There is often no federal law enforcement to even report to if they commit the most blatant of crimes. Most of these are now 'ethics' lines from the same bunch and that now includes Medicare. Its only a crime if its a Medical provider or a private individual stealing another; card, etc. The ' partners of Medicare can do as they please and the worse offender is now in charge of enforcement of HR 1063. A law that should have stopped a lot of criminal activity and will they admit they altered records and made your doctor or hospitals billing service bill Medicare and get you personally overpaid or your estate. No notice to you. You don't get any constitutional rights from this bunch. THEY RULE! Cyber record's on offline systems disappear and don't count on them to admit their wrongdoing and fine themselves.
Since we can't stop these criminal enterprises, not having a badge nor the authority to cancel a govt contract, all we can do is either file bankruptcy or file a waiver of overpayment and you were not even notified there was an overpayment as they just did it, So far there is none for years to process the request for this kind of blatant thievery.
Govt officials still can't figure out how I could have 17 Medicare numbers that most did not come from social security, Many patients do not know they have had this happen to them also and millions in over payments exist against them as their id and claims were stolen by the govt's own partners and turned into money to be stolen by them, They don't understand offline illegal systems like Bernie Ma doff used and why the looting of Medicare and our public monies has gone unchecked for too many years. they don't even know their is a problem and keep asking Congress for more money not realizations the shortfall is on going theft.
When Medicare pays a clam first and is not legally the primary payer the patient is over paid or their
estate even though it was beyond ones control to stop it from happening as your medical billing person is intentionally given fraudulent information as to whom to bill first often intentionally and in collusion with insurance companies and others to alter the official common working files which is a govt contract system under Emblem health international. Real govt officials are not in control of much of anything anymore They are subject to criminal laws and audits done on work.
If one has multiple insurers or health plans, please be aware that often Medicare is not the primary and you have incurred an overpayment liability and medical providers can be fined for following blatant lies from the ones they are to call or get correct info from. Your doctors, etc are forced to hire big billing firms often ( financially connected to this cabal) which cares less and your own doctor may be managed by this cabal now and is 'helpless' to stand up to it. Patients and those we depend on to keep us alive and healthy as possible are under direct attack.
About a month ago Medicare issued a press release and advised ones to file SSA 632 form to waive any overpayment. They did not tell you where to file it. The recovery unit is now part of the worse offender and you probably have no overpayment notice but the rule of law is meaningless here.
Social Security agreed in 2005 to process these. REMEMBER YOU DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFO AS ITS 'AGAINST EQUITY AND GOOD CONSCIENCE' AS YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE. You are not law enforcement and even the govt is unable to take any actions as they are not allowed to spend any money and you can and should report the crime to HHSTIPS at Medicare but the report is gong right back to the offender as apparently happened to me AND THEY WENT IN ON THE OFFICIAL RECORDS AND ALTERED IT AGAIN THE WRONG WAY AND HAS CAUSED MORE HARM AND MORE THEFT, AND FINANCIAL AND LIFE THREATENING SITUATIONS." NOR CAN THEY DO SPLIT BILLING AS THAT KEEPS CHANGING AT HE WILL OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND OTHER GOVT CONTRACTORS IN COLLUSION TO' LOOT' MEDICARE AS THEY HAVE BEEN DOING FOR 20 YEARS NOW, When Emblem Health has contracts with employers and govt agencies to post directly, NO ONE IS TO ALTER THAT POSTING AND THEY HAVE DONE SO TO ALLOW THEFT TO OCCUR. I called CMS in Baltimore to day and was told file it with SSA, SSA knows nothing about the implementation of the a 2005 agreement to do this and its been almost a month for memos to go out to expect the influx of waiver forms,

The govt websites are filled with phone numbers that do not exist and were supposed to and web sites not working as with all the illegal ones going on, one would never expect them to work, etc.

Most of us are not affected directly by bad acts of the Bureau of Land Management, but this bunch is in control of Social Security and Medicare and much of IRS, student loans traffic cams and NSA so we are all under their control right now I more ways than each of us may even realize and they are not subject to internal audits as to how they conduct business with our monies nor can they be prosecuted for wrong dog in most instances that affect us directly. JUDGES ARE IGNORED IF THEY RULE IN OUR FAVOR AND AGAINST THIS BUNCH.
