Much in this world now where we are constantly bombarded with info can be turned from good things into evil by just turning them upside down.
The heat has been oppressive this month and our electric bill is the highest we have had in years. Had to set up a payment arrangement in order to pay for oxygen to live. Even with three health;plans approve for life to pay for liquid oxygen, I have been blocked by ACS ET AL FROM GETTING A SUPPLIER WHO CAN BILL AND I NOT HAVE TO PAY AT ALL.
It is truly a world upside down now.
We have the first hearing on all of this at medicare coming up soon and Doyle and I have been trying to put together a presentation to the judge. Several different appeals have had bits and pieces stuck in this file from others and some belong at SSA to finish up the 26 year old disability claim before age 65.
Years ago SSA and Medicare were one agency and I have seen everything go down hill since they were split decades ago. We have some areas where neither agency has any procedures or rules as how to process matters or which agency is to rule on what. And my 8/09 hearing request that was filed at SSA based on decisions made by SSA on different matters ended up disappearing for ever and a SSA judge made a ruling with out a hearing or the file and not even any system record and did nothing with the Part B medicare Premium part. Correct y stating that matters in file on the disability claim had not had reconsideration decisions and they still haven't as the appeals are not on the system and none has permitted me to reconstruct the files so they could be done.
HOW could a judge rule without any file, evidence or claimants allowed to speak to him at a Hearing.? THERE ARE NO DOCUMENTS HE HAD TO MAKE THE DECISION EITHER. How did he even know he should dismiss the non medicare case? die to no reconsideration on the disability case ? Those are still not on the system for any to see? And those at SSA ARE STILL BEING ASSURED THAT THE SYSTEM IS SECURE AND NOTHING EXISTS THAT IS NOT ON THERE AND ALL THE INFO IS UNALTERED.. Yet, head of IT FOR SSA SAYS ITS had been taken off the system by a hacker, and presumed to be some one inside the agency or ACS ET AL AS SSA CONTRACTOR.
DEFINITION OF HACKING
Most of of think hacking is some outsider with out legal access to info gets into the system and sees something and may change the info for some reason, also.
But those in the govt who work with systems have a different more enhanced interpretation.
HACKING IS ALSO WHEN THE SYSTEM IS NOT SECURED TO PREVENT CHANGES TO BE MADE THAT ARE ILLEGAL BY THOSE WHO DO HAVE LEGAL ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM TO SEE INFO TO USE FOR LEGAL PURPOSES, BUT ALTERING THE INFO IS ILLEGAL DESTRUCTION OR ALTERATION OF OFFICIAL RECORDS.
This is the type of hacking that has caused so much chaos on my rights to have fair and impartial decisions to be made on my cases based on the merits. I file an appeal it is to be put on the system and the only legal change to that is to enter a decision on that appeal. Then everyone with legal access knows what is going on when they have to work my file for other matters.
Since 2011, SSA has had an SSA judge's orders to finish up my disability claim with reconsiderations currently pending since 9/00 on one issue and others even further back with no decisions made on matters as illegal 'hacking' acts have deleted the appeals, destroyed files to prevent any one wishing to do their job and treat me as any other claimant and render the decisions and take the legal actions all have the right to have as to who gets to receive what govt benefits. This protects the taxpayer's right for monies to be legally spent and up holds the constitutional rights of each who are applying and appealing if the initial decision does not seem right or fair.
Most at SSA think that Medicare is only to be handing appeals on payment of claims issues, etc. Its always been my training also over the years since the split. of agencies. But they do have jurisdictional right to take control if one is losing their right to coverage etc. issues. I recently read.and this is overlapping jurisdictions on matters that is not clearly defined.
And like the very broken 1979 Office of Personnel Management system for feds that has been a breeding ground for corruption by a few bad apples who get in to high positions, ITS LED TO NO ONE IN CHARGE AND PASSING THE 'BUCK' BACK AND FORTH WHEN IT SUITS SOMEONES NEFARIOUS REASONS. Like real criminal activity that they might be involved in and not wish to be found out and go to jail. Billions have been said to be 'missing' at OPM from various funds for us feds to have legal use of. But none allowed to investigate and prosecute
Or others with some personal vendetta. where access to records can cause real harm and denial of rights and is illegal, too. Have been allowed to break those laws. also and not take care of the business and rights of the people have been trashed as badly as the US CONSTITUTION THAT IS TO GIVE US ALL THOSE PROTECTIONS AND RIGHTS.
