TODAY: THERE WAS SEVERAL THINGS N THE MAIL PLUS AN E MAIL AND ALL RELATED TO WHO IS GOING TO PAY AND NO ONE IS BEING TOLD WHAT TO DO AT ANY MEDICAL PRIVIDERS> The answer is simple you bill Medicare and code it as a conditional payment and then the govt is to formally makes some decisions and issue notices and all appeal rights etc. Problem is ( FOR THEM) US DEPT OF LABOR HAS ALREADY DONE THIS AS THE OVERRIDING ISSUE FOR MY FAMILY ON MY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN IS THEM. Fed Blues and Fed Workers comp for me and Blues for the others is primary You (gvt partners) all blocked my claims examiner from being able to have my file to review and put me on permanent disabilty so I can retirre and so you get to pay the bills and not medicare. .
SO WHY IS EVERY OTHER ENTITY TRYING TO GET OUT OF PAYING AND WHY WON'T THEY MAKE Lynn BLODGETT GET MY RECORDS FROM ME ( as judges orderd) AND POST MY FILE AND LET MY REQUEST FOR PERMANENT DISAIBILITY FROM FEDERAL WORKERS COMP BE DONE AND THEN I WILL BE RETIRED AND MEDICARE CAN PAY ALL OUR BILLS PRIMARY THAT ARE NOT MY JOB INJURY BILLS?

I had a terrble situation arise today when the medical faclity where the tests are to be run called and wanted all the insurance info. And I gave it and then tHe problems arose as its not what They wanted to hear, They got mad at me becasue Doyles employment status is irrelevantl and she thought if he was retired then medicare woud be primary Why didn;t she check the system form the clearing house they pay lots of money to to get it? Becasue Bues had had it dlelted off the COMMON WORKING FILE AT MEDICARE WHEN NOONE IS TO MESS WITH IT AS IT COME IN FROM US DEPT OF LABOR BY CONTRACT. . DON'T WORK THAT WAY WHEN THE PRIMARY INSURANCE IS ON MY RECORDS AND MY STATUS IS THE CONTROLLING FACTOR AND SHE HAD NO PATIENCE IN GETTING RETRAINED FROM ALL THE YEARS OF WRONG TRIANING THAT HAS OCCURRED IN THIS REGION WHERE SECRET DEALS AMONG THE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND ENTITIES BECAME THE LAW OF THE LAND HERE AFTER HCA HOLDINGS INC TOOK OVER AS THE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD IN THEREE STAES FROM ARKANSAS BLUES WHO NEVER DID SUCH. THINGS. AS CALL AND MAKE MEDEICARE PAY FIRST. Even with no law enforcment on the case for 20 years at Medicare over this there is not to be these hassles. Hassles that have increased as did the fraud on the part of the partners of Medicare.
I even had head of billing tell me that Doyle needed to file the claims himelf. That's not been true for decodes. The law is the opposite. If one has a Medicare card the provider must file even if they don't accept assignment of payment.
Worse of all is we have judges decisons from Medicare and the new law HR 1063 as a result that clearly states other than what they have been misled into thinking. and geting less than their medical provders should have been paid, also. They have been cheated and seem to not want to face it.And taking it out on us.
So pray for Doyle that this does not interfere with medical care and testing.
Another letter that came : was after 2 years a bill for a co pay and I know the other two insureances were not billed at all. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ALL ARE IN THE SCRAMBLE TO GET RECORDS IN ORDER TO COVER UP ANY WRONG DOING WHEN ALL THEY HAVE TO TO DO IS SEND IN TO MRBC NOW AND SAY, WE JUST FOUND IT THIS HAS TO BE RECOVERD FROM THE PRIMARY?
I wrote about an 'amnesty period on going right now" although CMS is not calling it that. Any medical provider/ supplier who were coerced by the partners of the govt to do wrong, have a chance to get it corrected now and need to take advantage of it. Just my opinion.
