DAILY RECAP 8/11/14 MORE DEATH PANELS CREATED? PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS

CERT Task Force  Medicare had a seminar on oxygen and the documentation to qualify.

CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid) had just republished the 2005 guidelines which do make medical sense. I need to study this more and discuss it with my doctors, but we may have had more restrictions than ever in direct opposition to the case history that led to the 2005 guidelines.\

In other words,  a heart attack may need to be induced yearly, and if you survive you get oxygen? And this inducing of a heart attack will be done in ones home with no doctor present and no EKG.

 I have had these tests and the angina was horrific and then the report was a blatant lie that I had had no chest pains at all when done by a non doctor.

Doctors will not let things go this far as the EKG shows it getting into a malpractice area and why they have passed this second regulation limiting all to one supplier per area that if one has need for the liquid oxygen they must hire a respiratory therapist. And how can any one ethically want to work at such a job to cover up and lie and...... how could any ethical doctor want to supervise such.

we are coming into a time when ones doctors and other medical care givers are coming under real coercion to do harm and the AMA has done little to back up the doctors or their other professional groups to fight back what is occurring.





There seems to be a real disconnect throughout health care of what the real government legally says and what those running everything as govt contractors or partners of Medicare want it to be and its euthanizing the elderly and disabled.  Since the beginning of Medicare, which sets the standard for all anymore,it has never been just an oxygen saturation rate. Its always been sat rate OR  medical records and in 2004 all that past history of what conditions qualify were put into guidelines.

WORSE THAN THIS IS THAT MANY OF THESE TECHS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CLINICALLY RUN THE TEST.  They never spoke to any of my board certified pulmonologists, I have had over the last 25+ years.  DOCTORS ARE NOT LISTENED TO MUCH ANY MORE WHEN PROFIT IS THE GOAL?

One is off oxygen for a period of time and then exercises and then one lays down as the saturation rate keeps on going down ( one is going into organ failure or dying)  until it gets down into a rate that is below malpractice levels ( it used to be 91% and that proved the condition and need without inducing the permanent damage which has occurred each time I have been put through this either intentionally or like  last summer when my oxygen tanks gave out and very little was coming out  until we learned how to do some repairs on it ourselves.

   THEN ONE IS GIVEN OXYGEN TO SHOW ONES LEVEL COMES BACK UP TO NORMAL WHICH FOR ME IS ABOUT 98%  This is why one can live for decades on oxygen after a severe lung injury, The ozone emitting canisters do not give a therapeutic level to do the job and for me they cause life threatening inflammation to suck that ozone right back into the lungs through the oxygen that is created. FDA WAS ABOUT TO BAN ALL IONIZING MACHINES AND THEN IN 2002 started pushing them on everyone. FDA SAYS OZONE IS GOOD TO BREATHE AND EPA SAYS ITS BAD. 

SATAN REALLY WANTS SOME OF US DEAD REAL BAD AND TOO MANY ARE FALLING INTO THE TRAP OF FOLLOWING THE EVIL ONE'S TRICKERY.

I PRAY I AM WRONG.  

  But this exact same thing occurred after 2005 at a seminar in OKC with suppliers and they got misled and never were given the real guidelines to follow.   They are medically complex and a doctor is needed to often made the determination and THESE PROFIT MAKING COMPANIES AND PARTNERS OF THE GOVT DON'T SEEM TO WANT TO LISTEN TO ANY DOCTORS ANY MORE.

Any one who attended that webinar, please do not go out and do harm to patients and cause them to have strokes or die or weaken their already weakened hearts.

It would appear to me that the summary has really been skewed and misled  suppliers through out the USA and the patients will be harmed greatly, more than they are now. I HOPE I AM WRONG, BUT THINGS ARE GETTING REALLY WORSE ALL THE WAY ROUND IN THIS WORLD RIGHT NOW.

 THIS CAN NOT STAND AS IS.  AS TOO MANY HAVE DIED ALREADY BEFORE THEIR TIME IN THESE DEATH PANELS. And with ACS-Xerox taking over almost all of workers comp in this nation and then not processing any oxygen claims to cause untoward delays, deaths have already began to occur.   WE CAN NOT STAND BY AND LET OUR LOVED ONES AND NEIGHBORS BE MURDERED AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT IS ALREADY GOING ON.

It is no mystery to me that those who get caught in these created Death Panels in opposition of what the medical standards really are seem to be those who have had severe toxic or chemical injuries and are in some form of litigation that  any one injured is required to be before any health plan will pay. The bottom line, is if such a patient dies sooner, then the liability insurer will not have to pay for yeas of medical care as we no longer die in 1 to 5 years but can live or decades with home oxygen and medical care and have some quality of life.

THAT HAS ENDED ACCORDING TO WHAT I HAVE READ IN THIS SUMMARY THAT WILL BE SHARED WITH ALL SUPPLIERS AS IF ITS THE REAL GUIDELINES. GET A TOXIC OR CHEMICAL  INJURY; YOU ARE BACK TO 1 TO 5 YEARS LIFE EXPECTANCY AS IT USED TO BE BACK ON 1/10/ 89 WHEN   Many were injured in our HHS-SSA work site but new inhalers and understandings came out in 3/89 and changed  to a greater life time.

Must get some rest as this has added more paper to the mountain to work through if this is now going to be going on.  Nothing in this mentions one being permanently approved based on medical conditions or even a two year redoing of paper work which has been in effect for decades also and press releases sent out by Medicare officials  sent that information out recently also.  Govt. officials did not conduct this webinar.

ITS LIKE THERE IS A WAR GOING ON INSIDE HHS BETWEEN THE REAL GOVT OFFICIALS AND THOSE GOVT CONTRACTORS IN TOTAL CONTROL OF DEATH PANELS THE GOVT OFFICIALS DO NOT CONDONE.

I pray in the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus for mercy on all. Others think good thoughts or pray , too as any one can be enveloped by a toxic cloud and end up in a real life and death struggle as we did on 1/10/89 sitting in a govt office and over come by a toxic cloud as the billionaire land lord had turned off the gas t detectors as the Jersey City fire dept. has already cited them and was ordering construction flaws in a new building be corrected or it would be condemned  But we were never told of this, either.  Expect more of these things to occur with unethical landlords and businesses who are in the fight for profits at the cost of human life and health  if needed to make them.

Be cautious We do not have  any one looking out for us much any more and things that should not be going on are and people are getting injured and when there is a toxic or chemical spill, DO NOT BELIEVE THE MEDIA WHO  ALWAYS REPORT  "all were treated and released" TOO OFTEN TO A LIFE TIME STRUGGLE FOR HEALTH CARE FOR PROGRESSIVE DISEASES. AND OFTEN NEEDING TO BE AN OXYGEN PATIENT ON RELEASE FROM THE HOSPITAL.AND IT MAY WELL NOT BE DONE, NO MATTER WHAT ONES DOCTOR SAYS.  I am pretty negative, tonight. I pray for a better tomorrow for all of us. But the world is erupting into wars and those are even worse death panels.
