If I were the Texas Division of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, I would use this Supreme Court ruling as a basis for demanding a rehearing on 'Walker v. Texas Division, Sons of Confederate Veterans', 576 U.S. ___ (2015), wherein the Court ruled that the state could refuse to allow the organization its own custom license plate.
