Daily Recap 2/14/13: Sheriff Joe Went to Topeka? President Obama Born In Topeka Ks:
  Beautiful warm day and got back out to the garden and planted some turnips, snow peas, Broccoli and Red Cabbage and Spinach. Thre ground is moist but not muddy and easy to sit ad plant. Couldn't ask for a more beautiful and perfect day. But saw one grasshopper, must still be alive from last Year? THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST UNUSUAL WEATHER AND NATURE IS TRYING TO ADAPT. How long does a grasshopper live? Usually they lay their eggs before Winter and then die? Thanks to the internet there is porbably a site to learn all about those things.
Mail came and some ads and a free medical magazine from a card I filled out in a docto';s waiting room. An Explanation of Benfits from Federal; Blues came  for one test? done at a recent medical vist but none of the other charges on it? A recent doctor viist when tests were to be paid at 100% left me wtih a $3 co pay. from Federal Blue. And its was only for a test and not the the office visit or anything else that was done. Was OWCP billed first for that, not on the bill portal from ACS?
 I was told by a main person that works at OPM, last year; in the Health Ins division that is supposed to be over Federal Blues contract and was told that 50% of the claims were being paid by OPM. I've asked many federal workers since then and no one had ever been told that. They, like me had always assumed that the claims were paid from premiums paid  25% by worker and 75% by the taxpayer. So what is going on?.
 There still is the missing million.! Was some secret illegal deal struck with high level officials and the govt contractors to skim money?. Is the emilion dollars in a fund and then OPM pays 50% and Bues is not paying anything and all the games are trying to keep costs down to skim.?
Few know this and few medical providers are gettng the correct amount that is due. From a povision in the Medicare law/regulaiton, and it may be in other laws for other people. If workers compesnation rates are lower than  what the emplyer grup health plan pays; then OWCP pays firsta nd then Federal Blues pays an amout to bring it up to what ones medical provider or supplier would get if it was just Fed Blues paying.
If this is what may be going on then OPM is paying the 50% and Fed Blues is paying something less than the real amount due and by calling in  having Medicare Coordination of Benfits, a govt contractor, and deleting the Blues off the prvately owned Medicare computer; for entire family. And for me.us have lowered the Blues rates to the medciare rates with a  unonstittutional  law that was passed by Congress and no one was questioned as no one can get an appeal up the line to do so or find out what kind of illegal secret regulaltions? hae been passed that affect payments.
 All this is speuclations from facts that are known and the OIG report of milions missing on seriously injured fedreal employees and OIG for OPM not allowed to investigate, why? Only the Director of OPM is awars of the ;deal'?  Even though the patients  have the right to know and have ther medical care and lives and livelihoods affected are not  told what is going on and yet they have rights to question it as after all its the patients money and the taxpayers money and no one is allowed to know/what is going on between the head of the agency and their 'hired hands', the govt contractors?. No wonder the cabal of the world has enough of our money to buy back their publically traded stock and set up the biggest private entity to rule the world and be bigger  and more powerful than any govt?.
 Will it take a world govt to stop it? And will we put our faith in a hand picked bad guy or gal, puppet of that cabal to be in charge.? Sounds very Biblical does';t it? Yet preachers are stll  not mentioneing what is occurring in front of their eyes and wth theri own tax dollars and personal rights. Its not somethng to happen , its happened already and is almost completed. The manipulated stock market is rising so more money can be made and then if it bottoms out the rest of the stock will be dirt cheap to buy back and no govt will be able to find out who owns this mega cabal of all the powerrful and elite companies already pretty much interlocked fiancially.  The CEO is often just a figure head that runs the operation for the rea lowners which in a private compnay is unknown.  This is the group running our federal and state  health crae plans and next year will be in in charge of all our heath care and do you think you will get your claims paid at 100% when the contract one gets every year says it will be? No! No one to see its done! You won't and you will file appeals and they will not answer the legal questions and will block any attempt to get to the truth yet its your money and your rghts as Congess passed for you to have.And since you are not wealthy , no legal help is availablel. Few attorneys in this country even take Fed lworkers comp as they are eager to do in state workers comp cases due to the high level corruption and no moaey for pain and suffering, etc to get a cut of to pay expenses of the representation. I never met a truly wealthy federal employee except some highest level doing some poitical appointment for a short time for a President, etc.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS:  "Conservative" on line reported that Sheriff Joe  has more info to share about the president;s birth certificate and this is going to be a block buster of info and about some crimes. I commented and linked to the sites and here. I said: Thank goodness he got to Topeka and maybe there will be justice for the Dad of the president and two others murdered 50+ years ago.in the racist attack on his parents and he unborn.Just a teenage couple that got themselves pregnant and sat down on the banks of the River to figure out what they would plan for the future and  their baby. They were denied the chance to make any kind of choices..
