                                  Attached is the Daily Recap of 5/30/17 that is linked above to a series of investigation and documentation  of just one matter that has gone so wrong since the rules of Congress were passed that forbid contact with  a contractors to find out what is really going on and often the real government  officials have no idea nor access to records just as Congress does not to pass laws and budgets with ..  and mentions you and I thank you as one , before 9/11/01 that seemed to try to want to do what he could to stop 9/11/01. 

    Also attached  is the  cover letter to members of Congress from Daily Recap of 5/27/17 .... My own congressional delegation has letters of privacy from us.. and are unable to help at all even when its a life threatening daily matter for me... as medical care is being obstructed.. as well as great financial hardship paying for medical care that  is approved for life  and fully covered by multiple health plans all under the control of the one who does not wish for me to have it ... and I am a more common scenario than most understand. 

   Also attached is a redacted set of proof of the 17 Medicare numbers that are active on my in the systems and used to steal upwards of $10 million now and I do not have the highest level of bills even  for full social security  numbers to show the meltdown of the Medicare system to be able to steal unfettered by Congress since he COUP of 2002 and not the first time this has gone on ..  (my own congregational delegation has an unredacted set to put with the primary releases they are unable to help us nor any others in similar situations which is more common than not  due   to the  "gag order" restrictions and the COUP of 2002 to no government entity  allowed to enforce its laws since then in non DOD  contractors but now they are into the domestic programs and under the COUP of 2002 for those.  ) 

             This  all exposes that a budget can not be balanced when thefts are going on and no one really knows what is needed  to be done to balance a budget.. and the first step is to be able to find out and share it with Congress and that IS NOT POSSIBLE NOW AS THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER  RULE SEEMS TO PREVENT  THE LAW FROM BEING CHANGED BACK TO ALLOW INTERNAL AUDITS OF GOVERNMENT  CONTRACTORS  AS WELL AS criminal investigations and prosecutions by the legal system as  all forbidden now as existing  budget  cannot be spent; 
  The OIG council needs CONGRESS  to pass a law  allow them  to subpoenas their own agency's contractors  records by each ones Office of Inspector General   which they should have ready access to , as privacy laws do not apply when an audit is done for official purposes but there is none allowed by the  laws of Congress since the COUP of 2002 .

           THIS IS ALL AGENCIES FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL   as even the DOD contractors have now gotten into being the unaccountable contractors for our domestic programs of all kinds   its just that Medicare is one where a contractor  can have direct access to help themselves from the public monies as this cabal is not using the most up to date systems but has an insecure one offline and that is the billing one for the medical community in the nation.. and being used .... to steal and frame them also who pay big monies for a hacked system. that has been hacked bi weekly for 15 years already for many of us. for primary payers to get our of paying their legally obligated bills by the contractors head office which is to be coordination and recover  monies and working directly against  the   good people they have hired to do the real job and being obstructed by their own bosses. from getting it done for the nation and in my case disobeying Medicare judges to get it done...
