{CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THOSE WHO WON THEIR ELECTIONS. THERE IS A LOT OF WORK TO BE DONE TO FIX BROKEN SYSTEMS AND SOLVE THIS Nation's PROBLEMS. WE THE PEOPLE NEED YOU TO SUCCEED FOR US AS OUR FUTURE DEPENDS ON IT. }
Doyle and I started to Dallas at 5;30 Am to see doctors and tests schedule throughout the day.
And ended up a few miles form home caught in traffic for an hour just behind a bad accident which also had a fire. Thankfully the wind was blowing away from us. But my asthma flared up and the rain was horrific so Doyle and I returned home and Doyle began making calls to see what could be rescheduled.
The AM visits were able to do so and we got back in the car for the PM visits. For the first medical contact in Dallas since Ebola arrived there in one patient then in two others or more if we know who all who got it. There is rumor of one other case, but that is only a rumor.
One of my visits was to an outpatient dept at a North Dallas hospital where sanitizers were on the walls everywhere and while the test was on going I got asked three questions. all related to finding out if I had Ebola or might have been exposed to someone who had Ebola. But no one took my temperature or even asked if I had one?
So what is all this temperature taking at airports?
And what if I had some other kind of communicable disease?
\ When I came back to the waiting area and told Doyle I had had the Ebola grilling a man seated waiting for his test looked up obviously scared and I then said to Doyle although I meant it for the other gentleman. that . I had never been to Africa in my life, etc. and more of how over doing it seemed. but in light of what this city and the medical profession there has gone through, its understandable. I remember when HIV first became known and the abject fear that had surrounded it. It still does,, although most do now understand that unless one is in such intimate contact one is exchanging body fluids or blood one is not going to catch it.
My opinion is much of the fear was a result OF WHAT IS NOW BEING REPORTED AS MISAPPROPRIATED GOVT FUNDS THAT WERE NOT SPENT TO HAVE ALL THE NEEDED HAZ MAT SUITS AND SUPPLIES READY TO BE SENT TO WHATEVER HOSPITAL OR OTHER MEDICAL FACILITY THAT NEEDED THEM TO BE USED AS SOON AS IT WAS KNOWN OF THE CONTAGIOUS DISEASE, WHATEVER IT MIGHT BE.
Few in the medical professions still do not even realize how the system works and how broken its become with CEO Lynn Blodgett running health care in this nation and his brother Tom running it in Europe. They still think the govt is running things and that Medicare , etc is actually run by real govt officials when the truth is our precious public tax dollars have been turned over to this cabal of Affiliated Computer Services and there over a hundred linked companies and the govt has no idea what is going on as there have not been any real internal audits for over a decade and there is no criminal investigations allowed if evidence surfaces of criminal wrong doing.
Another online news has done an even better job than my feeble attempt to list and find all of the many companies that are this same bunch and I linked it a few days ago. to this site.
ITS A SHOCK TO FIND OUT THAT GOVT IS NOT IN CHARGE OF MUCH OF ANYTHING ANYMORE. AT FEDERAL AS WELL AS STATE OR EVEN INTO YOUR LOCAL AREA.
These folks are not subject to the justice system as is a real govt employee who might do something illegal or unethical. I had folks in the medical professions today that did not even know that govt officials and govt contractors are not even under the HIPPAA law as they handed me nice printed up booklets of my HIPPAA rights with them, But the major issues , I have had is not with the medical professions but THE BUNCH THAT IS NOT UNDER THE HIPPAA LAW. And civil rights complaints against this cabal are ignored by HHS civil rights office as some of them have told me those are sent out to ACS to digitize and somehow they know which ones to ;lose?"
THIS IS THE DIRTY LITTLE SECRET OF HOW A GOVT CAN BE OVER THROWN AND NO ONE KNOW ABOUT IT. IT HAS NOT BEEN EASY TO FERRET IT ALL OUT AND A LOT OF WRATH AGAINST ME WHEN I DID. THE TRUTH IS TO BE WHAT THIS INTERNATIONAL CABAL WANTS IT TO BE AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE EXPOSED AT ALL.