That's on m the co pays due from over a year and 1/2 ago. and the first bill received. That hospital is part of a chain under investigiation for kick backs.although the lcoal one has not been named in the fraud. .
And another doctor sent me a bill and had not billed Medicare for co pay and when I called their billing service hung up on me. So one is to get overpaid and and have the govt take the last dollar we have because of crorkedness on the part of the Medicare partners?
Another doctor sent me a small refund and I pray that its not because Blues came back and asked Medicare to pay first and that doctor hgot really cheated out of what was really due. I'd say a real scramble is on during this 'unnamed amnesty period' and some are finding out I have been telling them the turth and so have the judges.
( someday all may get to see the real birth record of the president from Topeka Ks also and may ask for a refund from all the donations givien to entities wanting to prove he was not eligible and he always was and all the voters should have known the truth to make ballot decisions and not been distracted from real issues of character and polttics that the 'scammers' of this world don't wnat the good people of the USA to think about. ('THEY' DON'T WANT US TO THINK/ .)
DOCTORS AND HOSPITAL ARE GETTING CHEATED AND THEIR BILLING PERSONNEL ARE UNHAPPY I CAN'T STRAIGHTEN OUT THE WHOLE GOVT.
The doctor whose service sent bacK a small refund was very nice unlike the larger services. THE COERCION IS REAL AND IT CAN BE VERY SCARY AND LIFE THREATENING IF ONE IS IN SOME KIND OF HMO OR MANAGED CARE AND THERE ARE LITTLE CHOICES AS TO WHERE ONE CAN GO FOR MEDICAL CARE.
A lot has been done to coerce federal familes into giving up our high option plans thatg ive us some flexibity to find medical treatment once the subscriber turns 65. We pay the same preums and so does the taxpayers who pay 75% of it and yet at 65 the coverage decreases to the medicare rate. Tryiong to get all to just go on Medicare HMO plans. NOT WITH THIS 'CABAL' IN CHARGE THAT WAS PUT IN PLACE OVER A DECADE AGO. .
OIG 'COPS' IS NOW A NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION ?
For years the fraud line for Medicare was often very unprofessionally acitng contractor and no reports ever got in to Washington DC and docektd I'd filed. The Deputy Secretary checked and he also said all reports are to be docketed in . I said even if one doesn't like some doctor for not accepting Medicare? He said yes even cases that are obviously not a crime...
That left me with severe retaliation from those 500 witnesses's boss who found out what his call centers had been doing for 2 years documenting fruad all over the place and most doing as ther govt contract siad they were to do ; diligently filing out reports and not one got sent in to DC as required when t was against a 'partner ' of Medicare. The others would go to the compay I linked 1-800 Medicare was Vangent and is now owned by General Dynamics out of Dallas. Where are the thousands of fraud reports ? 500 from my contacts? Is the 'cabal' treating our tax dollars like their personal treasury?.
Those wintness are the ones who estimated this at a trllion dollar theft of medicare through at least two regions of this nattion. Dallas being oneof them and was told Florida the other. I can't speak to other regions, but my informal investigation with CMS officials in other regional offices is that its not going on every whree. And Claims in quesiton as to whom pays first are getting coded as conditonal and sent on to recovery and the process working for many. But other ihndiciations are that other worng doings my be going on and thee wre shared with OIG Dirctor Levenson and he went in to Congress and praised the partners for doing a good job when he full well knew documentaton existed saying there were major problems. and still are. Reprots and evdience not docketed in means no m problem?
Now the ones to recover the money from the biggest offender who facioiatated much of this is merged together with them? CAN A WORSE SCENARIO BE SET UP TO GO AFTER THE MEDICAL PROVIDERS AND BLAME THEM FOR WHAT THEY DID THEMSELVES.? All you billing persnnel, you are mad at me now, but I will be your witness if they come after you.
So I called Office of Inspector General for Medicre who also gets n almost daily e mail from me or I thought they were.
About a year ago a new fraud call center was set up and they were real govt employees and eager to enforce HR 1063.