The OPM hacking against feds and their families as they are personal info is in files too as they are on our heath insurance we have through our federal employment has been more than just seeing he info and stealing the id to misuse the info to get credit cards, etc.
Its also the misuse of that info in all of the govt files that are insecure at SSA, Medicare and throughout the govt where its illegal to go in and change official data even when its very legal to see the records and render decisions as part of their jobs. The decisions made are then skewed by the illegal alterations.
Its fine , For example , changing an address when the person moves etc. and its the real person. Or sending out a letter to the person to verify the current amount of ones payment to use for whatever they need it for. In no way are they to be hacking in and changing or deleting appeals, etc. causing harm to all who need that info for legal reasons and obstructing due process rights of the person's whole official govt record it is.
So if one becomes a whistle blower , or as many injured federal workers and even other state regulated claims injured workers find out, they have to go find and attorney and sue some billionaire in order to get any medical care at all to repay the taxpayer or even their private employer's workers comp carrier.
IT IS OUR LEGAL SYSTEM THAT WHOMEVER CAUSED THE INJURY IS TO PAY THE BILLS. And some job injuries are pure accidents or an act of nature where one is at work in a tornado hits and that makes it workers comp., etc.
But often its some form of negligence or even criminal acts that got one in an unsafe situation as occurred at our federal office, where the new building could not have legally passed city state or federal inspection for a human to be in in Jersey City before we even moved in to our new office on the 9th floor of the ADP building owned by Hartz Mountain Industries at 2 Journal Square where we had no way to get out except by elevator as the stairwells were locked to us. But that was not the most harmful, as there were basic construction flaws that affected the ventilation which if they had been right, surely part of the toxic cloud should have vented out and not built up with injuries less than occurred. Even the changes made after wards still left the office not safe for me and others now injured with sensitive lungs. . But on 1/10/89 with the gas detectors shut off to prevent the fire dept from coming and condemning the building as they had already been cited and ordered to fix the problems, we were not even warned of our unsafe condition so we could to see the owner fixed the problems we were not aware existed.
Then to black list us all before we got to the hospitals to obstruct diagnostic testing and crucial initial treatment to prove toxic exposure compounded the evils more. The PEACE SIGN WAS TURNED DOWN NOT UP TO GOOD.
That is where a mix up occurred on my chart as to whom I worked for and Port Authority got put down and I got the diagnosis and was being prepared for admission for treatment as I was near death, and then upon the corrections made with the health dept prepared to the state of NJ I was sent home to die as when you ARE UNDER THE FEDERAL SYSTEM AS ALL ARE NOW SINCE 2010,, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OF LIFE. PLUS SOME REAL 'SMEARING GOT INSERTED THAT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN IN THERE ALSO TO 'COLOR' OUR CHANCES OF WHICH IS ALL WE ASK FOR. YET THERE ARE SEVERAL MEDICARE HEARING FILES THAT HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN ISSUED A DOCKET NUMBER YET FILED SINCE 2009 WITH THE MIAMI MEDICARE HEARING OFFICE WHERE ACS ET AL GETS THE INFO FIRST?

