All over the USA all paper submissions and files to the government is to be kept since President Clinton gave an executive order in 2000 to NOT DESTROY ANYTHING. Guess those wanting judges orders to disappear that say to process and pay things on my records in multiple agencies did not get the message.
Several years ago, I spoke to the manager of the archive warehouse in Ft Worth trying to find if my missing files were there and spoke to others around the country too. And learned of terrible chaos nationwide of the people's records, our government records .
There used to be a systematic and logic to how long things were kept and some items in files could be purged after a number of years, Most of the basics get kept for ever.
And if for some reason we had to order a file to be returned we could retrieve one in a few months. Rarely would this need to be done, but when a miscarriage of Justice is done and back pay could be found to be paid, it did occur once and the family got the money due.
Another time files may be needed is in Case of fraud. How can that be proven if the file can not be produced? You cannot say a person or company lied to get something if the document to prove the false info was given can not be produced. I don't think we have trashed the US Constitution that badly that evidence is not needed to prosecute someone or those responsible in a company.?
As I have shared here, on my cases, its been well documented that our computer files are not secure and mine have been hacked into , appeals illegally deleted and I and others? who were transferred to workers compensation and not yet retired by putting us on disability over there have been deleted off the employment rolls so that Congress and everyone else has no idea how many Federal employees there are at any one time?
What I learned is that those high up who are the ones that OK records be sent to archives, were sending files out to be archived to 'hide' their own 'bad deeds' from view. And instead of sending them out with any kind of logical way to identify them were using a coding system that only the one who sent it out knew.
When I had to request a file, I would fill out a form and put down name and ssn and some basic info and the few times it was done the file showed up in a few months.
There is no way to say I need Lind Joy Adams files from this agency with the claim number for the program benefit and or ssn or that or even my personnel file is missing for several years and I filed a Freedom of Information Request and its not been answered in over a decade now. In no way would this have been kept if any one saw the open workers comp case .
What I was told that my files and others were shredded illegally with items pending in them and judges orders given shredded , too. Its why the Judges said in 2009 to ask me for the facts of the cases and use my records to reconstruct the files so all the matters could be processed and it is chaos created over the years since 1/10/89 from periodically felony disappearances of files took place to obstruct processing and payments, etc. NOW NO ONE CARES ABOUT JUSTICE AND MAKING THINGS RIGHT AT AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AND THEIR OVER A HUNDRED COMPANIES AND MANY MORE PARTNERSHIPS MANY SECRET FROM ALL OF US- AS THEY ALLOW CEO LYNN BLODGETT TO RUN ROUND AND GIVE VERBAL LIES IN A SUMMARY OF THINGS SAYING JUST THE OPPOSITE OF THE 17 AGENCY APPELLATE JUDGES' ORDERS. HIS VERBAL WORD IS ALL THE REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS CAN KNOW AS THEY HAVE NO LEGAL ACCESS TO ANY FILES ANY MORE NOT EVEN THE ORDERS FROM THEIR OWN JUDGES IN THE AGENCIES..
AS WE ARE TOLD THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH OUR FILES SO THEY GIVE THEM TO THOSE WHO ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO NONE BUT THEMSELVES AS THEY DO AS THEY PLEASE? SO THEY THINK OUT OF IGNORANCE OF THE FACTS AND HAVING TO BELIEVE HIM ,.THAT THERE IS NOTHING TO DO AND THAT I GOT A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED WHEN IT NEVER OCCURRED AND HE KNOWS IT.TO COVER UP ILLEGAL ON GOING ACTIVITIES BY SOME THAT LED US STRAIGHT DOWN THE PATH TO 9/11/01. HE KNOWS AS HE IS THE ONLY ONE WITH ACCESS TO THE RECORDS BEFORE THEY DISAPPEAR?
While some of us struggled to stay alive with felonies upon felonies being done against us and our records, others high up were home on administrative leave getting full salary for years as to have a criminal trial where I and others would testify would expose all the dirty laundry of the internal corruption of what has been going on for years and COULD HAVE STOPPED 9/11/01 AND WARS AND RUMORS OF WARS ?
