Then putting back what got taken away the right of agencies to use existing  budget for internal audits of or criminal investigations and prosecutions when warranted  of government contractors now running the USA FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL LEVELS    AND THE UNDERLYING REASON   FOR IMPASSE  IN FIXING HEALTH CARE BEGINS  WITH THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT  RUN HEALTH CARE OR MUCH OF ANYTHING CONNECTED TO GOVERNMENT  NOR FREE MARKET SYSTEM SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 ACT OF CONGRESS  and what is not connected to government... all is in some way now..

    Gives new meaning to TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION  when those we elected have given up the authority  over the nation  and public treasury door unlocked with unfettered  access with no right of oversight by them or the real government agency personnel who used to be able to do such .

       Welcome as a new member of congress and a lot of work to be done that has piled up over the years a real murky mess that has already lost this nation and people too much in lives livelihoods and the security of the nation from inside  with no oversight  being done since the Coup of 2002. FOR AGENCY HEADS TO COME IN AND GIVE 'RUMOR AND GOSSIP' (unverified facts and data  FROM THE CABAL IN CONTROL IS NOT oversight as you well know and Indiana has dealt with decades of issues with this cabal at the state level with no help form the feds as they were forbidden to help as once were relied on when federal monies were partially paying for something .

           A mess left by CONGRESS OVER THE YEARS. you may wish to speak to Michael Horowitz of the US justice Department of exact wording needed to undo  the overthrow of the USA and take back the sovereignty of the USA so that our elected leaders are again our representative authority over the civil servants who are hired to work for us.    

          Attached is a copy of the DAILY RECAP FOR TODAY AND ALSO THE DAILY RECAP OF 5/27?17 LETTER TO CONGRESS. Also included  is  redacted copies of the 17 Medicare numbers active on me to steal with and I am only one of many per  those at General Dynamics. (1-800 Medicare) and no one has access to part D to know what is going on there  not even our  insurers. do.

    Our own congressional delegation has the unreduced copies with our pending privacy releases abut have been unable to help most anyone since the COUP of 2002 as the issues are with the Contractors cabal . under Lynn Blodgett and for me this got personal a  few years  ago with direct actions by him.as he is in defiance of 38 federal agency judges and the any reason its not 138 by now is his companies  will not prepare  anymore cases for hearings as others by pass our place in line. at multiple agencies/    He has a real 'LET HER DIE' order on me as quoted by numerous in   the real government and his own managers.   AS AN INJURED FEDERAL WORKERS WITH ALREADY PERMANENT MEDICAL AT FECA AND A TYPE OF MEDICAL PRECEDENT CASE FOR THOSE WITH TOXIC AND CHEMICAL INJURIES.. LIKE MOST,  OUR BIWEEKLY POST FROM EMPLOYERS ARE  HACKED BY THE CONTRACTOR  AND ILLEGAL  ONE PAYMENT FOR CLAIM  DUMPED ON TO MEDICARE OR MIGHT NEVER HAVE FOUND OUT ABOUT THE PHONY NUMBERS OR ILLEGAL PAYMENTS.IN MULTIPLES

  This is a real life  and death  MATTER AS THOUGH APPROVED FOR LIFE FOR HOME Liquid oxygen by FECA Lynn Blodgett will not let one claims be processed on the real system since  he took over as the oxygen be paid and his overthrow of the USA ended by exposure ? and suppliers will not take any injured  worker  even for the concentrators  due to the same all over and now no one is allowed to even know there is a workers comp case on the bogus billing system  all are paying  big money  to his cabal to aces since 10/7/16..

OXYGEN WILL NOT GO THROUGH THE MEDICARE SYSTEM  AS IT REJECTS SAYING PRIMARY PAYER AS ONCE WORKERS COMP APPROVES ONE FOR LIFE ITS IN TH DC SYSTEM EVEN FOR STATE REGULATED CASES UNDER AN OBSCURE 1988 LABOR LAW TO PREVENT LIFE THREATENING  SITUATIONS AS MINE HAS BECOME AS IT    GIVES ONE THE PERMANENT MEDICAL AND 100% COVERAGE FOR ALL MEDICAL BILLS AS WITHOUT OXYGEN THEIR IS NO NEED FOR ANY HEALTH CARE.

