Since the only real one is the one from Topeka Ks, and there is no mention of anything but that in the question asked of the rights of transgenders, it must be the real one from Topeka KS?
PUBLIC RESTROOMS IN THE 21ST CENTURY
First of all, what is the purpose? And my own personal experience when I encountered a transgender was nothing out of the ordinary. We each went to our representative stalls, and took care of what we were there for and the SKY DID NOT FALL IN.
I am assuming this person was a transgender who had a male physique dressed as a female.
But how many times have we been to the rest room of ones gender who says they are the one their body parts said they were at birth, AND DID NOT KNOW SOMEONE ELSE IN THE ROOM WAS NOT THE SAME AS YOU? We do not know , do we?
And each took care of the business one entered the room for, and left and rarely does anyone speak to a stranger in the room unless one has to reach for a towel and might say excuse me.
I do not really understand how some end up as they do, how any of us become or are born as we are.. But I do know we are all part of the human family and Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus called us to care about one another.
And if I end up in an emergency room of a hospital bleeding to death ,I am not asking any questions of what identity the one who is saving my life says they are. I just pray that their efforts will save my life and I will be able to survive to thank them.
I am not required to fully understand everything that goes on in this universe, and certainly do not have to agree with everyone. I do not even know if science can physically prove yet that one has the brain of one sex and the rest of the body is another? I only took the basic introductory science courses and 50 years ago this was not in the text. not even in the mindset of science to teach or investigate. Yet , from study of history it has existed into ancient times. To me , its something I will let the Almighty decide about at the end of time when all of us have a final accounting of our lives.
It seems as if we have taken something very personal for a small percentage among us and turned it into a major topic . For those few, it is an issue of their own personal lives. and we cannot force them to change from how they feel or are.
My first instinct is that a private place to be or dress ,if in a common locker room is a given. And one should use it if uncomfortable around others, and that goes for any one who has any kind of identity. Some just do wish more privacy for whatever reason. And that seems to be what is the most wrong with all of this. Our leaders, in wishing to let all have the rights to this privacy and identity have , in some ways, taken their pain of discrimination and turned it into something PUBLIC AND POLITICAL. If you come into public restroom that has a woman figure on the door and go to your private stall and that is that, it does not upset my world in the least and I may not even realize you do not have the same body parts from birth as I have had as a 71 year old woman.

As the fraud of his grandmother only got as far as the state and papers called by the hospital that got it listed on the INDEX of NOTICES OF BIRTH and published in the news, as it also was in Topeka KS. Only the initial notice of birth got out and those clearly say they are not the certified ones and that any corrections must be reported to the state before they do the final official certified one. AND THEY DID NOT CERTIFY IT AS THERE WAS NO BIRTH THERE. Now, as an adopted child of Obama by his allowing his name on the KS record or adoption by Sotoero would give him some form of dual citizenship and he will may have legally used it for college admissions, etc.

DEATH PANEL LAWS IN THE DISGUISE OF DOCTORS COMPETING FOR BONUSES?
(Instead of just paying all of our good doctors, a fair fee for services done? More of our money to go for more contractors to shuffle data around and tell our doctor how to do their job, they well know how to do from their training and hands on experience form taking good care of patients. Pay a bonus for each Medicaid patient they agree to treat .Let their peers give a cash award for those who have served beyond the scope of their usual duties etc. Maybe all this review and shuffling of data would be better spent by the following suggestion?
BETTER JUST PAY THEM WHAT IT TAKES TO BE IN BUSINESS AND A FAIR AMOUNT OVER THAT AS WE USED TO DO BACK WHEN WE THOUGHT OUR HEALTH CARE IN THE USA WAS GREAT AND NOT THIRD WORLD FOR THE MASSES..

THE ONES ROBBING THE USA OF OUR PUBLIC MONIES AND RIGHTS AND HEALTH AND LIVES cannot be arrested and cannot even be internally audited so no one OFFICIALLY knows that the laws and rights of all are not being obeyed and next year, when the DEATH PANEL LAWS TAKE OVER as some sort of bonuses form some doctors and not all of our good doctors in this nation makes not sense at all. My doctors deserve a fair payment for a they do for me and every one else they care for every day.. OUR HEALTH AND OUR LIFE IS NOT A CONTEST. and its time to let the doctors run health care in this nation and not some for profit entity of an international cabal that cares little about the right of life and health but profits from human misery and suffering. and death.
That is more important to me than someone entering a public restroom , who does not bother me and does what they need to do and leave. and in a common dressing room if they or I wish to use a private space to change that is each of ours right. IMPORTANT TO ME IS THAT ANOTHER AND I BOTH HAVE THE RIGHT TO EVEN STAY LIVE AND BE ABLE TO HAVE THE HEALTH CARE EACH NEEDS TO SUSTAIN LIFE AS LONG AS WE CHOOSE TO LIVE.
Common sense and respect for each and every one to have personal privacy is my answer.
This is a distraction from bigger issues, that a little common sense and a space for extra privacy should take care of if we keep our attention on every ones right to justice and life... THERE IS A DIVINE THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUES OF THOSE NEEDING THE EXTRA PRIVACY. And I will not care less about one who is this or that.. Christ loves each one of us and if we Christians are to follow in HIS steps, then we are to care also. We do not have to agree or even like each other. And all need to respect mine as I theirs. And those who strike out and deny anyone in an illegal act, needs to have legal system in place to make sure no one is denied their basic rights of privacy and life. and property. etc. We just have to care about each one having justice and rights and to deny one , denies all of us.