This is the horrific and life endangering mess that Congress needs to attend to asap. A Congressional study of 8 years ago already showed the terrible loss of life in real DEATH PANELS this become. for too many all ready. I have had many close calls at their hands and only by miracles of earthly angels helping out by fixing an oxygen tank, etc am I alive. MONEY DOES NOT HELP AS THEY HAVE HAD TOO MUCH THROWN AT THIS CABAL ALREADY AND NO ONE ASKS WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH IT.
As we cannot argue as to how to spend our monies if there is no monies left to spends as they are being stolen and skimmed and scammed daily in illegal an and unethical manners. OUR MEDICAL PERSONAL STRUGGLE TO SURVIVE PHYSICALLY AND FINANCIALLY UNDER THE BURDEN OF THIS BROKEN ATROCITY AS THEY ATTEMPT TO KEEP US HEALTHY AND TREAT OUR ILLNESSES AND INJURIES. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is inherent in our US Constitution but LIFE IS LISTED FIRST AND THAT MEANS BEST AND COMMON SENSE USE OF OUR HEALTH CARE DOLLARS,. TO PROMOTE LIFE AND NOT THE DEATH PANELS CREATED BY CORRUPTION THAT HAS BECOME PREVALENT THROUGHOUT THIS CABALS STRANGLE HOLD ON OUR MONIES AND OVER THROW OF THE GOVT FROM THOSE WE ELECT TO BE IN CHARGE AND WHO HAVE LET THIS OCCUR OVER THE LAST FEW DECADES TO THE NEAR RUIN OF ALL OF US AND THIS NATION.
The entire world suffers if we do not do things the better way. as our leadership and power is looked to, to help around the world and we cannot really help if WE THE PEOPLE ARE NOT IN CHARGE THROUGH OUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES. WHO ARE TO BE OUR EMPLOYEES AND NOT OF THIS FEW ELITE THAT SEEMS TO FORGET THEY ARE ALSO PART OF HUMANITY AND ONLY HAVE THE POWER AND WEALTH BECAUSE OF US..
BUT DALLAS HAS HAD A SCARE!
I am not down playing the seriousness of many of these contagious diseases and that our health care workers and others seeking medial care need to be aware that some near them may have a contagion them and all are getting exposed. EVEN THE COMMON COLD CAN MAKE A SICK PERSON SICKER SO I have become more conscious of covering my mouth when I cough or sneeze and having a tissue with me. etc. its something we can all do to help.
THE WORSE PART IS ALL THAT SANITIZER IS LACED WITH FORMALDEHYDE AND ALCOHOL AND I HAD TO HAVE PART OF MY BODY SWABBED WITH IT EVEN THOUGH I SAID I WAS SENSITIVE AND AFTER THE TEST THAT WHOLE AREA OF THE BODY TURNED RED.,
NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN ONE OF US 10 MILLION THEY SAY ARE LIKE ME SHOW UP. WE WHO HAVE SEVERE REACTIONS TO THOSE CHEMICALS THAT ARE ALL AROUND IN THE MODERN WORLD IN OUR CLEANING PRODUCTS AND EVEN OUR FOOD AND MEDICINES. OFTEN NOT EVEN LABELLED. As the FDA does not work for the people's health and welfare any more in too many ways.
We have wonderful health care professionals caught in a system where protocols are locked in and sometimes they make sense and sometimes they don't. No reflection on the nice person who ran the test, but that person was not in charge and had to follow a protocol.