   Still not able to get a supplier and Medicare will not pay when we have to bypass and go directly  to the gas company who still sells to a patient  directly   since an unconstitutional  regulation got passed illegally  out in effect just before competitive  bid began which eliminated  all the small suppliers which  could deliver  cheaper as they  just exchanged  filled 200 lb liquid oxygen tanks. so approved by three health plans for life = no right to breath. And I an not one who has died in this already Oxygen is no where as costly then many prescription drugs are now.  

     THE WHOLE PARADIGM  OF HOW MEDICAL CARE IS PAID FOR IS DECADES OUT OF DATE FOR WHAT MEDICAL CARE EVEN IS IN THE 21ST CENTURY   AS FOR OXYGEN ITS NO LONGER  GET OXYGEN FOR THREE YEARS IN YOUR LAST 3 YEARS OF LIFE for those like me for we do not die in 1 to 5 yens any more  (HAVE GONE BACK TO THAT IN RECENT TIMES IN MANY AREAS  UNDER HEALTH CARE RULED BY LYNN BLODGETT)   Compressed or liquid oxygen  may be a lifetime treatment for decades and the ozone emitting concentrators  to have been banned in 2002  unless they fixed them so that ozone did not get back into the lungs or in the room .. Those are now being pushed on those who cannot survive even a few minutes   with them .   are deadly for those like me who have inflaming reactions and not allergies as under OBAMACARE ONLY THOSE WITH ALLERGIES ARE INCLUDED AT ALL. FOR ANYTHING AND WE ARE 11 MILLION AND SOME NEW STUDIES SAY 20 MILLION NOW BEING DISCRIMINATED IN A VERY DEADLY WAY BY THE FDA AND THE CABAL RUNNING ALL OF HEALTH CARE NOW AS WE RE EXCLUDED FORM CLINICAL TRIALS AS AFFIRMED BY MED WATCH EMPLOYEES WHEN I FILED MY 3RD HORRIFIC REACTION  IN  TWO YEARS AS NO WARNING LABEL  AND THE HARMFUL INGREDIENT  NOT EVEN ON THE LABEL  one had in it an ingredient that is known to interact with that is in another often used medicine  and no wonder and ones doctor is not able to know ...   and in the last few yeas, the patient  cannot either as used to be able to call and list the chemical I had to avoid and they would say year or no . very professionally.

           SOME OF THESE COMPANIES  DO NOT EVEN HAVE A USA PHONE NUMBER AND THE ONE OVERSEAS DOES NOT WORK  .AND I TRIED AN ASTHMA  PILL AND WENT INTO INTERNAL BLEEDING AND FLUID ON THE LUNGS ETC FROM IT  AND THE SAFE  ONE I TAKE IS HAVING ISSUES TRYING TO GET APPROVAL TO  MAKE IT BUT TEVA IS SAYING  ANOTHER YEAR AND WE ARE GOING TO  HAVE TO GO TO COMPOUNDING NOT PAID FOR BY PLANS AND THOUGH CHEAPER  STILL A FINANCIAL  HARDSHIP.. that is the real world and too many are not surviving ..  AND WHY THIS LETTER IS BEING SENT AS THIS IS ALL OF US OF THE HUMAN FAMILY NOW UNDER THIS MESS AND NOT JUST IN THE USA EITHER.

       WE THE PEOPLE DO WANT TO HELP AND NEED TO BE HELPING CONGRESS GET THIS MESS CORRECTED FOR OUR OWN SURVIVAL . AND NOT BE AT ODDS WITH THOSE IN CONGRESS WHO DO WISH TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND GOOD FOR THE NATION.. EVEN IF WE DO NOT ALWAYS AGREE ON THE HOWS.
