This is as series since 10/25/16 when I learned that the Medicare system was in complete meltdown and the last piece of total control of a corrupted system of theft and death panels was now in place in health care.. With the medical profession and patients at the mercy of an organized crime ring of an international cabal ...
Worse than ever before since the COUP of 2002. a new system in place with no one from the people's real government with any slue what is going on and even Homeland Security missed it? AS THEY MONITORED THIS SUMMER FOR RUSSIA AND CHINA TO STEAL MEDICARE WHEN WE HAVE HAD OUR OWN HOMEGROWN BUNCH ALLOWED TO OVER THROW THE GOVERNMENT SINCE THE 2002 WHEN Congress GOT TRICKED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WITH CHANGES MADE IN A HUGE BUDGET BILL TO HAVE NO AUTHORITY BY THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO DO INTERNAL AUDIT NOR CONDUCT criminal investigations let alone prosecution of government contractors. at a time when the new trend was to contract our government including those very jobs that gave these 'unaccountables' access to pay checks to anyone from some of the biggest pools of money in the Nation.. First Medicare and more recently Social Security .. With this off line ability they have anything can be disappearing from the public treasury.
As the younger generation wonders if there will be any for them left, none may be left, just because of massive thefts and not due to any numbers of people eligible to get the benefits. Your help is needed to help audit the records of your own loved ones who may be leaving you inherited overpayments they have no idea is being created on their own records.
Unlike a stolen credit card where laws are in place and followed to relieve one of the theft as a debt, just the opposite is going in the government's own programs at all levels with no one to over see what is going on and the victim liable for the thefts they had no way of knowing was occurring and no way to stop it.
AND NO METHOD TO GET A WAIVER AS ONE GETS ON A STOLEN CREDIT CARD.. which is what one gets after ones lists what is their bills and what belongs to the thief.. THESE THIEVES CANNOT BE ARRESTED AND ONE HAS NO WAY TO CANCEL THE CONTRACTORS STEALING YOUR CARD AND PAYING YOUR BILLS OUT OF THE PUBIC TREASURY ILLEGALLY ... AS ALL ARE UNDER THIS CABAL AND NOT JUST IN HEALTH CARE.
IN HEALTHCARE ITS THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND THE PATIENTS ARE THE ONES WITH NO IMMUNITY AND THE THIEVES CANNOT BE STOPPED AS THEY HAVE YOUR CARD NUMBER NO MATTER WHAT IT IS .. NO WAY FOR IT BEING STOPPED.UNTIL CONGRESS ACTS TO AGAIN DO SO .. AS ALWAYS BEFORE WE HAD THEM TO DO SO .
Those in their call centers of this cabal are OFTEN duped INTO THINKING EVERY THING IS OK WHEN IT IS NOT. as nice people are given misinformation to pass on as fact and not even knowing its an entrapment to the medical professions billing people .The media is not covering this meltdown of our health care system that goes beyond the same scam that was passed as 'Hillarycare' and where it all began with her and former Sec of HHS Donna Shalala. Medicare is on a bigger scale than that.. so its not the plan but who is running it and badly needed oversight to make sure health care and not profits to be blatantly stolen by contracts is the ones in control instead
So far have not had any indication that the authority to spend any government moneys to shut down this organized crime cabal that has total control in all sections of health care as once they would have done so years ago.. Even a routine internal audit would have stopped at laws, and judges and rules are being ignored and doing as they please as the people and medial profession pay more and more for outright false info.
Mine is more of a typical situation of what is going on as the stats are being to be accumulated all over of the holocaust effect if one knows what they mean to the whole.. and the media often does not understand the full impact of one set of data or another.
This is an auditing of my own records and more has been shared on this blog since 12/08 which was started to warn all and no one has taken action as our monies are stolen and lives and livelihoods lost to a precipice of losing health care in this nation.. If the doctor and hospital cannot get paid enough to keep the lights on , they the patients cannot even be seen let alone the treatment afforded to even be offered.