This article indicates just how bad things are and I knew this and shared it on line also soon after I began posting in 12/08 but then it was mostly on the Washington post.com. I would pray over my post that just one person inside would be motivated to do what they could to help.
Its been about staying alive and Justice and a journey to search for truth and justice and it kept getting more convoluted in to an unraveling of an intricate, and often secret interwoven international cabal of companies owned by the same entities and persons that has nearly overthrown the USA and world now,.
When those committing crimes are immune from being investigated and arrested etc., and even Congress is forbidden to ask questions then we , the people through those we hire to take care of business have lost our right and nation with our monies we share to help each other out goes missing too. as we suffer and struggle and then find out the business of the people has not been taken care of.
Government contracting serves a propose but the government has to maintain authority over the process and see to it the laws and constitutional rights of all are being upheld and that monies are not being blatantly stolen. THIS TERM OF PARTNERS OF THE GOVERNMENT IMPLIES THAT THE PEOPLE AND OUR OUR GOVERNMENT ARE NO LONGER IN CHARGE AND WE ARE NOT ANY MORE. THEY ARE .
A lot has been said this week about who cares about the nation and people, etc. THOSE WHO WOULD SELL OUT THIS NATION AS HAS BEEN GOING ON MORE AND MORE SINCE THE 1980';S AND SOME BEFORE THAT IN THE WAR INDUSTRY ARE THE ONES I WONDER WHO CARES ABOUT THE USA OR EVEN HUMANITY ITSELF?
Yes much of these archives can be put in the systems clouds now, but each agency should have some rules gathering dust on a shelf somewhere of what to keep and what can be destroyed and times. Then go from there.
THE FIRST THING TO DO TO STOP SYSTEM SECURITY PROBLEMS IS STOP THOSE N THE GOVERNMENT AND THEIR CONTRACTING PARTNERS FROM ILLEGALLY ALTERING WHAT IS POSTED IN THE FIRST PLACE TO FACILITATE THEFT AND COVER UP OF CRIMES AND DENY ONE OF THEIR RIGHTS. One has to go inside first and that is not going on m Medicare is still being stolen daily by the partners of the government as the new partners in the insurance industry have been made immune and can illegally dump their obligated bills onto the government now. AND IT GOES ON AND ON AND FROM LOCAL TO STATE TO FEDERAL AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING TO STOP IT.
READY FOR MORE SELL OUT IN WASHINGTON DC?
We are about ready to have another huge bill be pit together in the middle of the night and all those in Congress ordered to vote on it in the light of day without reading it . This time is the threat of no one to protect our borders and homeland security . If any one had been tend to business we would not have 23 trillion dollars no one knows where it went to ? and this cabal with all their big money influence would not be lobbying to get a phrase or word inserted that would pay off big for them and allow more stealing from us. AND REAL BLACK MAIL ALLOWED TO BE DONE THAT WE ARE FACING AN INVADING ARMY THAT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED IF ONE TAKES THE TIME TO READ WHAT THEY ARE VOTING ON?
And the more things go on in chaos and wrong choices made the worse the mess we get into just like those archives are. We have to face the past and mistakes made and make amends for the human suffering its caused in some way in order for justice to be done and we never make the same mistakes again.
WE RE CALLED TO BE OVER COMERS BY YAHUSHA WHOM WE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS. One does not have to be of that faith of any faith to understand the general wisdom of the teaching, WE CANNOT COVER UP THE PAST ,, FOR THEN WE NEVER LEARN NOT TO REPEAT THE SAME MISTAKES OVER AND OVER AND WE GET OURSELVES IN BIGGER AND BIGGER MESSES TO CLEAN UP. Sounds like some of those haz mat suits will be needed for those hired to organize this nation's records, OUR RECORDS IN A MESS IS THEY ARE EVEN IN EXISTENCE ANYMORE.
Suppose to get a little thaw tomorrow from the cold. and kids back in school by noon.... and many doctors in our area back in the offices as some of them now say if the kids stay home they will also.
We did not have much snow, but we had a layer of ice that to often could not be seen until the car or our feet start sliding, away.