I got a govt contractor and was told I had no right to know who it is that is to take the info.( Not easy to find out as they always lie and say they work for HHS or Medicare) They do ( as emplyeeof ther contractor) but not as an employee. of the US Govt .) BIG DIFFERENCE IS A REAL GOVT EMPYEE CAN BE ARRESTED AND IS AUDITED FOR WORK DONE. . So far thse partners have been given a real immunity pass since 9/11/01/ A lot of more rights were lost since then then just being spied on. )
So a lot of reaerch occurred. and I linked several articles to this site just ahead of this posting.
In 2007 a non profit organization was set up called Quality Health Strategies and under them is a couple of foundations, now and part of this is an organizaito nin Dallas that is now the investigators my reports have and will go to and then?.
JUST HOW VALID IS CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION IF REAL 'COPS' ARE NOT DOING THE JOB?
So far, what I have dealt with over the years and some of the names are familiar fthe companies involved is nothing is going to be done to stop real fraud.
To make things worse is the very company that facilitated all of ths major fraud is now going to be the 'cops' at GHI?. The govt press relaess can't even get that right Group Health is now part of Emblem Health International. Andt this non profit is an international company, too. WHOEVER THEY REALLY ARE?
To have a non profit competing against for profit companies for govt contracts seems to be un equal competition. If it had not been for what I ran into t day and past info and non attn to matters well documented, I would say its good for profit to get out of the picture.But is it really?
I pray its is not part of the same international cabal that has put a couple of real foundations under them and became an even bigger problem for all of us needing medical care and those trying to provide it.
The paperwork and reaearch just keeps growing. And no one listens to an old disabled woman any more who has been around these programs soince 1968and conducted medicare frud investigations back when all were treated with respect and if 'Granny' noticed something amiss and contacted us, she was treated respectfully and if what was being presented made any kind of criminal sense it was checked out and stopped before the theft got into hundreds of million or a trillion dollars. Many of these more recent arrests where 100's of millons were scammed should not ever have gotten that much. Its an indication to me of inside collusion or at least pure negligence on the part of the partners of medicare.
Guess they were too busy with their 'Bernie Madoff' offline system scam going on to notice all that money disappearing by a few scam artist medical providers. they igored while their own thievery was going on? CMS officials are still in denial as to how I got 17 medicare numbers when neither Social Security nor I had anything to do with creating them. ITS called fraud and Bernie Madoff was sent to jail for his scam using the same kind of offline system you didn't find since no real audits were going on.
Althuogh this linked companies supposindly was conducting some kind of ooutside audits and so were other companies.? I've even called some of the auditors who signed the public reports and no one wanted to know they were bieng ;scammed' themselves. I did ask the 'right ' questions. BEING AN EYE WITNESS IS JUST NOT A POPULAR THING TO BE IN THIS ERA
So D., AT ? saying you are OIG; you are wrong, I do have the right to know who you work for when you are taking a criminal fraud report and I am giving our ssn and private and personl financial info. Yes I have a right to kknow if you are connected to any of those already documented as committing crimes and the response was not good at all.
I asked to speak to a superviser and did not get that either.L who had hung up on m earlier lied to me and said she was a federal employeeee and she wasn't. At least D, you were honest and told me you are under orders not to tell. I spoke to a party in CMS in San Francisco and she said I';m right and you are wrong and I do have the right to know your corporrate name. If any one ever got arrested they and the govt need to know how to subpoena you if either side wants to. But that's why the whole set up is not to catch and prosecute fraud at all , is it/ And hasn't been for years. Once up on a time Congress would have been all over HHS for letting this irresponsibility to the public occur.
Otherwise you shoould know how to answer and be given an address for legal documents to be sent to if needed for court Much of what is recovered is being recovered through Civil False Claims now, and all kinds of impact can be placed on who was told and when ,etc. I'm not an attorney, but I have worked around this for a long time and back when we were trained to know about such things. and we took our jobs and our promise to uphold the US Constitution very seriously
. It appears Quality Heaath Strategies LLC will get the report to investigate or decide its not worthy to be investigated. If it points aof their connected companies, ITS NOT WORTHY?