As I write about  the on going over up of corruption uninvestigated currenlty as mentioned above here, so there is justice denied more and more and for the whole of humannity; I see that incidents like this 50+ years ago lets loose an attitude of cover up and not wanting to know. One wnats to forget painful memories, but they never go away and no closure and resolving of them can be done without justice for all.
 In the past, evils were done and people knew, but the authorities and laws were not in place to protect or bring anyone to justice as the corruption was too great. With the civil rights law sand a change in atitiude of so many to have equal rights for all; things should have continued to change for a better world.
 My Dad, who  often had a prophetic insight of things iaid that in the early 1960's, the Holy Spirit was spread over a generation of young people. Doyle and I are a couple of years older than most 'Baby Boomers' and were in College at the beginning. There was no drugs and  none of the the things that later went on at   'Love-Ins'. We actually would just get together in parks or behind a store or in a yard, etc. and sing songs and often they were often religious in context. Peter Paul and Mary's songs are a perfect example of song lyrics that are filled with Biblical principles. Then came the drugs and everything changed and we got in to a war that legally we were never in  In Vietnam and the cover up and corruption has festered and grown and those injsutices of the past that should have been dealt with in some kind of forum never were. Not even a coroners; inquest or a grand jury to sort through what was know to see if any one should be indicted. At least as far as I or any one else has ever known about.When Justice is delayed, then it gets delayed for everyone and the peoples money  skimmed and stolen and is never used for the purpose intended. Laws are passed allowing for more eltie to skm some more., etc.
 My comment was 'tongue in cheek ' as I have no info that any one has bothered to seek the true  documents yet  No one has posted the newspaper annoucements of birth and deaths and marriage on line from Topeka Ks. So I ask? What is so secret about Topeka Ks 50+ years ago. Its not a birth , nr a horrific murder cold case, or anything about a situation that occurs in families and humanity for thousands of year. Relationships that end in pregnacy and some of the family and/ or community don't take it well. But life goes one and arrangements are made. But in this case life didn't go on and a fake bio got put in place and apparently some fake documents out in Hawaii, whch I was not aware of being filed until recent times. I had thought it was just  a 'cover'story
.Big question! Through all this where was my cousin, Daniel Wayne Pope and his wife Marilyn aka Stanley Dunham and Madelyn 'Tut" when their daughter was in serious trouble in Topeka Ks? Maybe that's the biggest secret of all? .I, and most all of us could never imagine their parents not flying or coming from the farthest ends of the world with such a situation occurring. So bad the authorities are trying to find paternal relatives to take charge and Ann not knowing how to find them as she'd never gotten to know her paternal grandparents in Holyoke, Colorado who cared very much for her and would have done all they could in a very bad situaiton: and did with a call to my parents. Where the authorities literally pulled Ann off the river bank looking for a body when the authorities wanted to cover  it all up and wouldn't even search. If the bodies had not washed up later on; no one would have believed her ever. That there were three dead under the water. How could three disappear and no one care? That's the illogical scenario. Bright young teenagers and they had no regular contact with parents? Not any parents I have never known or among my friends and acquaintences.would ever act like this.! There are deeper mysteries here being covered up than a birth or even a murder. What is it?

After the Electoral College votes and makes their reocrds then they ceritify and sign it and seal it and its taken to the US Senate President.  This is done before the End of the current term so there can be a new adminstration in place when the new Congress elected takes office.
VP Al Gore received the sealed envelope from the 2000 eelction that was contested a long time and finally it was declared that Bush won and he lost. And that electon will be debated for ever and  a dozen years later we still have questions about  how elections are conducted in this country. Some are valid and the horrendous tricks of denying rights too many, backfired and helped reelect the current president, is my opinion along with some other things whic I wrote about on 11/5/12  in that Daily Recap You don't take away rights the people have gained , th emost vital right of governing power, our vote.
