Private data of USA is already off shored and moving and this private data is actually official data held in trust on each of us and the nations's records are privately owned also, as it is in nations around the world already.
Governments of the world have lost control of their data and records of the people and nation. Its the reason this blog was started back in 12/08 to warn others and no one listened. One person can control us all with one server soon as govts have allowed it to occur. Gives the ultimate meaning to" ABSOLUTE POWER" AND THE REST OF THE PHRASE IS " CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY "and we have allowed it to be done to all of us. USA DID IN THE COUP OF 2002 BY ACT OF CONGRESS.
