Medicare is still being stolen and the open criminal case at the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION WHICH IS PART OF THIS AS IT INVOLVED THE CONTRACTORS OF THE GOVT STEALING THE ID OF CARD HOLDERS.. as well as SSA as criminal misuse of social security number by the Medicare contractors . and of course these stolen allow the cabal of contractors who control all now since 2002 without any oversight allowed to be done by act of Congress in 2002 of govt contractors since then unless its added in to each bill and if not there is none in an era where much of the work of govt is now contracted out and agencies do not even have access to the records of the USA. anymore unless the contractor allows them to have WE ARE AN OVERTHROWN GOVT IN THE COUP OF 2002 WHEN THE ONES WE ELECT TO REPRESENT US AND THOSE THEY HIRE TO WORK FOR US IN THE REAL GOVT HAVE GIVEN UP THEIR AUTHORITY OVER THE WORK OF THE PEOPLE AND PROTECTION OF OUR DATA, RIGHTS AND PERSONAL RECORDS AND THOSE OF THE NATION..
And with no govt to referee a free market competition for contractors one cabal under one international entity now has virtual control of the USA and much of the world and UN contracts also

THE COMPLAINT LINE AT THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION HAS A NEW CONTRACTOR NOW and its been over a year since I had called.. Of course they did not legally identify themselves as a contractor so I asked for their corporate name and I GOT THE SAME SCRIPT ALL GIVE NOW OF THEY WORK FOR THE "AGENCY " WHATEVER ONE IS CALLING and when I pressed to have them say they are federal employees and if they pay in to the federal retirement I then was told they were not allowed to say who they work for..
This is like the 911 operator for agencies and every complaint is to have a number and be docketed in in Washington , DC even if its not a matter that can or will be investigated.... and for good reason as somethings many call about something and it becomes a pattern of something well may be going on that someone needs to look into .. even if not criminal .. or a violations etc. THE AGENCIES HAVE NO ACCESS TO SEE THE RECRODS IF THEY WITHHOLD THM AND THAT IS ILLEGAL BUT NO GOVT TO ENFORCE TH LAWS BROKEN BY A CONTRACTOR SINCE THE COUP OF 2002
I had to get transferred to a supervisor to find out and was told it was Leidos, the international corporation and their ethics line ( not fraud) is Navix Global ;a client of a subsidiary of Goldman-Sachs who over the last decade now controls the fraud reports of most agencies in the USA and many reports never get into the agencies for the real OIG agency 'police' to ever know there are real crimes being committed..
WORLD WIDE THEY ARE THE ONES ALL CALL TO REPORT EVEN IN PRIVATE INDUSTRY ..(conflicts of interest a given and root weakness for whistle blower protections as its becomes non existent ) AS IF ITS A CONTRACTOR THEY CANNOT ACT, BUT THEY SURE COULD LET CONGRESS KNOW THEY NEED TO BE ALLOWED TO SPEND EXISTING BUDGET AGAIN TO PROTECT THE NATION AND PEOPLE FROM BAD CONTRACTORS DOING ILLEGAL THINGS AND STEALING AND HARMING US AND THE NATION.
I spent a couple of hours trying to get a reports filed and it went from bad to worse from found an investigation is needed of this contractors as records are missing.. THEY HAD NO RECORD NOW TO UPDATE THE FORMER COMPLAINTS At all and I had the e mail from the prior one and report number. I also found that this group had poor training unlike NORTHRUP GRUMMAN WHO ORGINALLY WAS THE CONTRACTOR... SINCE 2008 WHEN THE FIRST INSTANCE OF STEALING OF CLAIMS AND ID IN THE DALLAS REGION OCCURRED AND WENT ON AS OF 8/08 BACK TO 1/06 AND WAS NOT STOPPED UNTIL 11/12 WHEN CMS WAS ABLE TO CHANGE THE MAIN CLAIM PAYING CONTRACTOR IN OUR AREA.
AND STOPPED THE MASSIVE THEFTS WHICH MANY HAVE NO IDEA THEY HAD HAD THEIR ID STOLEN AND CLAIMS TURNED INTO MULTIPLE CLAM NUMBERS AND PAYMENT ND THAT IS OVERPAYMENT'S THEIR HEIRS INHERIT AND NOW ITS NATIONWIDE SET UP TO AS OF 10/6/16 AND HAVE DOCUMENTED SINCE THEN BUT FOR THE LIFE THREATENING SITUATIONS I GOT AND STILL INTO WITH NO SAFE MEDICATION BEING MADE NOW FOR 40% OF ASTHMATICS WHICH SOME RECENT STUDIES SAY IS 20 MILLION NOW.
Cause for us is usually a one time toxic injury or others have lower levels over time that does the damage.. I AM NOT A DOCTOR BUT NOT ONLY PATIENTS OF SOME OF THE BEST IN THE USA BUT ALSO ACCEPTED FECA CASE AND NIH DOCTORS PROTOCOL I WENT THROUGH BA CK IN 1994 Its a permanent injury but with medications including theophylline with no safe one made now as inflamers added (to an anti inflammatory med) and the one from Jerusalem the FDA WILL NOT APPROVE THEIR WORK SITE TO MAKE IT for nearly 3 years now .. ?? can keep mostly under control by avoiding the chemicals that trigger inflammation and most have the common ones but it can differ I have been tested but one will learn over time what to avoid.

We are the ones with inflaming reactions not allergic and since the early 1990's have been dong deadly discrimination against us by the FDA as they say we do not exist although medically we do and recognized as such and . excluded form clinical trials and studies on food additives also now that all of health care is controlled by this cabal one may not even be able to get medical tests run to diagnoses what kind you are. .and its not just lungs affected , but its the first indication for most. ( Why go to their own nation first? is it because if we do not have our own house in order, we are not going to be able to help our neighbors in the world? Should we get our own wrongs taken care of first so we can really help others form our strengths and not export our weaknesses along with attempts to help which has been going o for way too long now and world peace has not been achieved has it?)
