  This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when the loss of the Medicare system was detected hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002. but the owners and ruler of he USA since 2002 when Congress tuned this nation over to a cabal of contractors  to do as they please  with no one allowed to audit or stop crimes by act of Congress and then they cannot talk about it or contact one when their people  ask for help or have one testify as that is forbidden by an unconstitutional gag order rule.

        We are contacting for help to save the USA .. as one who may be able to have some positive influence to changes things for the better for each and all of us   WE THE PEOPLE WISH TO HELP and  we need to work with our eelected leaders and not be at odds. with them Minnesota was one that fought long and hard to get Lynn Blodgett out of the state contracts and lost as there was no help from the federal government  due to he COUP OF 2002 and only a few at the top knew why .. Congress passed the law saying no money can be spent  of even existing budget   so no help could be given. 

      Attached is the Daily Recap linked above and also the Daily Recap of 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS.  Also attached is a redacted copy of the 17 active Medicare numbers on me stealing in my name by the contractor of his cabal now in control of all of health care from every possible  conflicting way ..   

       Our own congressional delegation has the unredacted copies with our privacy releases  which no one in Congress has been able to help since the COUP of 2002 and the  unconstitutional gag order forbids finding out the facts etc.   as the agencies do nor have access to files or data nor even the 38 federal agency  judges orders  all over to obey . THE DEFIANCE IS WHAT LED TO FINDING  OUT WHO WAS RUNNING THE USA AND ITS NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT  . AT ALL .. as this  virtual power of the USA removed from us by Congress and most did not know it happened before being voted on  yes  a few "deep staters' exist in the government . but most are good people who are there to serve the people and nation and wish to do the jobs hired to do and protect the rights of all and the public treasury and integrity of the programs they administer..   Even the whistle blower intake is done by this cabal and makes a mockery of the whole..

   Another bill in 12/12 was switched ? also ..and blocked this return to the rule of law in Medicare   I believe that most of your in Congress are there to serve the people but some among you of either side seem to be the pawn of this cabal, 

   ..  MICHAEL HOROWITZ OF THE US JUSTICE DEPT TOLD ME IN 2014 AND COULD BETTER EXPLAIN IT TO YOU.. BUT EVERY BILL EVEN IN AGRICULTURE  ETC. HAS TO HAVE THE OVERSIGHT  IN IT OR IT REVERTS BACK TO THE  E-GOVERNING  BUDGET BILL OF 2002 AND NO AUDITS OR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS  ALLOWED  AS MONEY HAS TO BE SPENT EVEN FOR SALARY OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL

     HE HAS THE FOOD STAMP OR SNAP PROGRAM ALSO . AND GETS PAID TO ISSUE THOSE CARDS.. ETC  A lot of money even in that program to have total control and access to the public treasury also  ..

     What can we, the people do to help?