mymedicare.gov is the same today .. as the visible screen shows the illegal altering of my employer post.. with Blues under different illegally called and accepted names and fictitious retirement dates over the years. so although Federal Employees Compensation Act (workers comp) FECA where I have permanent medical until death is on there by not on the screen that is passed on now to the medical profession.. and they have the Federal Blues as secondary with one of the fake retirement dates of 8/1/2004 which I have linked to something that occurred but has nothing to do with entitlement of any medical care benefits in any plan at all.
Every one has to stop listening to the law as rewritten by Lynn Blodgett and read it for your self .. etc. and that is the ones inside the govt and contractors.. READ THIS BLOG AND GO CHECK IT OUT.. who are being hoodwinked by this verbal spewing not backed up by anything. concrete or related at all. and he is smart enough never to put it in writing as he duped many to do so themselves. If you have no access to the real data and records to verify anything.. then say so ... then we can begin to stop the overthrow of the government of the USA. and return it to the people who are to be in charge and have had that removed from us by our own elected officials not reading what they vote on ... they need to stop being so gullible also.

8/1/2004 was a date I got a small check for some wage loss time over 20 years ago and has nothing to do with the overall benefits awarded. if you looked at the entire file which had already disappeared inside Affiliated Computer Services at the time . . and other fictitious dates have been change of addresses and one is not a move, but 911 renumbered the addresses in our rural subdivision.. BETTER NOT MOVE AS IT MEANS LOSS OF HEALTH CARE PLANS. ACCORDING TO WHAT THIS CABAL IS ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH.. EVEN THOUGH ONES PERSONNEL OFFICE IS POSTING THE TRUTH OF MATTERS THAT ARE LEGAL AND IN MY CASE VERIFIED AND AFFIRMED BY THREE MEDICARE JUDGES. as accurate..

They had the FECA deleted from the screen attempt as of 10/6/16 but it was on there .and in cyber cloud And that has been learned to be that no one is being sent that by Lynn Blodgett now in the Medical profession.. even though its my first and only payer. I would not need anything else but for family on my Blues policy who is to be primary for them as the US Department of Labor personnel posts bi weekly and why they do so.. Its the law that overrides for injured federal workers ...
until Lynn Blodgett obeys the US DOL Judges. to get my file posted so that they can approve the permanent disability and schedule award that was ready for review when he took total control of the lives of injured federal workers A REAL DEATH PANEL FOR MANY OF US . But nothing paid as file not set up since the COUP of 2002 .. as over 15 years of oxygen claims go unprocessed as they would be paid if input to the real system and the "gig; would be up a since they were.

And its what gave me the permanent medical 22 years ago at FECA.. under the 1988 labor law to save lives of those caught in messy cases as mine is although not controverted as all of us were to have the benefits of the doubt by President Bush 41 according to Linda Tripp ho Monica Lewinsky went and got to speak to our son .. Most of you in private industry in the USA and around the world have the same ones who take your 'in house' EEO and whistle blower complaints. and its what is really wrong with the federal whistle blower protections when the first call is to the very one you are blowing the whistle on has a their protector or cover upper. .
Its not easy to find out who all these call centers are really owned by as they are usually told not to tell. but one has a right to know when you are given out your personal info and a whistle blower needs some protection tights also . and a real law enforcement agency would be able to give some protections.. often until a defense counsel would want your name to speak to you .etc. maybe your 'lead' would be enough to never have to let your name be known.. if your leads are good enough for them to make needed discovery .. BUT WHEN ITS AGAINST A CONTRACTOR IT WOULD NOT MATTER AS NOTHING CAN BE DONE BY ACT OF CONGRESS ANYWAY.