2009 IS WHEN THE US DEPT OF LABOR JUDGES SET ASIDE THE LAST PIECE OF MISINFORMATION TO REINSTATE MY WAGE LOSS. AND THAT REMAND WAS WITHHELD ALONG WITH MY FILE FROM THOSE NEEDING TO WORK THE CASE BY ACS ET AL AND CEO LYNNE BLODGETT WHO THEN WENT FROM AGENCY TO AGENCY HEAD MISINFORMING ALL THAT I HAD "GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AN RETIRED AND THERE WAS NOTING TO DO ON MY CASE" THE OFFICIAL RECORDS AT OPM AND US DEPT OF LABOR DID NOT SAY THAT BUT THE ONES WHO WORK THE CASE DO NOT HAVE THAT INFO AND AS ET AL PRESENTS A DIFFERENT 'DUMMY' SYSTEM INFO TO ALL., THIS DUMMY SYSTEM ALLOWS THE CONTRACTOR TO MAKE UP THE FACTS THEY CHOOSE TO AS ITS NOT SECURED CROSS CHECKING WITH THE OFFICIAL SYSTEM
YET, THE VERY WORKERS WHO NEED THAT OFFICIAL INFO TO SEE CAN NOT HAVE IT AND WHY NOT? Nor can the workers at the contractors see it who actual have control of what is processed or what the federal employees can even see to know what to do. I CAN NOT GIVE A COPY OF THE JUDGES ORDERS TO THE GOVT EMPLOYEES AT US DEPT OF LABOR .AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTED WITH THE ORDERS IS THE OFFICIAL QUOTE. AS TO WHY THE CONTRACTOR IS? TO BE TRUSTED WHO IS UNDER NO OVER SIGHT AS A REAL GOVT EMPLOYEE STILL LEGALLY IS.
Yet ACS ET AL CAN THEN OVER TURN ANY JUDGES ORDERS BY NOT POSTING THE FILE AS ORDERED AND WITHHOLDING THE DECISIONS UNLESS ITS ON THE SYSTEM, IT CANNOT BE WORKED AS A PAPER FILE ANYMORE.
. THE FORMER SEC OF LABOR ELAINE CIAO AS WELL AS THE DIRECTOR OF FEDERAL WORKERS COMP TRIED TO DO THAT BACK IN 2005 AND AGAIN IN 2007 AND WERE STOPPED. FROM THE LOCAL OFFICE USING A PAPER FILE. FROM THEIR RECORDS AND FROM ME TO OBEY THE JUDGES ORDERS.
CEO IS IN DEFIANCE OF 18 APPELLATE JUDGES NOW IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES AND AS MANY LOWER JUDGES ORDERS THAT WERE APPEALED WHEN IGNORED.
AND I GOT INTO PROBLEMS AT WORKER COMP S WITH THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE DUE TO THEFTS FROM MY PAPER FILE TO MAKE IT LOOK AS IF I HAD NOT RETURNED OT WORK IN 1990 AS SSA THEN HHS, WOULD NOT CERTIFY MY LEAVE RECORDS TO THEM . TWICE WHEN I GOT WAGE LOSS THEY HAD TO CALL OR THE LAST TIME THEY USED MY PAY ROLL STUB FROM HHS.AND THE JUDGES SAID I DID WITH OUT THE CERTIFICATION FROM THEM AS I SUBMITTED ALL THE EEOC DOCUMENTATIONS AND OTHER INFO PLUS MY PAY STUBS, ETC.
THEIR ILLEGAL ACTS WHICH EVERY PRIVATE EMPLOYER IT THEY THEY DID COULD HAVE BEEN FINED AND PENALIZED FOR NOT DOING, THAT WAS UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN ACS ET AL IS NOW RUNNING EVERY ONE'S WORKERS COMP IN THE USA?
THE 'FEDERAL SYSTEM YOU ALL THOUGHT YOU WANTED? CAN BE TURNED INTO A SHELL GAME OF PAPER AND DATA GOING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN OPM AND THE AGENCIES AND REGIONAL OFFICES SO THAT CRIMES COMMITTED BY A FEW GOT AND GET COVERED UP.
Ones whom were named in the EEOC SANCTIONS AGAINST HHS I FINALLY GOT, ENDED UP AS REGIONAL COMMISSIONERS, AND ACTING COMMISSIONER OF SSA, AND OTHER HIGH LEVEL POSITIONS WHERE THEY HAD THE AUTHORITY TO STOP INVESTIGATIONS OF THEMSELVES.