So after the test I went to the rest room and tried to use a paper towel and wash off the body part already red. But the odor still persisted and my asthma , and chemically induced pneumonitis already exacerbated over the hour stuck in traffic, earlier in the day got worse until by the time I got home my sinuses were bleeding some. and I was in severe pain and asthma attack full blown. All I can do is rest and kick the oxygen level up some. Going back to a hospital filled with asthma triggers, is not the better choice as I have learned over the years since injured on 1/10/89.. At least until this cabal running things recognizes that chemicals and toxins can hurt people badly when in the wrong mix or after already suffering form a injury form them and lose levels safe for others are not safe for us anymore. and those like me are made even more ill when there is NO PROTOCOLS FOR US AS OUR NUMBERS INCREASE AS INJURIES OCCUR. THE CURRENT SYSTEM UNDER THIS CABAL MEANS NO ONE IS EVEN ALLOWED TO USE THEIR COMMON SENSE TO TRY AND HELP ACCOMMODATE OUR UNIQUE DISABILITIES. RELATED TO CHEMICALS AND TOXINS THAT IS NOT AN ALLERGY BUT THE OPPOSITE OF THAT AND JUST AS POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING WHEN EXACERBATED..
Its why I have oximeter, peak flow monitor and home blood pressure kits, etc. so if rest and purified air and oxygen, etc do not improve things I can go for a higher level of care should it have to be to sustain life. But its hard to know what to do or where to go anymore.
And all those health care workers have no idea who CEO Lynn Blodgett is at ACS et al that runs health care in the USA and has them so licked in to what they can and cannot do. Nor have hey any idea that if they get injured at work or sick due to caring for patients, that CEO BLODGETT NOW HAS CONTROL OF THEIR WORKERS COMP AND WINNING A CASE MEANS NOTHING AS THIS CABAL DOES NOT OBEY JUDGES, LAW OR RULES IF IT STEPS ON THE TOES OR PROFITS OF THEIR 'PARTNERS'. AND REAL BOSSES WHICH IS NOT THE PEOPLE.
So pray for our health cae system and that the new Congress will wake up and realize the former ones have let us down big time and they need to fix this mess. First of all stop writing blank checks to this cabal and never allowing any internal audit controls of what they do with out money. Plus if they steal or break other laws, why did they make them not subject to criminal laws of the land the rest of us are under? ALL ARE TO BE EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW AN JUSTICE FOR ALL NEEDS TO PREVAIL.

We did not have 95% turn out to vote today and that is THE MAJOR PROBLEM AS THOSE ELECTED STILL OFTEN DO NOT UNDERSTAND WE ARE THE BOSS. We are not the boss unless we vote, and participate in being the boss. Even if we disagree on the hows to solve our problems and address our needs; WE CAN"T DO ANYTHING IF OUR PUBLIC MONIES ARE STOLEN AND THOSE CONTRACTED TO DO THE WORK WILL NOT LISTEN TO WHAT WE WANT THEM TO DO WITH OUR MONIES AND THEY IGNORE THE LAW, JUDGES AND TERMS OF THEIR GOVT CONTRACTS THAT SAY THEY WILL UPHOLD THE LAWS OF THE LAND.
For the first time, I think some are beginning to understand that what is going on with me, could well happen to them and has happened to so many already and some have died from it. If they get injured on the job and find themselves in legal limbo trying to stay alive in a system where if one has an approved injury case, why isn't that party paying the bills and why is the patients suppose to do what the govt cannot anymore and enforce our laws and why is the patients over paid for the stolen monies we can not stop from being stolen,
BECAUSE THE SECRET DEALS ARE TO DUMP THE BILLS ON TO MEDICARE AND UNTIL ONES GETS THAT ONTO THE MEDICAID PROGRAMS AS ONE BECOMES IMPOVERISHED WITH NO PAY CHECK AND BENEFITS AWARDED NOT BEING PAID.