It seems some in govt are trying to change things for the better and the other part are just making more illegal secret deals and being allowed to do more harm to people and steal more of our monies? so who gets this does not seem to indicate any change has occurred at all.? Some of the same individuals involved in documented crimes already who never got caught as they were in postion to stop the inveistiigtions? Its a process that took three decades to put in place after all? There is some new leadership in this conglomerate no profit and pray its for the better for all of us very soon..
E MAILED FRAUD REPORTS ARE GOING NO WHERE!
I did learn today that the e mail fraud repORting SYSTEM has been down for a long time -months and all of the fraud reports sent in that way have never been received to be read by any one. In fact they don't reject and I thought mine were going on through and being docketed in some where. AI have actually got a receipt repsonse on a few of them , but most have not. NO! THEY ARE SOMEWHERE LOST IN CYBER SPACE . So if you have reported fraud at any time, you need to fax or mail it, is what should be done. I was told.
That means all of the quick e mails on the web site for CMS must be faxed now and no one will do anything anymore it seems as the coup d'etat seems almost entirely completed begun 30 years ago in a step by step process.
I have to know no more than: We can't tell you the name of the company now disignated as the 'cops' for Medicare to know things are not good. There are not real audit controls for over a decade either. Comanaies hired to go through the motions of appearing to do the jobs that are not really getting done? I pray new leadership will change things there, but today they had not changed at all.
Our monies go for patients to be cared for and its not going there but in the coffers of thieves is the blatant attitidue I've run into.
HR1063 has some of them on the run to cover up and make new secret deals all over the place? And its time to stop stealing and use the money for the intended purpsoe HEALTH CARE. Pay or doctors what they are supposed to get and let them practice good medicine. And plase take care of Doyle so his doctors find the best treatments possible. NOT KKOIWNG WHO IS THE PRIMARY MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE AS TO WHAT TREATMENT ONE CAN EVEN GET AND IF ITS A CRIMINAL MESS CREATED BY OTHER THAN PATIENT OR DOCTOR THEN TOO OFTEN ITS NO TREATMENT AT ALL. IT CAN BE A DEADLY MESS.
REGISTER AND VOTE AS YOUR OWN LIFE AND THOSE OF YOUR LOVED ONES AND NEIGHBORS MAY WELL DEPEND ON IT. WE ARE WILLING TO SHARE OUR COMBINED MONIES TO HELP OTHERS, BUT THE MONIES NEED TO GO FOR THAT AND NOT TO THE BANKSTERS SCAMMING US YET AGAIN I ask prayers for those in authority to look into things and take legal corrective actions with due process and appeal rights as we are all suppose to have in matters dealing with any level of govt.to uphold our constitution and protect our basic rights. . And file your waivers of overpayments if you choose to against the patient and medical providers and its the kind where you do not give personal financial info when it was beyond your control to stop the illegal actions. In our case on threat of no medical care is how bad its gotten.

It indicates that Social Securtty will finally implement their 2005 agreement to do these similar to what one has to fill out on a stolen credit card. Mine's been pendng for several years with no response from SSA now under control of CEO Lynn Blodgett too who has 'mispaced my files both cliams nd personnel is I have been told. Whatever you file get a receipt or send it certified. as too much has gone missing when its not wanted by some to be seen.

Many govt letters don;t come form any govt offcie or official anymore. That;s a crime too. Its suppose to say the name of the govt contrator an the name fo the agency they are contracted to. Most often they don't and even real govt employees are to often not aware that the dutes that used to be theirs have already been contracted out. THE DEMISE OF A TRAINED CIVIL SERVICE IS A DISSERVICE TO ALL OF US AS WE ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE'S BUSINESS IN A LEGAL AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. Who will carry out the business of govt? Subisidiaries of the international cabal? YES! THEY ARE ALREADY IN PLACE WITH THE GOVT CONTRACTS.
