Generous Benefits for Feds Injured on the Job Could Be on the Chopping Block - Pay & Benefits - GovExec.com see my lengthy comment and will some one please think of something that can be done for me or all others being denied I\even the basic right of life due to us being injured by some huge interests that does not wish to have to pay for even a tank of oxygen three times a month. so one old disabled civil servant can live?
There has to be a special place in hell for those who have no compassion nor caring for others.
I pray for them to change and do what is right and turn away from the evils being done. And its time for the civil servants on duty to start telling Congress the truth of what is really going on inside the agencies where those who are to decide things and have had the authority of their jobs given over to contractors who do not have to follow the laws, rules or even judges orders as they shred them along with all of our constitutional rights as well as civil rights for those of us in protected classes but we have no civil rights programs to go to either under US dept of labor and since we are not at work, we cannot go back to our agency's to complain either.
ONE MAN'S VERBAL WORDS ARE OBEYED WITHOUT QUESTION AND CEO LYNN BLODGETT IS JUST THE HIRED HAND OF AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL IN CHARGE OF MOST OF THE WORLD NOW.

AND IF FAST TRACK IS PASSED AND EVENTUALLY CHINA AND MOST OF ASIA INCLUDED; ALL THE SECRET DEALS WILL GIVE SOME ONE PERSON CONTROL OF THE WORLD , THAT NO NATIONS' PEOPLE EVER ELECTED TO ANY POSITION OF POWER. AND ALL OF OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS MIGHT AS WELL GO HOME AND OPEN THE DOORS TO THE US TREASURY TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE AND INTERNATIONAL BANKSTERS TO SPEND AS THEY PLEASE AS THAT IS BASICALLY WHAT IS GOING ON NOW WITH NO ONE CHECKING THE NUMBERS OF OUR MISSING TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS THAT WERE TO BE SPENT FOR THINGS CONGRESS SAID THEY WERE.,
I AM VERY TIRED AND HAVE HAD SOME VISITORS RECENTLY AND THANK THOSE WHO HELPED OUT DOING SOME THINGS. SO FAR MY OWN CONGRESSMAN HAS BEEN UNABLE TO HELP AS IT SEEMS THEY CANNOT GO PAST THE AGENCY PERSONNEL. THEY GOT AN UNSIGNED LETTER BACK OF UNTRUTHS AS THEY HAVE NO FILES TO LOOK AT EITHER IN PAPER OR DIGITAL AND NO ONE HAS NAY IDEA ALL THAT IS FILED WAITING TO BE WORKED AND ALL THE JUDGES ORDERS AND TWO HEARING OFFICERS WHO HAVE SAID DO THIS OR THAT AND CEO BLODGETT'S WORD IS THE AUTHORITY INSTEAD .NOT EVEN AND AGENCY APPELLATE JUDGES AND THERE ARE NOW 17 OF THEM IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES HE CONTROLS ALL SHREDDED along with our rights. ON SELF AND MANY MORE WAITING TO SEE A JUDGE AND HE HAS BLOCKED THEM FROM HAVING AMY MORE RULINGS AGAINST HIM. AND ACS ET AL
And ACS would be the main 'person of interest for what may be up to a billion dollars gone missing for the medical care of injured federal employees since the 1988 law was passed.
This is one of many laws where appropriations were made and the money went through the federal reserve and to the agencies and to where only the federal reserve knows to provide one thing s or another as Congress decided to spend it on. YET THE RANK AND FILE CIVIL SERVANT IN THE GOVT NEVER GOT THE INSTRUCTIONS , NOR PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW TO PAY WHAT THE MONEY WAS TO BE USED FOR

WAS OUR OFFICE OF 90, TURNED IN TO A 90 MILLION DOLLAR THEFT YEARS AGO AND NO ONE KNEW AMONG US?
So if every seriously injured fed has been worth a million dollars to steal our medical care on , how much would that be? Our office had 90 employees and if this kind of thievery has been going on>\? How many got approved that don't even know it? AL THESE OFFLINE , ILLEGAL SYSTEMS throughout the govt and over the years? AND NO ONE IN THE GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWED TO SHUT DOWN THIS THEFT OF OUR PRECIOUS TAX DOLLARS , LET ALONE INVESTIGATE AND ARREST SOMEONE FOR THEFTS LARGER THAN ANY BANK HEIST.
I have a call in to my congressional aide, and I ask for prayers that his staff can do something to get the judges orders obeyed FOR IF CONGRESS CANNOT HELP IN THAT, THEN WE MAY AS WELL FIRE ALL JUDGES IN THE USA AND TAKE OUT THE JUDICIARY BRANCH OF THE US CONSTITUTION AND LIVE UNDER A REAL DICTATORSHIP . FOR THAT MATTER THE PRESIDENT AND CONGRESS MAY AS WELL GO HOME, TO AS IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THEY PASS OR SIGN IN TO LAW AS THIS CABAL IS DOING AS THEY PLEASE. AND TAKE OUR MONEY ?
I am not asking for anything others than what is legally allowed. And if congress wants to pass no fault health care and end wage loss from workers comp and everyone just get their pension and or social security, and continue paying double Medicare premiums as has been going on since the software programs got changed over 20 years ago and no law changed to do that. WHERE IS ALL THAT MISSING MONEY?
Then do it and stop pretending there is still these programs as they have been cut for any of us whose injuries have' stepped on the toes' of some big interest or exposed unsafe work conditions or could send someone to jail. .
BUT BY DOING THIS, WE END JOB SAFETY IN THIS NATION FOR ALL WORKERS AND FOR EVERYONE IN GENERAL JUST AS TOXIC FIRES KNOW NO BOUNDARIES PAST A WORK SITE.
THE CONCERN FOR THE SAFETY AND GOOD HEALTH OF OTHERS, HAS GONE OVER TO GREED AND LUST FOR POWER OVER ALL BY A FEW IN THIS WORLD. And its our elected Leaders who are to see to it , we , the people are protected from such illegal and down right evil behaviors.
BIG MONEY ONLY RULES IS WE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROCESS.
95% voting for 10 years is a goal that has a chance of turning his nation and world back around to working for all of us and all of us have that mandate in the US Constitution of" for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation" and with this lawlessness at the top running down the hierarchy, we do not have that anymore and too many households have been directly affected in one way or another now and its time to take action and send those whom who will not work for us.
Some may say, I have ;thrown my vote away sometimes, but if I do not like the one on the major party tickets, or the front runners in the primary, I have voted for someone who just wanted to have their say and wake folks up. and I have given my vote to them to encourage others to even try .
If everyone in elected office knew that 95% of us were going to be voting, they would think very hard before selling out to big money. THEY WOULD KNOW THE PEOPLE ARE BOSS.
I we have to be smarter and if things are not going well, why are we sending the same folks back , over and over unless we see that they really are trying to change things and just need others to join them in office to do so from other areas of the country. DO NOT FORGET STATE AND LOCAL AND ALL OF THESE ARE AFFECTED TOO I BY THIS CABAL.
I SEE ANOTHER TOWN JUST FIRED ACS ET ALL FROM THE TRAFFIC CAMS THEY PUT IN SO THE AFFECT IS GOING ON.
