 No existing agency budget can be sent for real internal audits or criminal investigations or prosecution of a government  contractor and this is from local to federal levels for any federally funded contract unless every  specific bill has put the oversight in it for what that one bill covers. or it reverts back t the original of 2002 and an overthrown government...                       You are seated on some crucial committees to have some real input on make sure that every bill has the oversight in it to stop future thefts and harms to the USA and remove the illegal LOT HER DIE ORDER ON ME THAT ... which only that oversight can accomplish for me and many others who have already fallen to it.. .since your predecessors removed THE RESTRAINER OF LAW  from the USA. and many still do not know thy did it.. As a new member of Congress maybe you can help them change things back so that our elected officials will hold the power of  the USA  from us, the voters. 

          Attached in a copy of the DAILY RECAP linked above as well as  the DAILY RECAP AS OF 5/17/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS  and also a redacted copy of the 17 active MEDICARE NUMBERS  generated by the illegal off line insecure system that is old to all needed access for billing and information   CREATED BY THE CABAL AND OWNER OF THE SYSTEM  TO STEAL FROM ME AND OTHERS AND THE WHOLE NATION A BELIEVABLE BILLION DOLLARS A DAY.

      Our own Congressional delegation has the unredacted copy with our privacy releases but is unable to help me or mot others as none of you are since 2002 as your gag order rule denied access to find out what it really gong on as agencies are not what help is needed from as they do not have legal access to know as CONGRESS FORBIDS IR IN TH COUP OD 2002..   AGENCIES NEED CONGRESS'S HELP TO BE ABLE TO DO THEIR JOBS AND HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO  DO SO SINCE THE COUP OF 2002,,,,ACT OF CONGRESS FORBIDDING THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS OF OVERSIGHT  OF ANY KIND ..   

     We wish to help and pray that CONGRESS PUTS BACK THE OVERSIGHT  OR WE MAY NOT HAVE ANY  NATION LEFT NOW  WE EVEN SURVIVE A REAL OVERTHROW OF THE USA.
