      I'VE BEEN AWARE THAT IN 2014, THE EXPENSE OF BUYING A NEW DESKTOP PC OR LAPTOP MIGHT HAVE TO OCCUR. THEN THERE WERE 'TEASERS'PF INFO THAT MICROSOFT MIGHT DO SOMETHING TO HELP ALL OF US OUT WITH THE XP SYSTEMS TO HAVE SOME KIND OF PATCHES THAT MIGHT BE ABLE TO WORK FOR A WILE LONGER.



           But 4/8/14, THE SYSTEMS FOR THOSE OF US WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ALBLE TO SPEND THE MONEY TO UPGRADE, MAY FIND OURSELVES NOT BEING ALE TO VENTURE SAFELY ONTO THE Internet.

 For THE SENIOR CITIZENS on  FIXED INCOMES SUCH AS I TO BUSINESSES THAT HAVE NOT UPGRADED ALL AROUND THE WORLD; SYSTEMS WILL BE AT RISK IF USED.

        FOR INDIVIDUALS, THAT RELY ON ONLINE BANKING TO BUYI THINGS, WHICH ALMOST ALL OF MY PURCHASES ARE ONLINE DUE TO HEALTH PROBLEMS.TO

 THOSE WITH SMALL BUSINESSES WILL BE AT RISK. 

 What I 'd   not been aware of  is that even larger businesses have internal security tied to the systems and its more than buying some software and doing an upgrade. I'd put off checking around to upgrade to windows 7, due to trying to save up should I need to buy a liquid oxygen tank myself and not having a supplier  might not get any reimbursement if bought directly from manufacturer as federal worker's  comp 's Rothschild subsisidirary ACS-Xerox will not post my file so it can be worked even th9ugh its their legal liability and an estalieshed case, etc. I'VE WRTTEN ABOUT THIS AT LENGTH HERE.)

              Now its also windonw 2003 that will not work also. I'm not even sure what I've got installed as did get an upgrade a few aago and think that is what is in my system. Altough the CD I have says 2006 on it. so that might be OK/\

   As I recall when Windows 7 first came out, it was said one might have to install vVsta first to get to indowns 7.

 But Micosoft quit selling Windows 7 last Falls and when retail supplies are gone, that's going to not be availbable.

  IN MY OPINION,  this could have a more devstaTing affect on the economy than anytHing going on on WALL STREET.

        I'll still find some way to get on line.But its not going to be easy, etc. I'm not wirelses either althogh others under this roof are using the wireless from our Vonage box which transmits to them. So if the worse comes and monies are not their to upgrade at all, might have to switch to anothers' apt  of a loved one and have them connect all the devises to their newer system/. I;m not looking forward to a small tablet type device, which imght be cheapest but if I go wirse less , it may be the only option. At laest I could read my emails, etc. ( with a magnifier)

  This is being shared as our situation can;t be that much different than many aorund the world right now.

THI IS A WORLD WIDE PROBLEM!  AGAIN:  CONGRESS WAS MORE INTERSTED IN ALLWOWING SNOOPING INTO WHAT WE WERE DOING ONLINE, RATHER THAN PASSING LAWS YEARS AGO TO MAKE SURE COMPANIES COULD NOT DO THIS TO US. AND ADVERSELY AFFECT BUSINESS AND THOSE OF WISHING TO PURCHASE AND SHARE INFO ON LINE.

            There's lots of new things one can do online, but most of us are doing just fine with what we have had.br />
Of course I oculd always borrow access from a loved one, but its not convenient for them or for me as sometimes I'm up on line at all hwhenrs as I feel better to do something.

As any one knws, sometimes when others use ones computer, things get 'moved aorund'.    Sorry for the " I"'s' in all of this.

 A Scary chart if out today of ocmparing the current wallstreet chart to 1929, and stories of bansters dying in suicides or mystetious deaths recently and all kinds of doom and gloom and scarey things being said and written about. On the otherndHome Depot plast to hire lots of people, at those part time minimun wage jobs?, etc. for how long?

t                             I PRAY THAT MICORSOFT WILL HAVE MERCY ON ALL OF STRUGGLING WITH THE NEED TO UPGRADE. IF THEY COUDL SEE IT IN THER HERTS TO GIVE US A WINDOWS 7 UPGRADE AND SERVCE FOR A YEAR FR LESS THAN A $100. THAT WOULD HELP. iTS ROUGH FOR THOSE LIKE US ON LIMITED INOCME AND OUT OF POCKET MEDCIAL MEDCIAL EXPINSES ALONG WITh HEALTH INS PREMIUMS TO PAY FOR, BUT IT WOULD GIVE US SOME MORE TIME TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. 

      I'M VERY TIRED AND NEED TO REST.

I know, using aLl these I's is not 'good EnglISH composition, but its my perSOnal take oN the matter of a diaster in the making for many in this Owho Rely on the internet for commerce as sellers or buyers and COME 4/8/14 this may CREATE a big dip in that 'scary chart' going around. MICROSOFT have a heart?