Once one is caught in such a deadly mess, all one can do is document what is occurring as they as slowly being murdered in ways that make it a civil matter when its a workers comp case and govt contractors now, not even subject to civil nor criminal laws as congress defunded that 15 years ago all say that want to stop it, but no budget given; Under the federal system the victims have no place to turn for help or protection of their very lives. when things go so evil. and many who do not intend to do wrong get caught up in the gossip and rumor and their lack of training as access to rules and procedures makes things really bad for everyone. AS THE CONTRACTOR WHO PROGRAMMED THE SYSTEM AND HANDLERS IS THE ONLY ONE ALLOWED TO DO AS THEY PLEASE. WHETHER LEGAL OR NOT.
ACS STILL HAS NOT PROCESSES ONE OXYGEN CLAIM OF MINE SINCE THEY TOOK OVER CONTROL OF WE INJURED FEDS RIGHT TO LIVE IN 2002.
In all those humongous bills congress is not allowed the time to read before voting on them, a crucial budget line was omitted that gave any kind of finding to the Federal law enforcers to do internal audit controls of our money and data and cyber security given over to govt contractors and if they commit crimes with the info they have gained access to or steal our public monies, there is no budget to investigate and arrest anyone of them to stop it. Omit one line and the govt is over thrown by an international cabal that has control now. from local to federal levels. in all areas of the govt.
It was only due to the state murder potential charges at the navel ship yard the falsification of back ground checks that let the deceased shooter onto the grounds in the first place as govt contractor construction worker led to wonder how he passed the back ground check. How many other over the last 30 years have risen to high level positions and committing crimes in side the agencies are not whom one
thinks they are?
In trying to look up rules and laws etc, I found that not much has been left of our program operations manual which has always been available to the public except for a few areas. I was in one of the first 11 offices that tested widows for Microsoft in a deal for a reduced rate at SSA for our being testers. And saw much not even available to us who worked the cases at SSA. Even some obscure categories of benefits were not there and no judge or laws had eliminated them. and every ones rights to fairness under the law.
Now its up to the govt contacted out computer specialists to decide how and the right way to figure benefits even paid. ITS NOT ALWAYS DONE RIGHT AS AN INSURANCE ACTUARY CAUGHT WRONG MATH USED BACK IN THE 80'S AND we had the second year algebra level formula to use and even had to work a problem so we all understood the law. HE CAME IN AND A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT SPENT SEVERAL HOURS GOING THROUGH THE MATH. THE FORMULA WAS NOT RIGHT AND Did any one get a refund? Or is that error still being compounded over time? Now the math formula is not even available in the instructions nor other math I am questioning. on how the check is computed with offsets. I remember is not what used to be and see no change in the law. Its not that high a math for my case. Simple subtraction problem. WHY DON'T ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW HOW ONES PAY IS COMPUTED?
AND ALL THE SPECIFICATIONS GIVEN TO THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTED OUT CYBER PROGRAMMERS AS TO WHAT SECURITY NEEDS TO BE ON THE SYSTEM TO STOP THE HACKING BY THOSE WITH THE LEGAL RIGHT TO SEE THE INFO, HAS NOT BEEN DONE. I found that out nearly 15 years ago when the Medicare system was being hacked in to every time they chose to illegally pay a claim and not code a conditional pay for recovery form workers comp. The head of SSA's Financial office was shocked, over a decade ago this was going on as no internal audits how would they know? as this was to be in the system to stop any changes of the postings that is still being altered now, since 4/09 with an illegal system run biweekly to alter all with an primary employer group health plan and delete it off the system to trick medical billing people in the USA TO HAVE MEDICARE ILLEGALLY PAY THE CLAIMS.
THE SYSTEM SPECS ARE TO BLOCK THIS. AS THE EMPLOYER OR AGENCY IS THE ONLY ONE TO CHANGE THE INFO BEFORE THEY SEND IT. MINE IS ACCURATE AS ACTIVE DUTY. AND THE MEDICARE JUDGES INCLUDING THE APPELLATE ONE ON ME M09-1406 SAYS IT WAS AS IT COMES FROM US DEPT OF LABOR AND I CANNOT RETIRE UNTIL THAT SYSTEM SHOWS WORKERS CM OP HAS PUT ME ON PERMANENT DISABILITY AND THAT CANNOT OCCUR EVEN THOUGH ORDERED DONE TO POST MY FILES USING MY RECORDS AND PROCESS ND PAY ETC AS MY CLAIMS EXAMINER DOES THE INITIAL WORK AND CANNOT WITH OUT THE FILES AND I CANNOT GIVE THEM TO MS CARTER . OR ANY ONE ELSE ASSIGNED TO MY CASE." they can't be trusted with them , but the contractor can?"