Expect to find all those attorneys advertising to help with a job injury, disappearing also. If you find one, as I have expect to do a lot of the work yourself such constantly reconstructing files that disappears etc UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR ATTORNEY CANNOT ARREST ANY ONE SO DO NOT BLAME HIM OR HER FOR EVIL CRIMES COMMITTED BY THIS BUNCH WHICH WILL NOT EVEN POLICE ITSELF SINCE THERE IS NO GOVT OFFICIAL TO POLICE IT ANYMORE, Much of that is now turned over to the' banksters' Goldman -Sachs as one partner etc. and they no longer even take a complaint on one of their own. . There are very few medical professionals intentionally doing anything illegal. AND THE FEW THAT HAVE STOLEN SEEM TO HAVE BEEN LET TO DO THIS FOR ?"FOR WAY TOO LONG AS IF THIS CABAL WAS "IN ON THE SCAM."?
You should know from my sharing that .WINNING A CASE DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING AS MY SITUATION IS WELL DOCUMENTED AND SHOWS THAT AS I HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT HERE OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS.
Need to rest and get back to the mountain of paperwork that all of these appts today will surely grow as the ones taking the info as to whom to bill, will probably have their billing service that is managed by ACS et al ignore everything and use the illegally altered COMMON WORKING FILE OWNED BY EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL AS A MEDICARE PARTNER AND TAKES VERBAL ORDERS FROM CEO LYNN BLODGETT. IT has every ones primary employer group health plan deleted from it soon after ones employer or agency posts to it and no one is to alter it as one thing its crashing that new health care system that has already cost the taxpayers 1/2 billion dollars and will continue to crash until these illegal changes and hackings are stopped. THE INFO COMING IN FROM VARIOUS SOURCES DOES NOT "COMPUTE.'
All done to trick medical billing personnel to send the claims to Medicare and not notify them to collect the monies back from a primary payer. and make Medicare pay the bills thereby getting all of our good doctors, hospitals et al in trouble to be fined and penalized under the new law HR 1063 where the govt is supposed to take charge again for the first time in 20 years when HHS said the insurance industry could police itself and the looting of Medicare began and we patients get over paid and SSA still refusing to process a waiver FORM 632 as they agreed to do for us back in 2005..
ITS WHERE WE GIVE NO PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFO AS ITS" AGAINST EQUITY AND GOOD CONSCIENCE". as we patients cannot stop this. . WE HAVE TRIED AND I HAVE CONDUCTED MEDICARE FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS AND THERE IS NO WAY FOR A PATIENT TO DO WHAT THE GOVT CANNOT DO.
I have no doubt all the medical bills to day will get illegally dumped onto Medicare by this cabal who also runs that end of health care in the USA and that mean patients are overpaid for the bills illegally paid by Medicare because they were not coded for collection from the primary payer which would be the legal way for them to pay and gets patient and medical provider off the hook for any liability. or wrong doing/
So more appeals and attempts to get the govt to collect the monies back under HR1063 law continues. NOTHING WORKS AS THE GOVT IS NOT IN CHARGE, ACS ET AL IS AND THE BANKSTERS ET AL WHO SET THIS UP STEP BY STEP AROUND THE WORLD SINCE 1983. NO ONE CAN BUY OR SELL IF THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS IN THIS WORLD UNLESS THEY GO THROUGH THIS CABAL., ALMOST. WE THE PEOPLE AND OUR NEW CONGRESS CAN STILL STOP THIS OVER THROW OF OUR GOVT.
ONLY THE VOTERS CAN TURN THIS AROUND AND WE MUST NOT LET THIS NEW CONGRESS, EVEN IF THE SAME PERSONS GET BY WITH ALLOWING THIS UNCONSTITUTIONAL MESS CONTINUE AS OUR LIVES AN LIVELIHOODS DEPEND ON THEM DONG THEIR JOB TO REPRESENT US AND NOT 'THEM.'
Big money was spent for this election cycle, but we are the boss, not them and we can only exert that power at the ballot box. ITS GONG TO TAKE US TO TAKE CHARGE AND EXPECT THOSE WE ELECTED TO WORK FOR US, AGAIN.