The phone menu refers to the FECA on there but unclear about the Blues.. and when I got though and said that 1-800 media had Blues back on which they had removed as of 2/28/10 last Friday? .. and she said they had a note on my file that I could only be told what my insurance is on line and who pays first by a supervisor.
I had just finished a call with one of Doyle's from a letter asking for over a thousand dollars be paid and insurances not billed and still caught in the vicious cycle this summer. A doctor not paid in 6 months and vital he not lose him. ..Medicare conditional payments as passed into law in 1980 to prevent this very kind of atrocity by bad primary payers who illegally dumped onto Medicare Now with the contractor to prevent it from happening; making it happened worse than every by real duping of every one in the health care system trying to provide good health care and not being overpaid but legally get any kind of fair payment.
This doctor would have been fully paid months ago.. even though it would have been less than what Blues would legally should have paid. This is being repeated all over the USA and would have been got by with it way to often over all of this and I MELTED DOWN IN TEARS. with fear for the health of a loved one. being obstructed. Too many really dead over this already and even Congressional studies indicate it and still they will not act unless they did recently but the illegal acts have not yet ended. yet.
How could such evil be done.. And yesterday I had been treated with grave disdain.. don't they understand that this cabal cares nothing about their own lives if they ended up in the common situation of needing health care themselves?? I do not know what they show today? as he cyber cloud tries to correct their corporates' illegal act.
What should have taken about 1/2 hour to do a daily audit of my own records ended with all this to do and harassment and stalling and misinformation all over of basic bad training that has caused this theft that is now overpayments against us and our heirs and every claim needing to be appealed and ignored. and every where its gotten worse and worse as we have just got to sending our own made up form letters for appeals, periodically to protect our right and lives. until the day we have a real government in place against that will uphold the laws of the land and stop this robbing of the USA.
A month ago bill had been sent by a doctor, and they have not been paid at all for months I explained what I got from the manager of NOVATIS whom they would sent the conditional payment to Medicare to and would have been paid. months ago to the billing services what they needed to do and Doyle sent them insurance info again on him. This is such a corrupted mess that the billing services are not getting much from anything the patient gives throughout the medical profession now and the medical profession tries to separate themselves from anything going on .. IT'S AN IMPOSSIBLE SITUATION FOR ALL TRYING TO GET MEDICAL CARE AND THOSE TRYING TO PROVIDE IT
.THIS IS ALL OVER,, NOT JUST OUR CASES. all are waiting for the day when we have the government to stop the real extortion of our good doctors, etc. that is ongoing all the time. You may well not know how bad it is until you get caught in the middle of it ALL.
Some have no health Care plan, while some of us end up with multiples and then the deadly games begin with our lives as if Medicare is one of them the cabal plots and plans and has succeeded to dump what some insiders say is several trillion dollars of bills onto Medicare and NO REAL RECOVERY IS GOING ON TO EVEN TRY TO GET THE MONEY BACK as the due process letters sent out and returned signed would be the exposure to cancel of lot of this corrupt cabal's contracts.
So they have rigged systems and spun misinformation about to many good people that work in this cabal's call centers to entrap all in the mire of the SWAMP OF CORRUPTION NOT KNOWING THEY ARE DOING ANYTHING ILLEGAL AND TRICKING OTHERS INTO ILLEGAL ACTS AT ALL