THIS IS AN INSULT TO THE RANK AND FILE HARD WORKING HONEST DECENT CIVIL SERVANTS WHO GO TO WORK AND DO THEIR JOBS THE BEST THEY CAN TO SERVE THE PEOPLE OF THE USA. AND KEEP THE BUSINESS OF GOVERNMENT GOING ON. EVEN WHEN THOSE IN CHARGE LET US DOWN WHEN WE NEED THE PROTECTION OF THE GOVERNMENT AGAINST THOSE DOING US HARM.

Its also the misuse of that info in all of the govt files that are insecure at SSA, Medicare and throughout the govt where its illegal to go in and change official data even when its very legal to see the records and render decisions as part of their jobs. The decisions made are then skewed by the illegal alterations.
Its fine , For example , changing an address when the person moves etc. and its the real person. Or sending out a letter to the person to verify the current amount of ones payment to use for whatever they need it for. In no way are they to be hacking in and changing or deleting appeals, etc. causing harm to all who need that info for legal reasons and obstructing due process rights of the person's whole official govt record it is.
So if one becomes a whistle blower , or as many injured federal workers and even other state regulated claims injured workers find out, they have to go find and attorney and sue some billionaire in order to get any medical care at all to repay the taxpayer or even their private employer's workers comp carrier.
IT IS OUR LEGAL SYSTEM THAT WHOMEVER CAUSED THE INJURY IS TO PAY THE BILLS. And some job injuries are pure accidents or an act of nature where one is at work in a tornado hits and that makes it workers comp., etc.
But often its some form of negligence or even criminal acts that got one in an unsafe situation as occurred at our federal office, where the new building could not have legally passed city state or federal inspection for a human to be in in Jersey City before we even moved in to our new office on the 9th floor of the ADP building owned by Hartz Mountain Industries at 2 Journal Square where we had no way to get out except by elevator as the stairwells were locked to us. But that was not the most harmful, as there were basic construction flaws that affected the ventilation which if they had been right, surely part of the toxic cloud should have vented out and not built up with injuries less than occurred. Even the changes made after wards still left the office not safe for me and others now injured with sensitive lungs. . But on 1/10/89 with the gas detectors shut off to prevent the fire dept from coming and condemning the building as they had already been cited and ordered to fix the problems, we were not even warned of our unsafe condition so we could to see the owner fixed the problems we were not aware existed.
Then to black list us all before we got to the hospitals to obstruct diagnostic testing and crucial initial treatment to prove toxic exposure compounded the evils more. The PEACE SIGN WAS TURNED DOWN NOT UP TO GOOD.
That is where a mix up occurred on my chart as to whom I worked for and Port Authority got put down and I got the diagnosis and was being prepared for admission for treatment as I was near death, and then upon the corrections made with the health dept prepared to the state of NJ I was sent home to die as when you ARE UNDER THE FEDERAL SYSTEM AS ALL ARE NOW SINCE 2010,, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OF LIFE. YET, THE VERY WORKERS WHO NEED THAT OFFICIAL INFO TO SEE CAN NOT HAVE IT AND WHY NOT? Nor can the workers at the contractors see it who actual have control of what is processed or what the federal employees can even see to know what to do. I CAN NOT GIVE A COPY OF THE JUDGES ORDERS TO THE GOVT EMPLOYEES AT US DEPT OF LABOR .AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTED WITH THE ORDERS IS THE OFFICIAL QUOTE. AS TO WHY THE CONTRACTOR IS? TO BE TRUSTED WHO IS UNDER NO OVER SIGHT AS A REAL GOVT EMPLOYEE STILL LEGALLY IS.
