Violations of civil rights page 6: husband's supplier blocked from payment
My spouse has a medical problem that has had delays in treatment. Federal blue Cross. Bles Shield is primary insurer due to my status as not placed on permanent disability with OWCP. $ Federal judges have ruled on this at Medicare and U.S> dept of Labor yet The govt contractors keep altering the official records saying: we don;t care what a Federal judge says. Healthline was asking for Doyle as to when he will be seeing his doctor so they can get paperwork in to get paid by Medicare. I said Medicare is not primary and we're all overpaid according to judges if they pay first. Doyle's treatment is being determined by the wrong insurer's rules. She said that Fed Blues refused to pay first yet no official denial EOB has yet arrived from them. So much is ' verbal' and civil rights seems to elude everyone. I said this part of the trillion dollar theft Medicare and that Medicare Coordination of Benefits is a govt contractor and subsidiary of Group Health now an international conglomerate. Fed Blues and they defy the judges' ruling that reflect the official posting from the US dept of Labor's official computer and I've never received any official notice of any change even though MCOB alters the official record in violation of their US Dept of Labor contract. I said if you get paid my medicare first, I'll have to fie appeals and cooperation is needed. She hung up on me. The defamation is overwhelming and yet the law and judges and I are in agreement. This is horrific! I'm shaking! Lives at stake!
