I do not know if any of my doctors are caring for the patient or not. But the whole hospital complex is probably checking each other for symptoms, etc.

Few of us would ever come in contact with one infected but being cautions when one becomes ill is important. One should have a medicine cabinet filled with the basics of a thermometer and other meds one might take and of course its always a healthy thing to do in Fall and Winter to have all the preventative healthy things around like Elderberry extract and other over the counter things one uses when one gets a cold and all those other ills one does not usually seek medical attention for. KEEP COMMON SENSE IN THERE TOO AND SEEK HELP WHEN ONE SENSES THINGS ARE NOT THE USUAL. I am not a doctor, but have had many good ones treat and any one can read.
Just tell the truth and I think the media has done this responsibly. as there are good doctors and medical professionals all over this country . THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR HEALTH INSURERS TO TRY AND GET OUT OF PAYING FOR DOCTOR VISITS AND TESTS. .The one thing I have read from the media is that there was a lapse of a few days when medical care was first sought and the hospitalization and did he tell them where he had just been? Knowing how rationed some plans are getting, and he should have had one as if he was not from the USA isn't one suppose to purchase a policy before they can even visit now? We are already in a shortage of doctors and other professionals in this country as our health care dollars wee not wisely spent and over seen by those in charge for the last couple of decades. when patients survive many horrendous illnesses and injures and need life time care as they do not die sooner as they used to. Equipment for the home is more common now for all to be more directly involved and reduce the times needed in a medical visit. Doyle just picked up a blood pressure kit for about $20 that also checks for heart arterial abnormalities and more testing things for the patients to use to monitor themselves so one can know more about what is gong on with their own bodies and keep a chart as some of my doctors have handed such out expecting the patient to help themselves. and giving them information to use also for better care.
So my question did some health insurer balk at running some tests when he first sought medical care?
Today when I went to a medical facility for some tests, I had a horrendous experience caused by the over all corruption at the partners of Medicare for way to long and thefts going on. Its time to replace some of the bad ones with companies that will uphold the law and stop the stealing they are colluding to do putting patients and health care professionals pitted against them trying to get care paid for fairly and provide it. . The Medicare fraud is still going on at Emblem Health International , Medicare government contractor,where ones primary payer, their employer group health plan is deleted off the system soon after posting very other week. to trick ones medical provider into billing Medicare and not sending the bill on to recovery so Medicare can get the money back from the primary.
I had been at this palace before and they ignored everything I put down/said and billed Medicare creating an overpayment liability against me and putting their medical facility at risk of fines and penalties for not billing the primary first and then sending on to the recovery contractor which is also Emblem Health International who tricks the provider and then has the authority under HR1063 to fine and assess penalties. I am sending complaints now to HHS EEO at CMS as I am considering this as retaliations for the past pending ones against HHS and the EEOC sanctions obtained against them as an employee and they have not changed and gotten worse over this. Is the subsidiary of Goldman0sachs doing these now as they are in charge of Medicare fraud also?
ACS -Xerox is running almost all of health care in the USA from one end to the other and when Lock heed -martin etc. programmed the Medicare computer system in 1/06 they left weaknesses in the system so that partners of Medicare could come in and set up illegal systems so that Medicare could be stolen and any one who knows anything about computer systems knows its going to crash any major system that gets info from all sources and the info does not 'compute/ 1/2 BILLION WASTED ALREADY ON A HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE GETTING ALL THIS CONFLICTING INFO FROM MAJOR THEFTS ON GOING. How many billions have been spent by billing services and doctors, and hospitals, etc. for access to the COMMON WORKING FILE A GOVT CONTRACT AND THEN GET CRIMINALLY ALTERED INFO.
Employers and government agencies post directly to the system and no one is to alter it. In my case it had been so bad, changing things I had taken paid claims by Medicare and filed for a hearing with an Administrative law judge asking that the suspension of enforcement of the conditional payment law done in 1994 by Sec of HHS Donna Shalala be set aside so the govt could stop the massive thievery. The judge got the internal documents from the US Dept of Labor official records that even my claims examiner is not allowed to have as ACS controls access. The judge could not over come an executive type order and ruled the patient is overpaid ant patients must enforce the law if the govt does not. Many have over payment liabilities on their records and may not even realize it bit its still a debt owed the govt even if the govt has done nothing but promote the theft of Medicare by its own partners for 20 years in some areas of the country. For us since 2002, as our former Blues from Arkansas paid their bills and did not ask for an 'illegal dumping secret deal ' with Group Health which is now Emblem health international. with the power after the tricking to put all competitive health insurers out of out of business. HHS-CMS blew it big time giving them HR 1063 law signed 1/11/13 to enforce.

Legal limbo puts life sustaining medical care in limbo for myself and my family members caught up in this,
The request to him to repay Medicare disappeared to and no one at the US Dept of Labor ever say the requests from them and he told them to destroy all the hard work they had done in their Detroit facility at Group Health as govt contractor and they did. His orders over ride the law, judges orders and any govt contract terms., No one sent ,e any due process notice they had done this, I had got the copies of the recovery letters sent to him. That demonstrates he is the controlling partner in all. AS THAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED SOME ONE TO ASK QUESTIONS OF WHAT THIS CONTRACTOR WAS AND IS DOING?

So today, I was given forms to complete to get blood drawn and was going to be denied the right for medical care if I did not agree to commit Medicare fraud and apparently the person there who had been professionally courteous in the past and seems to be a nice person, had instructions? for me that if I altered and added anything, I could not get care unless I signed I would pay and no one get billed?. That is illegal for decades as if one has a Medicare card, the medial provider must bill. I've had to attached form 1490 to some and send them on in and let the claims processor at Medicare contact them to get the forms filed.. Lately one sent it all back to me and said I MUST GET ACS'S BILLING COMPANY ( IN THAT CASE) TO ENFORCE THE LAW? Yes , one entity manages the medical providers, owns the billing company and bills themselves and colludes to have Medicare pay the claims that belong to the primary payers as its the controlling entity through many corporate names and subsidiaries at Medicare also. ACS REPEATS THIS POWER and lack of over sight by our officials IN AGENCY AFTER AGENCY AND GOVT PROGRAMS.

laws and rules got broken for us to be injured back on 1/10.89 and CNA et al should have inspected the building they insured also to be sure it was safe. Are they correct? If not, step up and say so and obey the judges and set up a system to reconstruct my files as my certified letters to you have suggested to obey the judges. AND THEY NEED TO DO SO FOR THE US CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE SAYS "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation."
So, my only immediate concern on the Ebola in TX is why was there a delay as reported? Is it part of the overall problems of a broken world wide health care system? and pray our research scientists get a cure or vaccine out for those who may have been in contact asap. Forget he formaldehyde wash in those vaccines please.. We have all come through the AIDS panic in recent decades and know we are not all gong to get AIDS being around a person with it. WE ARE GROWN UPS AND WE JUST NEED TO KNOW THE TRUTH AND GOOD INFORMATION AS TO WHAT TO DO?
EAT HEALTHY AND USE THE IMMUNE BOOSTING NATURAL FOODS AND THE FDA NEEDS TO STOP ALLOWING THINGS PUT IN OUR FOOD AND DRUGS THAT MAKE PEOPLE SICK. Many that are getting these dreaded diseases are in the areas that do not have clean water and sanitation, etc. And there is no excuse for any one in the USA not to.