Yet ACS ET AL CAN THEN OVER TURN ANY JUDGES ORDERS BY NOT POSTING THE FILE AS ORDERED AND WITHHOLDING THE DECISIONS UNLESS ITS ON THE SYSTEM, IT CANNOT BE WORKED AS A PAPER FILE ANYMORE.
. THE FORMER SEC OF LABOR ELAINE CIAO AS WELL AS THE DIRECTOR OF FEDERAL WORKERS COMP TRIED TO DO THAT BACK IN 2005 AND AGAIN IN 2007 AND WERE STOPPED. FROM THE LOCAL OFFICE USING A PAPER FILE. FROM THEIR RECORDS AND FROM ME TO OBEY THE JUDGES ORDERS.

THEIR ILLEGAL ACTS WHICH EVERY PRIVATE EMPLOYER IT THEY THEY DID COULD HAVE BEEN FINED AND PENALIZED FOR NOT DOING, THAT WAS UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN ACS ET AL IS NOW RUNNING EVERY ONE'S WORKERS COMP IN THE USA?

In all those humongous bills congress is not allowed the time to read before voting on them, a crucial budget line was omitted that gave any kind of finding to the Federal law enforcers to do internal audit controls of our money and data and cyber security given over to govt contractors and if they commit crimes with the info they have gained access to or steal our public monies, there is no budget to investigate and arrest anyone of them to stop it. Omit one line and the govt is over thrown by an international cabal that has control now. from local to federal levels. in all areas of the govt.
It was only due to the state murder potential charges at the navel ship yard the falsification of back ground checks that let the deceased shooter onto the grounds in the first place as govt contractor construction worker led to wonder how he passed the back ground check. How many other over the last 30 years have risen to high level positions and committing crimes in side the agencies are not whom one
thinks they are?
In trying to look up rules and laws etc, I found that not much has been left of our program operations manual which has always been available to the public except for a few areas. I was in one of the first 11 offices that tested widows for Microsoft in a deal for a reduced rate at SSA for our being testers. And saw much not even available to us who worked the cases at SSA. Even some obscure categories of benefits were not there and no judge or laws had eliminated them. and every ones rights to fairness under the law.
Now its up to the govt contacted out computer specialists to decide how and the right way to figure benefits even paid. ITS NOT ALWAYS DONE RIGHT AS AN INSURANCE ACTUARY CAUGHT WRONG MATH USED BACK IN THE 80'S AND we had the second year algebra level formula to use and even had to work a problem so we all understood the law. HE CAME IN AND A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT SPENT SEVERAL HOURS GOING THROUGH THE MATH. THE FORMULA WAS NOT RIGHT AND Did any one get a refund? Or is that error still being compounded over time? Now the math formula is not even available in the instructions nor other math I am questioning. on how the check is computed with offsets. I remember is not what used to be and see no change in the law. Its not that high a math for my case. Simple subtraction problem. WHY DON'T ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW HOW ONES PAY IS COMPUTED?
AND ALL THE SPECIFICATIONS GIVEN TO THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTED OUT CYBER PROGRAMMERS AS TO WHAT SECURITY NEEDS TO BE ON THE SYSTEM TO STOP THE HACKING BY THOSE WITH THE LEGAL RIGHT TO SEE THE INFO, HAS NOT BEEN DONE. I found that out nearly 15 years ago when the Medicare system was being hacked in to every time they chose to illegally pay a claim and not code a conditional pay for recovery form workers comp. The head of SSA's Financial office was shocked, over a decade ago this was going on as no internal audits how would they know? as this was to be in the system to stop any changes of the postings that is still being altered now, since 4/09 with an illegal system run biweekly to alter all with an primary employer group health plan and delete it off the system to trick medical billing people in the USA TO HAVE MEDICARE ILLEGALLY PAY THE CLAIMS.

OR ANY ONE ELSE ASSIGNED TO MY CASE." they can't be trusted with them , but the contractor can?"
