DAILY RECAP ADDED 7/30/16 NO PROTECTION OF OUR MEDICAL RECORDS SINCE 1999. WAS THIS HILLARY'S COUP OF 2002?

More than 600,000 Medical Records for Sale on the Deep Web  SEE my comment to the linked article and also one can go to disqus lindajoyadams  for this and other comments .

This is a deadly mess of co mingling of other patients records and no way t get any corrections done as its a govt contract since 1999 and its all of our medical records Congress has  known for over a decade how deadly it is yet due to the COUP OF 2002 CANNOT PASS EVEN A SIMPLE LAW OF PUTTING IT UNDER THE HIPPA LAW AS THEY GAGGED THEMSELVES TO DO NOTHING ABOUT A GOVT CONTRACTOR. No mention, no contact and no testifying in a hearing so no laws passed/

Now do you understand why congress voted 38? times to do away with Hillarycare and didn't when what they needed to do is do the amendments to have civil and criminal oversight of the international cabal under the current USA head, Lynn Blodgett.

Abolishing it  and getting another plan will change nothing as the same cabal will run it and keep on creating scams to make it cost more as they get the profits  He manages the insurers, the doctors etc. is the systems persons and has illegal deal partnerships all over.  in terrible conflicts of interest. Our medical community is being micromanaged out of business as data is shuffled around needlessly to create more needs to  get more contracts.

Medical billing is an obsolete profession as when one gets medial care and the diagnosis entered in the laptop of ones doctor, etc the billing is done . its what this elaborate detailed coding system was all about we all made jokes about. The system knows if you get pecked by a chicken and not a goose there are certain diseases that come with  each etc.  Once ones doctor hits enter, the payment should be on it way to the bank account of the  office. The only need is some review on the back end to check out anomalies , and an occasional audit etc ..currently Lynn Blodgett even has billing companies, collection companies and clearing houses .

and this is just the health care fields and this is going on through out the govt at every level and greater cost than civil servants salaries who just do what ever job is needed without having to negatioate another lucrative contract before even a letter is sent out. when all one needs to do is write it, and hit enter and the whole mailing list  be sent it through an automated system.

Congress needs to ungag itself first and if they do not we need to vote for a new one!

                                       Donald Trump

said this week that of  HILLARY'S.

THAT SHE WOULD ALTER PHRASES AND WORDS IN BILLS THAT WERE THOUSANDS OF PAGES AND THAT IS HOW DEFUNDING OF ANY OVERSIGHT OF GOVT CONTRACTORS GOT DONE AND HERE WE ARE SUFFERING AND ROBBED AND SECURITY OF OUR DATA AND NATION AT RISK.   IF SO HILLARY ENGINEERED THE COUP AND NOT SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE HASTERT. WHO SHOULD HAVE PREVENTED IT AS HIS JOB TO OVER SEE BUDGET CHANGES.AS THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HAS TO INITIATE BUDGET BILLS

APPARENTLY SOME ONE HAS LET HIM KNOW WHAT SHE DID IN CONGRESS ,ETC.?
I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO KNOW.
I know someone had done something like this as not every member of CONGRESS WOULD VOTE FOR SUCH IF THEY KNEW.

Someone did this and it may well  have been her. It has been such a secret that any did not know what they voted on then and few newer members do not know either. Many have no idea that they have the right to help a constituent who signs a release to find their files and data and help then unravel snafus so their rights are protected even if its inside the contractor where it usually is now . They can't help me or anyone else since they own ad control our data ad records inn all areas of the govt and we know they have illegally altered things and deleted etc. but the real govt is not allowed to know officially and then congress passes new laws based on false data  no one is allowed to verify,