AND NO ONE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO KNOWINGLY NOT PAY THE BILLS WHEN THEIR BOSSES KNOW BETTER. but the misinformation can be passed around verbally through several call centers before ones medical billing services is given the final illegal lie to go ahead and send in the claims ignorant that they are all entrapped in a massive deception that ends up with Medicare being stolen and the doctor , etc. and patient now hold the only legal risk of overpayment's. THAT WILL NEVER BE RECOVERED FROM WHICH ONE IS LEGALLY SHOWN TO HAVE PAID IN THE FIRST PLACE ..
This bill was sent to Fed blues and they sent us an EOB that they said it should be to Medicare first.. and this billing service does not show they did so.. and the HIPPAA release he signed to speak to me.. is not with the billing service so Doyle will have to call.. And at 1-800 mediocre we have all signed to represent each other and THAT IS NOT ON THE SYSTEM EITHER AND NEEDS TO BE THERE .. AS WE HAVE TUBS OF APPEALS AT SOME LEVEL ON EVERY BILL.. WHICH IS NEVER EVEN KNOWING AS OUR REQUESTS OF WAIVER OF OVER PAYMENTS ENDED UP DISAPPEARING ALSO FROM SSA. TOLD LYNN BLODGETT IS 'BURIED IN ALL OF THEM IN DALLAS?? FROM ALL OVER THE NATION?? easy one to grant an done gives no financial info and says"against equity and good conscience as how can the patient arrest anyone or cancel a government contract, etc. when the government cannot do so ..??
I was told that when Homeland Security was monitoring the new system under Lynn Blodgett et al's now total control they were not hacking and none 'officially' knows that the system is not designed to process a claims as a conditional payment from Medicare anymore. If they had known, they would all have been paid months ago.. only takes a couple of extra weeks., not months...

AND PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO ALL THOSE WHO TRY TO STOP YOU FROM GETTING A WAIVER TO DO A PAPER CLAIM BY SAYING THAT "THE SYSTEM IS NOW UPDATED AND YOU CAN BILL MEDICARE" .. YOUR INITIAL DENIAL WAS CORRECT MEDICAL IS NOT PRIMARY AND YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD BY CMS (the government) WHO WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ANY OF YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO DO A PAPER CLAIM AS THE SYSTEM NOW IS WORSE THAN WE HAD BEFORE THE COUP OF 2002.. you should be able to click on one field for primary payer issue, or workers comp for me with the real injury date in the system and not everyone injured on he date they got Part A Medicare. and that is all that would need to be done. now h cyber cloud is trying to correct itself all the time with all the garbage called in since the COUP OF 2002 TO GET OUT OF PAYING THEIR LEGALLY OBLIGATED BILLS Better fudging would be to input the date of entitlement to part A Medicare for injure claims and them recovery could correct it later on.. when the date was detected as wrong . but that needs a formal over all waiver. and easy to do as a executive order From Sec of HHS??

DOCTORS, ETC SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY BILLIONS FOR ACCESS TO GARBAGE AND WHY PAY AT ALL WHEN THE TAXPAYER HAS ALREADY PAID FOR THE SYSTEM?? ANOTHER SHUFFLING OF DATA TO PAY ANOTHER CONTRACT OF THIS CABAL'S FOR WHAT? STEALING THE FREE LABOR OF MACHINES.. that should be giving us A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL AND THE EXTRA TIME WE SHOULD ALL HAVE WORKING LESS HOURS AND BEING ABLE TO CARE FOR EACH OTHER AND OUR HOMES AND FAMILIES ETC.
Lynn Blodgett must be 'buried' in all our files in Dallas and may be some day he will come out of his paper mountain and start processing them all.. START WITH INPUTTING THE OVER 15 YEARS OF OXYGEN CLAIMS FROM ME AND THAT WILL BE A START AND HE CAN RETIRE AND SO CAN I His could be from a jail if he does not become the ultimate whistle blower.. and start talking as he does not seem to be the highest. (OR LOWEST BOSS FROM THE PIT??) cell for the elderly inmates. As do you really think your real boss cares for your soul? Its your name shared by high level official as their only source of info on me as you even withheld their own agency judges orders as to what needed to be done and you countered that with an opposite version. and hour own management who have stated the orders they get and must follow even if its a "let her die" order. That is not nice and its illegal to order than?? you need to stop it as I do not choose to end my life for a very long time and the Almighty seems to have some things for me to do in this plane of existence yet.
My prayers for good to over some evil as I have other things I would like to do than document criminal acts going on .. in this nation and against me and mine. BCRC stop the hacking. and do your job as your contract says to do .. and be the ;watchdog; for health care as you were given the contract to do back in 1999 before the COUP of 2002. Its only your eternal soul at stake and that is 'priceless.'