THIS IS AN INSULT TO THE RANK AND FILE HARD WORKING HONEST DECENT CIVIL SERVANTS WHO GO TO WORK AND DO THEIR JOBS THE BEST THEY CAN TO SERVE THE PEOPLE OF THE USA. AND KEEP THE BUSINESS OF GOVERNMENT GOING ON. EVEN WHEN THOSE IN CHARGE LET US DOWN WHEN WE NEED THE PROTECTION OF THE GOVERNMENT AGAINST THOSE DOING US HARM.

Although its federal workers comp bill approved for life by them over 21 years ago. but Prime therapeutics has blocked even partial payment for over a year form fed blues and they are one of CEO BLODGETT'S MANY COMPANIES AND HE IS NAMED OVER AND OVER AS THE ONE DOING THIS TO ME. BUT HE IS JUST THE CEO?

THIS HARMS ALL WHO HAVE THE FILE AND MUST SPEND EXTRA TIME PUTTING BACK WHAT WAS ILLEGALLY NOT AVAILABLE NOW TO US AND THOSE IN THE HEARING OFFICE .

A man who marred a young girl whose boy friend had been murdered in the racist attack on all three of them and he was unborn . Three died that day in the Kansas river back in 3/61 and they have not been honored to this day and justice has not been served.
When we do not honor our ancestors for the honorable things they have done, then we lose our sense of history.
In parts of the nation, now we are stripping our walls and parks of honor given to many. Moses found the same thing occuring of being stripped over and over just as Pharoah did to him back in ancient times in Egypt and then those say he may not have been a real person as where is the proof. We leave our history in tact and let the people and those of the future look back and study what was done right and follow it and 'overcome' the mistakes of the past.
None of us are perfect humans and neither were any of our ancestors or parents. We honor them for giving us life and and for other things they have done for us we are blessed that they did.
Those who have had less of a blessed remembrance, we have to over come the shortcomings of them , but honor that they did live and what may have been done that is to be thanked for. If only to teach us what not to do.
Who are our parents is a summary of what Christ said once when told his immediate family had arrived to where he was teaching. and preaching. and healing, etc.
Out 'family' and those we must honor for the good in this worlds to be followed is all of those who have raised us whether in our homes, or in other places of our early life. And our family is whom we choose to make it to be. Sometimes made by blood ties and others by love of members of the greater human family we find ourselves sharing lives with.
SO BIRTHERS DO NOT SHAME YOURSELVES OVER COMMENTS THAT YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING.

You earn the right legally to have the income and pay into the programs or are in a group that qualifies for something. You have not been eligible for SSA after ones felony convictions while in prison. once you have served you due to society, then you get the monthly income back to live on. Better to have a former inmate with an income to better stay out of more trouble with , then one that become desperate to even survive without a means to pay for food and shelter, etc. WHAT IS GOING ON IN DC? to even propose such?

AND CAUSED A COUPLE OF ITEMS THAT WERE SENT TO THE OFFICE IN 2010 TO END WITH ONLY THOSE GIVEN TO THE JUDGE WHO HAD NO IDEA? THERE WAS A FILE LEGALLY IN THE CUSTODY OF THE OFFICE ALTHOUGH NOT PHYSICALLY THERE IN PAPER OR SYSTEM FORMAT AND THOSE COUPLE OF ITEMS WERE DISMISSED WITH NOTHING DONE ON THE ISSUES IN THE HEARING FILE OF 8/09.

Then my 26 page typed SSA 795 summary recap of all appeals and filings on an open claim filed in 10/89 ended up being sent to the appellate judge who could not rule on something the lower judge had never seen and sent the case back as a type of remand and yet no one did anything until after the hearings began in CONGRESS . And some one tried to cover up what has been gong on?
Today I called some local SSA co workers and fond that their were no written guidelines of which office got what, and that their understandings was the same as mine. This is not about a medical bill claim and so should be at SSA. is still the general consensus as I had know it to be since 6/68 when SSA and Medicare were the same agency. Splitting the two apart has been as bad for everyone as the OPM system set up soon after that split allowed no one to be accountable and constant shuffling of paper and systems data between where it became too easy for data, papers and rights to go missing. when SOMEONE WANTED IT TO.
