if was being 'set up' today to make sure I asked for it to be changed and I kept informing them just the opposite. that their owners did it.. and must stop. etc. in great detail.. In the past I have said put it back as the employer posted .. and today they wanted me to say what that was and I said look at the post from them.. don't you have it to see?? These calls are recorded. so I hope all my phone calls are kept as its good evidence of attempt of one patients to get her rights and not have them violated hourly and being denied medical care over it. etc.
AND THE SOMETIMES GETTING ROUGH TREATMENT FOR JUST WISHING TO NOT DIE AT THE HANDS OF HIS CABAL OR ANYONE ELSE AS TOO MANY HAVE ALREADY.AND AUDITING MY OWN MELTED DOWN AND CRIMINALLY VIOLATED PERSONAL RECORDS HELD IN TRUST BY MY OWN GOVERNMENT WHO TURNED THEM OVER TO AN UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTOR.
She said they had been told that all these changes were coming from my employer posts. others blame me and no one seems to know its their company doing it. I told here that the personnel office posts the legal description of the plans and the real claimant id number.es and these are not .. And maybe the system does have some ability to block alterations of a policy that is worded the same and the same claim number but when they go put in something even a digit off, it thinks its a different policy and lets it post. but WHY DELETE IN THE FIRST PLACE.. BUT TO ALLOW THEFT OF MEDICARE FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT WISH TO PAY AS A PRIMARY .
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus "may justice roll down like waters" and that the public monies we have given collectively as taxes to help each other when benefits are needed and for the common good is protected. .. We expect our government and elected official to take care of the people's business for us. We have been robbed in more ways then one can even begin to figure out.. and we are in dire straits with loss of life and livelihoods over it.. AMEN!
THE DC SWAMP CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO BE DRAINED UNTIL ALL ARE EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW.. AND FOR THE ONES NOW RUNNING THE COUNTRY AS GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS HAVE 'CONGRESSIONAL IMMUNITY ' SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. JUSTICE DENIED ONE IS BEING DENIED ALL OF US ACROSS THE NATION NOW. AMEN!
