    And many in congress did not know the bill had been altered soon before voted on and few know now that the gag order rule has become the big cover up of this NO GOVERNMENT IN CONTROL   as few can be helped by their members of Congress  as you are not allowed to contact , mention or have a contractor testify and NO WAY TO FIND OUT OR VERIFY FACTS OR DATA..  as most issues are inside the contractors as the agency has no authority or access  anymore  and only know what they are told and

        THE FALSE HOPE  OF SENDING TO INVESTIGATION  IS A MOUNTAIN? WAITING FOR CONGRESS TO ALLOW ACCESS AND THAT IS NOT IN EFFECT. SINCE 2002.

       You are seated on some committees that have put the internal audits back in and is it still there at the VA? as it has to be in every bill or it reverts back to the 2002 law of no audits nor criminal oversight  thanks for your service to the nation  and am looking forward to the gag order rule lifted to hear from you on the floor or Congress on matters.

     Attached is a copy of the DAILY RECAP linked above as well as the DAILY RECAP OF 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS  and a redacted copy of the 17 active Medicare numbers active on me generated by the illegal system that I now being used to steal a believable billion dollars a day by stealing id and claims info  from many card holders and not one region or one claims paying contractor this time.  THIS ALONE WOULD HAVE RAIDED AND SHUT DOWN THE WHOLE CROOKED MESS IN THE PAST WHEN WE HAD A GOVERNMENT IN AUTHORITY TO STOP CRIMES AND EVEN FIND OUT ..BEFORE THE COUP OF 2002 AND THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED.. IN THE REAL WORLD OF ACTIONS 

         Our own Congressional delegation has the unredacted copy with our privacy releases but cannot at to help us or nearly anyone since 2002 as the issues are inside the contractors and they are off limits to the real government  and to Congress due to the gag order rule CONGRESS SHOULD NEVER BEEN PUT UNDER

      WE, the people want to help as its our own personal survival  as well as that of the nation at stake.
